This place is very nice to stay in Paris as it has a unique feature that it is an Apart-Hotel. Your rooms have a small kitchen as well for you to cook little bit. Very nice place and worth for money!

They are strict on the 3pm check in, but will hold your bags so you can explore while you wait. The standard room had everything you might need, and the ac was an added bonus. Only issue I had here was when trying to do laundry, the token dispenser wouldn't work, but the front desk had tokens I was able to buy from them. It was nice being able to do my own laundry in the hotel.

Good apartment hotel. Has a kitchen, has sitting area and a bedroom. The thing missing is a balcony. Except for the kitchen, which is tiny, all the rooms are spacious. The bathroom is also on the spacious side. There is tub as well. The only downer is the kitchen size.

Room (actually a mini Studio) large and comfortable, friendly staff, convenient location when working at La Défense. On the other hand the breakfast is really very some. Varied but of poor quality.

Good location for what concerns me because I was in the Big Ark.
Breakfast buffet very decent, and to eat, there are enough restaurant chains and independent restaurants to find its happiness.

Nice hotel, good reception, clean room, good bedding very comfortable. Well equipped Kitchenette. Breakfast with varied products, just our room overlooks the park behind, and in good weather there is a lot of noise with the window open.
The area is nice and floral, close to the shops and at the foot of the defense.

We had a very good reception. This residence is equipped with all the comfort that one can wish. In a very pleasant area of PARIS.

There is only breakfast buffet available. No lunch/dinner. But there are quite a number of great restaurant around.

It is only recommended for business travellers.

Location advantage… Nice cozy rooms to stay… Courteous staff… Just that the breakfast menu never ever changes… very small unnoticeable changes… Better avoid breakfast…

Stayed here for around four months. Good place to stay. Location is calm, very near to big offices and shopping malls.

Establishment to avoid, I paid via Groupon but I never took advantage of the service, despite the availability it refuses to grant me a night because it is Groupon and end up cashing it … In the end I paid for nothing it promise solutions by phone but reality and any other.

Very good place next to my office. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was for 2 people and nice to stay. Comfortable, very well located next to la Défense shopping mall. Very convenient for errands to Auchan supermarket. Next to the tramway station and to the RER and métro station. I recommend it for business and family. Very quiet place. The breakfast is one of the best for a apart hotel brand.

Hotel combining quality, Comfort and calm.
A terrace with heating and a nice view. Of the class rooms, well equipped (desk, sofa fridge induction plate, Coffee maker, Microwave. Bathtub, lot of (~ 5 for a studio) towels available.
Professionalism.

Located just near La Grande Arche, La Défense CBD, shopping malls like 4 Temps, CNIT mall, Monoprix, Auchan supermarché, and city Metro, tram station and a newly open multi-use stadium U-Arena (perfect location! ). The aparthotel is clean with lovely view of garden and provides great hospitality. It's just perfect place for long-term stay in Paris.

Great hotel in good location, very well connected. Relatively small rooms but equipped with functional Kitchenette. Great breakfast.

I stayed here twice mainly becaue it was the best place I counld find around La Defences wit hvalue for the money. The room was really clean and neat and all purbishment was also good to stay just like my home. Breakfast was well prepared and very nice. It was really above the level of the 'petit meal' most hotels provide. I really enjoyed this place and I'd love to stay again when I have chance to go to La Defences.

I had a very bad experience with staff. A very rude welcoming to our new country I'm afraid. No such thing as customer service here! Too bad we still have 46 days in this place until we move to our permanent apartment. Breakfast is good though.

Clean apartment, shower and functional toilets, on the other hand the TV had only 3 French channels, the evening was long.
The neighborhood is quiet.
The breakfast is correct, but it is still a pity to have a bread and pastries of quality very mediocre in the capital of the food…

Excellent stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean, big and very beautiful. The breakfast is good, the entrance to the hotel is beautiful, the reception is good very freindly. I keep a good memory of it.

Reception and rooms are air-conditioned, hotel quiet, chic and modern, while staying relaxed… at 10-15 minutes walk from the Grand Arch of La Défense (Paris), otherwise tram nearby.
The most are of rooms equipped with a kitchenette, washbasin, electric hob, micro wave, fridge.

2 night in Paris loved everything (14-16 May 2016. This hotel very clean, good design has a good staff happy times. Good public transport, definitely good location… But they do not provide mobile phone charger at the reception; we had such a difficulty due to not be able to charge our phones. Otherwise I will give 5* But we will be back to that otel with confidence for our next visit. I will recommend that apart hotel who loves cooking, good facilities for cooking and resting during staying.

The hotel was nice cleaning staff did a very good job, the problem was the terrible rude reception staff who I dealt with at check in and check out. Upon arrival I was very rudely dealt with by a female member of staff who took payment for the city tax in FULL. But as it turns out upon check out she had not put this on the file so the male member of staff on shift 15-02-2016 around 5am was also rude towards me and didn't believe me that I had already paid it and was basically saying you cannot leave until we charge you a second time. So I paid it a second time, it is not the amount thats the problem its the principle and poor communication between the staff and lack of care. I would NOT recommend stopping at this hotel purely on these two members of staff. But again as previously stated the cleaning staff are exceptional and if it wasn't for them I would have gave it a much better review.

I liked the reception, hygiene, comfort, aesthetics of the House, the neighborhood is quiet and stylish 3 night night for price qualities. I will highly recommend.

Hotel is quiet. The neighborhood is great and secure and the staf is helpful especially pamella and mr simo the only thing that I n is not liked is the size of the apartment the rest nickel.

Stayed in residhome on three occasssions and everytime stayed for around a month and never faced any single issue. The place is located very close to La defense shopping area and walkable distance from metro station. Having grocessary stores like franprix and monoprix in the surrounds makes it all the more comfortable, when you do not want to walk upto the La defense malls! Would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay for extended duration.

We were two families in two separate apartments. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Retired from the Center in a very quiet neighborhood, the hotel is very well connected by the metro line 1. The kitchen and the supermarket which is opposite the hotel solved us dinners on the terrace of one of the apartments (which made corner). An excellent choice. We will return.
