Thank you to the lovely staff here during this really tuff time and especially this morning for helping me out with breakfast. It was a fabulous thing to do and very much appreciated. Just shows there is still kindness in the world. As for a recommendation to stay here, absolutely! This is my third time here and I honestly can't fault it.

I have great memories of staying in a beautiful flat on the 15h floor with a wonderful view. Great service when needed and harmony as the name suggests.

A pleasant stay, staff at the top, I will not hesitate to return. Thank you Imene of the home for its professionalism, to the lady of the restaurant, which I found friendly eager to help with a suer nice. I had to book a room, she was unavailable so I received automatically an upgrade to a suite, everything was there to spend a good stay. Thank you once again.

A very well equipped family friendly hotel with nice spacious apartments and excellent staff. Definitely recommended.

Good location. Expensive. Good service in many languages. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Spacious and clean place. Coffee is only available in the resort and is more expensive than Nespresso. Check-in at 15 o'clock. Bright apartment. Close to the metro. To a combination station for Versailles, shopping center and supermarkets.

Great place with amazing staff, in such an expensive city, it’s the best place I can find for my family. Breakfast was nice.

We had reserved an apartment on Airbnb (turned out to be a fraudulent listing) which was listed at the Fraser Suites address. Without accommodation, and Fraser Suites being full, the staff helped us enormously with finding alternative accommodation. Benoit and his team really helped us out and we highly recommend Fraser Suites. Although we did not stay there, the location was excellent and the hotel looked very welcoming and luxurious!

The rooms are beautiful and spacious! The staff were very friendly and helpful. And 5 minutes from the Metro station.

The workers here helped me and my family out greatly as we lossed are passports and they did everything they could to help us track them down. Very nice people, highly recommend. Rooms were clean and kept clean by the maids. Had a full bar which was convenient.

Very good suites, polite receptionist with a big smile. They are offering a phone with unlimited data usage free of charge which is great! Also, very near to metro station, less than 5 mins walking The only thing that I didn't like is the srounded area after sunset become very very very quiet which is uncomfortable for me.

1st time to stay here. Amazing staff. Very friendly. Most of them speak english which is rare in paris. Metro and buses are minutes away. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. The one bedroom apartment is very nice and big.

Nice hotel for a decent price in Paris. It's big enough, with bedroom, living room and small kitchen separate. Close to the Metro and several good restaurants, just across the bridge from Neuilly.

Very old and the carpets in the rooms and pathways smells really bad. Not a 5-star standard. Also the breakfast is very poor and nothing like the photos on the website.

Convenient location to public transit. The staff are friendly and are fluent in several languages. A tasty and plentiful breakfast is offered but it is not complimentary. Suites are well maintained.

Very clean and nice coffee machine inside. Close to the best metro in city, M1, which goes most of the touristic places.

Beautiful, spacious rooms for a very good money value. Would definitely recommend it if you were looking to stay in la defense area. Gated, Wi-Fi was great, provided phones that you can call international numbers for free, even take it outside with you. And best of all, a vending machine in the lobby!

The worst hotel ever. 3 days with no house keeping. The people are nice but I think the there is something wrong with the operation procedures. I don't recommend any one to stay here.

Beautiful appeared the hotel. Perfect for any type of stay whether it be a business trip or a family vacation. Very spacious and well appointed and bright rooms. Staff very helpful, welcoming and attentive.

Very friendly service, clean hotel, an extra free service that gives you the hotel to part of the Wi-Fi is a mobile phone with unlimited calls for you to use without extra cost, this was very useful as we could use it to locate us in the Ciud Ad. The room has everything you need and your own bathroom.

The suites are excellent… By cons The breakfast is a little light.

This apartment/hotel is very nice. The staff are nice and friendly the apartments are pretty spacious, my only complaints was the bathroom when we arrived smelled like urine which was not a good thing we called the front desk they fixed the problem immediately. They also give you a cell phone to help you navigate around Paris which is a plus. The hotel however isn't that close to local attractions there is a train station right outside the front door so be prepared to commute.

