No respect! Following a command too good to go they put a basket with expired products that even cockroaches would not eat! Disgusted.

Lazy and dishonest customer service. Does not follow Accor corporate policies as laid out on company website.

The hotel withdrew money for the room, did not provide the room, does not want to return. The support service has been sending empty letters for a month now. The hotel is not recommended.

Could not get a meal and waited an hour to get served in bar then bar closed And about 20 people told to leave bar NEVER AGAIN.

Very good reception and the breakfast is well stocked. Pity that the parking is not supported by the hotel (30, 50€ for parking is "public" for not even 24 hours of parking). Even if I know that the places are expensive to the Defence, I find it abused, especially when already paying for the room… Otherwise, the hotel itself nothing wrong.

Very good hotel and good area place!

Good rooms, nice and clean, with complementary water, tea and coffee. It has a wonderful view of the Seine river. The toilet and shower are separate but there isn't a sink near the toilet.

Las habitaciones están bastante descuidadas. El aire acondicionado funciona permanentemente y hace bastante frío en las habitaciones. Hubo problemas con las reservas y me pusieron en una habitación adaptada a silla de ruedas con cama pequeña y baño sin plato de ducha que se inundaba entero en un minuto. El desayuno está muy mal organizado y se forman colas por lo que se pierde bastante tiempo, no había mucho para elegir, pero lo que había estaba rico. Por lo visto un ala de habitaciones tiene vistas a la Torre Eiffel.

Good clean hotel, near the metro station about 4 min. But I cannot understand why the don’t have a bellman is such a big hotel like this! And the trolly was with charge!

Very modest, tomorrow scant, good Wi-Fi signal, to cleaning in the rooms claims no. The main problem for us is that the windows were not opened. The high-speed lift is great!

Imagine you live in Moscow City. At the same time the quality of the room is so-so, on foot from the hotel you can only leave the subway. Hotel sharpens on tour groups, mainly from the Middle East.

A great place for relaxation. The purity is at the level. But I liked the pillows. If I know where and how I bought the pillows. Much a soft. I want to buy this pillow.

Business hotel. Good hotel if you are looking for something nearby the offices area. Easy access by car and public transport. Rooms are fit for purpose for a short stay — nothing luxurious. Friendly staff.

Stayed here last week for 4 night and I must say that the hotel is ok, in a good location for the metro and the 4 temps mall. The maids are nice, but can't speak English, but try their best to understand what you need. Brekafast is repeative its the same stuff everyday, croissants, toast, sausages, scrambled eggs, cold cuts like ham, turkey & cheese and tinned fruit and yogurt, maybe think of changing things on a daily basis so it doesn't get boring! It's also very overcrowded like a canteen, for a 4 star hotel you don't expect that! The view from our room was suburb with a view of the Eiffel tower. Now my main issue was the cleanliness of the hotel, the room had so much dust on the walls it was black in the corners, the towels were dirty and the bath had black stains, the floor in the bathroom wasn't moped once as there was a stain there for the whole of our stay. Also upon leaving, my friend checked out 20 minutes before us and by the time I walked past her room it was already done for the next guest! How can you deep clean a room and change the sheets in 20 minutes!

Just as your regular Ibis. Quite pricey but that comes with the location. Air cooling and vending machine didn't function but staff was happy to help. Nice view. Internet was okay-ish. Overall good stay and satisfied.

A nice, clean hotel. Loved the proximity to the Metro and the river. Enjoyed the breakfast and lounge. I didn't always feel very safe being outside at night, as there were numerous homeless people milling around that constantly asked for food, money, etc. The staff were accommodating, helpful, and friendly.

Good hotel, clean, quiet, standard rooms ok for size of 3 (2 adults, 1 child). Breakfast good. If parking, park at la saisons car park, the hotel has a private secure area in there. About 30 euros a night for parking. Get your ticket validated to be able to leave. 5 minute walk from local metro into central Paris.

Simple, straight forward hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice rates to stay near the metro, 15 — 25 minutes away from Paris main attractions. I arrived late due to mssing my TGV (making me arrive early morning instead of the previous night) and called them to keep my reservation and avoid a no show. There was a bit of confusion to get someone speaking English on the line at first but it eventually it went through. Then when we arrived early seems they had cancelled my first night entirelly and I would have to wait till noon to get on the room, but I asked them to get me in the room since the night was already paid for and they didn't question it and gave the room right away. So a little bit of confusion on communications but overall they care for their guests.

