The hotel was close to our transport to mont saint michel (ouibus). We arrived at 10am for check-in however the room was not ready for another hour; the host was friendly and happy to take our bags and he provided instructions on how to get into the hotel. The place was also close to roland garros — 20 minute bus. Apartment isn't new and appear run down however we didn't mind given it was only for 1 night. Bed had cream new sheets; bathroom was Ok — shower head handle was broken (room 1). Internet did not work given the password pin on the Wi-Fi — we did not ask for it as we just used our personal data.
Booked 4 months in advance. When checking in, I was told Expedia did a mistake but I can have room in a hotel nearby. 2 stars, small and really old and that instead of a new 30m^2 Appartement. Luckily I didn't check in and contacted the booking agency. They found a 4 star hotel for me and even covered more costs of 167€.

The room was okay. But it needs more maintenance especially the bathroom. The landlord was friendly. The location is good, it would only take more or less 10 minutes walk to the metro.