Mixed printing. Very spacious, pretty and comfortable Suite. Having a nice view with two spacious bacon. However reception service fairly average, bedding fairly average (bed that moves enough and that makes the noise of that one moves a little) and list of equipment not quite consistent with what is advertised.

I've stayed in many (many) hotels in the La Defence area and am thinking of making this place my primary one. It's very reasonably priced with large, comfortable rooms, convenient location and good soundproofing. It even has a good kitchen. I found it a home away from home while on business.

A good place. Spacious. You can come prepared for cook and eat if you want to enjoy an economical and tasty food.

This hotel is 2 stars, at best. First, it is an old apartment building that was repurposed. It looks horrible from the outside, and the inside isn’t much better. The toilets are down the hall from the actual bathroom and sink, the balcony too dirty to even go out on, but if you did you’d see a view of run down buildings that make you question your safety. Also, the hotel has two entrances — one at the sidewalk level and one at a garage level. The sidewalk level entrance was shut down requiring us to use the other entrance down nearly 50 stairs. Of course, this being a run down hotel the escalator was broken for the entirety of our six night stay (suggesting no effort to repair it) requiring me to carry my infant son, his baby carriage, and our luggage down lots of stairs. Although the hotel agreed to open the sidewalk level entrance upon special request, this was only possible if we called and waited outside the locked door for someone to manually open it. Completely ridiculous. Across the street is another hotel which looked clean, modern, and with an entrance on the proper level. I wish I stayed there. Finally, even though I prepaid for the hotel in full they charged my credit card additional amounts after I checked out — without telling me — for so-called “tax. ” I have contacted the hotel, however, their customer service skills are as poor as their premises. Do yourself a favor and when traveling to Paris don’t make the same mistake I did — STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I give 4 'cos some small issues. Room is not good soundproof so sometimes I heard door-closing sound from neighbors. Room is good but the shower area is very small and the fridge is a bit smelly. Also it quite strange that no drinking water provided. There's a working table but no proper lighting so I've to work at dining table instead. The good points are room is very spacey, bed & cushions are great and proper kitchen area & tools provided.

When my sweetheart is coming to visit me, I'm always telling him to book at FRASIER as I can see people are very polite and friendly and always greeted you with their lovely smiles and the rooms are well organized and very clean especially the toilet and kitchen which is the most important part of the house or hotels!

A great stay a genial acueil. A friendly friendly super smiling staff and top service. A security guard Alain Pauline (Iron man) super nice. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel! Loved the location, amenities and ambience plus most important the team. They are all just superb and know the trick of the trade of hospitality. They befriend you like in moments which I believe is best part even if you are providing a service as a professional, they have been able to retain the basic human touch and humour :)! I think Loic, Jaya, Benoit, clara, Gwendoline, Sumaiya (not sure it's correct name but she's part of the reception service team), Hussain and other security team guys are doing just great job. They made me feel comfortable and also helped me improve bit of my french! I am missing a name from reception team as she also helped me a lot, just know that she's boss of Loic :) :). Thanks again and keep it up!

In opinion It's No. 1 In paris because of it's location, price and the room service. currently I am in germany (Bonn) I am staying in maritim hotel and its perfect but like frazer you will not find in Europe. you can but your food from Monoprix or auchan. + the champs elysees. Metro lign1 is the best. Bon Marche and galaxy layette also 4 quatre mall is near of you the bus station outside yours Abdulaziz alfahad, Kuwait, Germany.

A spectacular place! Very well located in The Defense. In a straight line with the arcco of triumph through the line 1 is yellow. Excellent attention and languages varied to suit all tastes. Negative: coffee cups only the 1st. Night. Then the lead!

Dirty rooms, one bathroom for 2 bedroom appartments, smelly and over priced comparing to the standard and quality, I don't recommend it at all.
