Good, not excellent! No air conditioner on the middle of a heat wave. Could not sleep, because noise level. Staff had no solutions. Staff was not very helpful would help if pressured to help. 1 week myroom was never cleaned had to go around and ask for TP. Ok not super clean but ok. General 2 stars on the words of the attendant at front desk when I asked for air condition. Far from the center of Paris.
➜ HORRIBLE — If I could not give a star I would do it without hesitation. I spent about ten days this year in this hotel imagine I found a spoon not washed I went to ask another lady answered me me me wickedly and then she threw the spoon on my face and when I claimed to welcome a lady (Josiane) told me that's the system here you're not at monaco and then at the Defense there are plenty of hotels go to Pullman if you are not comfortable here my grandson started crying I was disappointed with his reaction. This is the worst stay of my life without talking that the staff avoid neither hello nor goodbye on the day of our return we had the flight at noon we are decenduated at the reception in order to check out at 9am the lady I assure us not calculated she spoke to us from afar it was time for my breakfast she drank her coffee quietly knowing that there was none at the reception.

If I could put zero stars I would do, uncomfortable bed, in the kitchenette no pans or stoves nor pans nor towels nor sponge or liquid dishes finally almost nothing in the end to make food or clean and the fridge had an abominable smell. In the bathroom a single towel in a room supposed to be for two, the shower do not even talk about it. When we talked to the front desk, they sent us for a walk. But the worst thing is the young people who squat in front of the entrance all night to tax you cigarettes as you go out and make as many noises as possible obviously, and then make it assault with a knife because you refuse to give them a cigarette but excuse me it's lo in to be paradise. Finally good stay more than detestable nothing to add.
