Max mid-range hotel. Booked by Groupon, but first there were problems in the hotel, it would have been booked incorrectly. Communication very bad, only French and a bit English. Nobody wanted to know anything about German. Customer service and friendliness is different. Room very small, bathroom suitable for it. And it was already a larger couple room. Room by room, so you can hear everything next door. The best, right next door a large construction site!. You don't have to have it!

Avoid, rude staff, cramped rooms and we even suffered a leak in our wardrobe from the room above damaging my wife’s expensive clothes. The staff couldn’t care less and chose to argue how nothing is their fault instead of showing good service.

Ours was a groupon booking so amazing value. Had a 'superior' room which was a good size for Paris. Aircon worked perfectly. We faced the rear of the hotel so no road noise. The shower was great. Clean room friendly helpful staff. The breakfast room could do with aircon but that would be my only criticism. The location of the hotel is perfect. Two minute walk from line 1 metro. Surrounded by cafés and bistros. Away from the main road the streets make pleasant strolling. Thoroughly recommended.

We stayed in this hotel in July 2018 and absolutely loved it. It is a beautiful small hotel close to the Pont de Neuily Metro Station. Top notch guest services, clean and modern rooms and a quiet big breakfast buffet. We will definitely be back, when visiting Paris again. I recommend this hotel whole heartedly!

What a terrible hotel! Staff at reception was rude! The airco was leaking, the floor was soaking wet. The guy at the reception desk hung up the phone on me after claiming all rooms were full. And besides that all the rooms had the same problem. We went downstairs to talk to him in person. His response : you are not spending any more money and youve booked through groupon, so you can complain there. Or just leave to another hotel! After using the shower the bathroom floor f…led since the drain did not work. They didn’t came to clean it. They gave me some towels to put on the floor… I couldn’t sleep due to the leaking airco.
Never staying here again and I wont recommend this hotel to anyone! Rude employee who clearly has an issue that the hotel had a deal with groupon.

The hotel is situated very conveniently from the metro station. However I don't consider it a 4 star hotel. Hotel rooms are small in Paris but my room at Le Bon Hotel was seriously tiny. As a result it lacked space for all kinds of things. The closet is too small. It houses the mini fridge as well which made the closet warm. No sockets next to the bed due to lack of space and not enough sockets anyway. Bathroom didn't have a space to hang the towels and missed some 4* essentials, not to mention no space to leave toilettries. On the plus side, the room did have a working AC, the towels were super soft (the best), shower was great and the bed slept well.

For a 4 Hotel, I was disappointed
Double room "superior"; 2 single beds glued, shower head that does not stay at the temperature, fridge that does not work; at breakfast, not great choice and impossible to sit because too many people. Fortunately welcoming personal!

Le Bon is a very clean hotel with friendly staff tags and also at night. But you should note that it is a relatively small hotel whether it is the dining "room" is the room or the hotel in general, one should always note the room is limited otherwise you can only recommend it.

It is a great hotel comfortable clean pretty and staff very pleasant its ideal location in a very neighborhood really good to recommend thank you.

Small hotel in Neuilly-sur-Seine two minutes from Charles de Gaulle Avenue and quite close to La Defense.
The rooms are quite nice, only quite small for the 4 star category of certain countries and with shower instead of bathtub.

It's just terrifying! The worst hotel! Not only is there no room, no robe or slippers, the bathroom is poorly cleaned, which in principle for the 4 star hotel is not normal, so on the last day and robbed while for breakfast went (breakfast by the way is also not very! ) …! Well, thank you for leaving the cards, only the cash was taken away! I'm just in shock!

We booked a 3 night and 4 days stay, we really enjoyed it. Public transport was a stone throw, the facilities in the hotel where great. Nothing to fault apart from the slow Wi-Fi.

Rated 4 stars But at most it is from 3. Very small rooms. Only one person in the whole hotel for housekeeping. Never change your sheets in four days. However convenient to get to downtown: Metro at 100 Mt. Quiet place. Would I go back? I don't know.

Lovely hotel, got a deal online and it was huge value for money. The bed was really comfortable, The decor was nice and modern and the bathroom was immaculate. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Also good location, near the river, a metro station and only 30mins walk to the Arc de Triomphe.

The room was very small, but very clean, the location is very good, very quiet. No slippers, no interior carpets. The breakfast is very good, must eat the French stick!

Everything was soup, first day we came to breakfast exactly at 10 o 'clock, but the staff waited until we were done with food. Great.

Good location near metro station and 30 min walk to Arc Dr Triomphe, beautiful modern rooms, very clean. Staff very friendly. Only negatives were the fire alarm going off at nearly midnight and the in room welcome book seemed to be incomplete. But over all great.

We are light years from a 4 * service, rather 2 stars or hostel. No sound noise, we hear everything on every floor. Let's not even talk when my neighbor den on it came home I thought the ceiling was going to fall on me. Besides how does it get to make such a sound of footsteps, there is not even or circulate in the rooms! Breakfast €18 for crescents of the day before in a not frankly pleasant setting. Please avoid.

Not the kind of hotel I expected. Rooms are extremely small it's very hard to move around. Very small toilet hard to take shower properly I am only 5ft 4 and medium built. Air con doesn't work it's very hot in summer. Stairs are tiny and dark feels really uncomfortable. Only four person can fit on a lift it's so small and it's the only lift. Breakfast is the worse offer from this hotel croissants are cold and not much variety to choose from. I had to eat outside. As is the case with this hotel breakfast room is extremely small and is situated in basement next to storeroom which is disgusting. Room is so small only 5-8 can eat at a time and everyone is just squashed close to each other. They only got one coffee machine, you need to be in the que for coffee. No restaurants in the hotel so you can't order lunch or dinner. Staffs are decent but not trained to look after customers they might on their mobile while you waiting there asking for suggestion. The only benefit I found was it's very close to metro station and local attractions and the area is quite nice and safe. This is more like a place where you want to crash for the night but not ideal for holiday. I will never book holidays from groupon, I don't trust them anymore. This hotel should not have any star I wonder who rated it 4 star!

How on earth this is a 4 star hotel… Super small bedrooms with lack of cleaning, I got woman hair in the bathroom for 4 days. No isolation at all, the place is very noisy and I can ear the neighbors coughing. Traffic noise all the time. No proper internet on 5th floor. Someone was smoking in the room beside mine and I could smell it. I don't recommend at all.

Super noisy, AC does not, Wi — Fi charge not working, room small and faded, home to the reasonable limit. I didn't even dare test the breakfast at € 12. Quality very poor, no sound insulation between room TV. All for € 155 and 3 stars: it's foutage of mouth.

The hotel is near our head office, so I end up here quite often. Breakfast is basic, the rooms are tiny, the road noise is terrible and the staff is at best tolerant of those nuisances called guests. Stay further down towards the river at the Fraser Suite Hotel, it is much better and closer to good restaurants.