We are in room 622 — we have views of the River Sienna and a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. The room is comfortable (at this moment hair drier only blows cold air) breakfast is your standard fruit (tinned) yougurt (plain), sausage, bacon (but none today when we went down at 8.00 am), selection of cold meats & cheese, croissant & pain au chocolate. Orange juice, water, tea, coffee available. Location is great for using the Metro.

Very good bed and breakfast By cons welcome waitress at the buffet breakfast deplorable. This person came to ask me if the basket of bread I had taken from the buffet was mine?! Before the absurdity of the question I made him repeat. The three foreigners with me were outraged at the tone of that person who took over the Recycle Bin apparently destined to stay at the buffet. What a lack of class for this type of hotel. I was ashamed of the image that was given to our guests. …

Great hotel. Could have had little provisions to dry clothes.

Great service, room was clean. Could be a little bit bigger but oh well, you get what you pay for. Parking is a little bit expensive but it is safe and closed off. Close to the metro and in a very nice neighbourhood. Would recommend.

Stayed there for 5 nights during my official visit to Paris. Hotel is located near the business hub of Paris (Grand Arch). Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Room was very spacious and well maintained. Food was delicious. And I was lucky to have the room facing river and a refreshing view of Eiffel Tower.

Rooms basic, but clean-no tea and coffee facilities in room (if that's your thing). Breakfast just continental which a little disappointing. Worse issue were ants in the dining room around the food and coffee machine. I stay in La Defense a lot (once a month) and will be using the Mercure next time (and as usual).

Room was clean. Well located for business trip. Otherwise appalling in every way. The worst customer service out of any hotel I’ve stayed with. Unfriendly staff, unable to fulfil the most meagre of requests. Avoid.

Stayed here for 10 nights, nice place though very tiny rooms, receptionist are welcoming and helpful, through no one helps u with your luggage to your room. Breakfast menu is OK, though very monotonous! Same stuff everyday, I had to go out and look for variety. But its not a bad place overall.

Hotel really good to visit Paris and close to the Metro. The defense district is quiet and a stroll can do some good. Large shopping centre close to the hotel. Staff are considerate and do not hesitate to give advice when asked for information.

The controller and appraiser of our label and certificates within our federation to find the hotel nice design the room is clean overall although it remains dilapidated and a bit small.

Well-located hotel, close to the Champs Elysees and a large shopping centre. The staff are very friendly and considerate (gift for children, helpful etc. )

Price and quality ratio is ok. Close to metro station. Ok breakfast. No iron in room. One at room 8. Does not work. Has never worked. Had stayed several times same issue always. Maintenance improvement needed but still ok. Just wish thru have a working iron.

Small rooms, without even opening windows, but Wi-Fi is free and works in the rooms, good location, near to metro station, breakfast is standart, missing vegetables, no tomatoes.

I know that the Ibis being an economy hotel, you expect some short cuts, but the staff was cut to a bare minimum, one person behind the ill equipped bar, knowing that a large contingent was expected, not enough staff at reception, the same in the restaurant, was disappointed.

Power outage throughout the day during our stay. Housekeeping of the room leaves to be desirer. No choice for breakfast. Staff very friendly.

Well located by a metro stop. Bed pretty comfortable but an extra pillow would be nice. Room seemed very warm even with ac on lowest setting (in December! ). Front desk staff efficient but not particularly friendly.

Not possible to have heating stronger than the temperature set by the hotel! The room thermostat only allows to have air conditioning. The reception tells me that you have to stop the system of the room and wait until the temperature goes up!
A tip: do not put the "heating" of the room before going to dinner… otherwise, when you come back, it will be an ice cube!
Not acceptable for a Novotel.

An Ibis style barely at the height of an Ibis budget. More expensive enough for the service. The staff is not the most amiable, at last it depends on who we fall. The room was very clean and the view was very nice.

Excellent location with access to the metro.

Reception staff were brilliant. Hospitality staff are amongst the rudest I have ever come across. As a group member the breakfast options were so bad I chose to eat elsewhere each day. The coffee machine never worked for a cappuccino (tried 4 times on separate days) The toilet doors squeak so loud in adjoining rooms (and mine) that I was woken repeatedly when someone went to the loo. Please just oil them to give your clients some peace.

Only good things are clean sheets and a nearby metrostation. Finding parking of the hotel took an hour only to hear from the staff they know it is a problem yet no attempt is made to dix it. And 4 star hotel? Don't kid yourself. The stairs to the parking smell like sewage! Even at the reception you can still smell it a little bit. The room is poorly ventilated and does not smell fresh. People at the recetion are very passive and not all of them are helpfull. Would never stay here again and do not recommend anyone to stay here either.

It's an okey-ish hotel. The room was super small. Also, I had some problems with the unfriendly staff. When leaving I asked them politely to give me an invoice, which I needed to provide to my company as it was a business stay. They said they didn't give invoices anymore, they were now to send invoices by email only. Hating the perspective of not receiving the invoice and needing to call them from abroad to quarrel about the invoice I asked them to print it out for me anyways, just in case. They almost shouted at me that it was impossible. As if giving clients invoices wasn't normal! The hotel is close to the metro and several big companies are nearby. However, I wouldn't stay there again.

This place is a total joke. Not worth the money at all. I don't know who gave them the right to call it a hotel? Went there in october, the room was cold, there was no heating. I call reception to ask why, they said: if it blows cold air, turn it off — the system is for cooling only There were not enough towels in the bathroom. The night we came, there wasn't anything to eat, although it says in their manu that a selection of food and drinks are available 24 h a day. Second nigt, I went to order something, and the girl in the bar was extremely rude. Sally, that is her name. She doesn't speaks English, she was yelling and waving her hands, and kept repeating the same thing in french. After ruinig the order I had told, and making the wrong grilled sandwiches, she wass so pissed off, she started to make noise with the dishes. Another one came to help her out, but it only got worse… So I ended up with lousy diner for 40 €, still being hungry… DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, it was my biggest mistake.

Regular Hotel. It is located in a difficult to access location and the taxis do not want to take you if it is little distance, it is better to use Uber Aunq TB are lost.
In short it is expensive and regular.

Correct room and a generous area for Paris. No special reception (club Accor Platinum) and only a small bottle of water in an empty mini bar. The lack of parking is a negative point.

Good, quiet rooms. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. The location is great. La Defence is just breathtaking. After work a quiet place. During workinh hours like a hive. Brilliant Disappointing: Restaurant was closed the whole time, opened only for breakfast. The Bar is more like a FastFood Restaurant at a railway station from the '80ies.

Decent place, small bathrooms though, The Ibis bed anywhere in the world gives u sleep as soon as u are on the bed. Limited breakfast option, good for the price with access to metro station and in the Paris business district, common ironing place is available.

It's very expensive. Very helpful staff, carpeted rooms, but it is possible to ask the reservation for a thorough cleaning to minimize allergic reactions.

The hotel is quite amazing for a 4 star hotel. Elevators are working perfectly, lobby and entrance are perfect. Location is near to a metro station line 1 which can help you reach downtown in 15 min. Wifi services are so poor and needs some adjustment.

Location is a pain to get to by public transport from charles de gaulle airport. Uber is 45€ And takes half the time in good traffic. It's a business district so not a lot to do but good access by metro to city centre. Hotel otherwise in good order and staff were helpful.

Good location, being 2 minutes walk from metro station. Rooms on the small side, but nicely decorated, clean and neat. Only things missing are a kettle and an iron. Service is good, and food in the restaurant is very good, though the menu itself doesn't have a break variety.

We (small family, 3 people) liked it very much. The view of the Seine especially — the service was courteous, the room adequate and well equipped to meet our requirements. Only the service in the evening in the restaurant was unfriendly and the food overpriced.

Ok. It's what you expect of an Ibis. It's convenient, well placed and it's clean.

Prix exorbitants pour un service aux limites de l'acceptable et un accueil qui fait parfois se demander qui est au service de qui. Les chambres sont propres, c'est à peu près le seul point positif.

Lots of space in the room, alright breakfast, however the room we were given smelled strongly like cigarette smoke, we weere told that the rooms were booked out so we could not move rooms. We could not even open a window (security reasons) or increase the air con to try and snuff the smell.

Great location. Efficient and English speaking staff. Quiet modern comfortable immaculate rooms. Super fast free Wi-Fi. Easily walkable to the Metro and the Nouilly village center which has great local restaurants bakeries pubs and shops. An easy Metro ride to the center of Paris.

One of favourite when visiting Paris. The price of an average room is EUR 70. The hotel is located next to the main metro line.

We stayed at this place on our europe tour recently and I really liked it. Its extremely close to the metro station Esplanade La Defense, which can be used to reach all the major landmarks like Eiffel, Louvre, Champs Elysses etc. It is also extremely close to the La Defense metro station which houses the Grand Arch and also the super 4 Temps mall. The hotel location is also good with easy access to bars pubs and also eating joints. The breakfast was adequate, did not have much variety but was enough to get you going. All in all an excellent place to stay!

Very good hotel, we had a family room side 'city' with views on Paris, the Eiffel Tower and Montmartre.

We take extra bed for my litle girl but the bad not preperad well, there is no bed cover and blanket. We got less shampo and body wash. My room safe deposite box cant be used, maybe batteries low and I think the room service does not check it well. For traveller, it is better if the bathroom have bath tube to make our body refresh after one day tour.

The rooms are good, modern, large. Although I did not like the toilet separate from the bathroom. The breakfast also very good.

Not a bad hotel, room was kept clean and the staff in general was polite except one of the female staff I assume was in charge of the kitchen/restaurant in the evenings. We found her impatient to the extent of rudeness. Even tho she may have been asking simple questions it was in French and as we do not speak fluent French she could have been asking anything. For an hotel which according to the entrance welcomes foreign visitors she could have been more friendly/patient with them. It was a shame that this experience spoilt what could have been a wonderful stay in Paris.

They overbook so avoid if you actually want a room. we booked online, got confirmation and turned up only to be told they didn't have any rooms for your first night so we'd have to go stay at the Adagio nearby and move back to the ibis for our second night… perhaps the concept of booking a hotel for two nights is something ibis are not familiar with? who wants to shift between hotels constantly? Best avoided, may be one of the cheaper hotels in the area, but just not worth the hassle.

Very good attention of the staff in general!, the breakfast incredible!, despite the fact that the location is not very good there is a station of the metro very close to what it makes easier everything!

Very poor hotel for the following reasons — after 10 days they never changed the linen and one day they did not even do the room — the restaurant served prepared industrial food with based taste, please do not get the salad! — very poor breakfast however plenty of croissant and bread. The coffee is awful. — restaurant close at 22:30. At 22:32 if you come they will tell you it is closed even if it is still full — you need to pay each time you reach 500€. However, they block everything (laundry, breakfast…) each time because they forget to pass the information to the other services. — poor Wi-Fi, stops every 5mn and access is not improved if you pay for the high speed premium. — poor situation near the motorway and far from restaurants. Not worth the money especially for business trip. I would not recommend this hotel.

Just wanted to write about internet connection, becase that was the only thing that bothered me. For 150E I got access only to free orange Wi-Fi which was very limited. Have to login every time I use it and everything was cut, skype blocked, even through VPN it was disconnectin all the time.

Hotel disgraceful, very romantic, probably suitable for workers in suits in need for a few days but staying there for more than a week. Argh! Lack of service stairs, rooms that, beyond which are single, double or triple rooms, do not demonstrate different sizes. And finally, the coup de grace: lack of Windows or balconies! Oh, the Windows do exist but are sealed from inside as the whole building and a glass palace Act to conform to the architecture of the area. Ah, forget especially to stay in summer: the fan will do more harm than good to your health and that of your family. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Standard 3 star hotel. Good for business but not so much for family visits as the rooms are faily small. Great connections to Paris via metro line 1 or via bus. Apart from the slightly smaller spartan rooms at the Ibis next door, it is hard to justify the price difference between the two. Some of the rooms are in dire need of updates.

Myself and 2 friends stayed at this hotel for 4 nights on our first ever trip to Paris, and we were all impressed by the hotel. Very modern looking, clean and comfortable. Only a short walk to the metro station, and from there about 4 stops to Arc de Triomphe. It is possible to walk to the centre from the hotel but I wouldn't recommend it because it takes a while — about 35mins to Arc de Triomphe. Even though I personally hate public transport and never use it in the UK, I highly recommend the Metro for speed and is easy to use once you get the hang of it (and a metro map! ). Room itself was of a decent size. Toilet is seperate from the shower and sink, which is handy if someone in the shower and you need to use the loo — but keep some wet wipes handy because there is only one sink! Would advise going down for breakfast no later than 9am as it does get very busy. And don't leave your table unattended because your breakfast will have been cleared and other people sat at your table in the time it takes you to refill your juice! It's a self service buffet style, plenty to choose from and replenished throughout. There's various juices, yogurts, fruits, cheese, meats, breads, pastries, cereals, and also scrambled egg (although little under done for our liking! ) sausage, and bacon. There is a mini-bar in the room (a small fridge with drinks and chocolate) which is rather expensive.
