It's great! The service is great!

Im here at the hotel second night room 614 made a complain the first night that the aircondition is not working the lady on the Reception So Rude without any Formation No Respect for Costumers Talks bad to Me saying I can make a complain where I did made the Booking u guys Must give a Formation to your Staff the Client is always right we paid we didnt asked for favours I asked for a complaint book she told me the hotel dosent have that I must complain where I did made the reservation I will expose this hotel in Social Media I will make my best to complain the Worst Service ever from your Stuff the lady in the Reception.

Spent 12 days in this amazing hotel. Everything is new and neat. Staff were great and very friendly. Emmanuelle; the GM is brilliant and very professional. Sure, it will be my place whenever I have a chance to visit my beloved France.

Run down neighborhood just north of Paris. I thought the room was clean, nicely appointed and comfortable for its price. I'd stay there again.

Arrived at 23h with a confirmed reservation. I returned to the room but there was already a person inside… I finally got an empty room at half past midnight. I was told about a computer problem, I think rather that the hotel over-filled and hopes that there will be discontinuance. Receptionist very nice despite everything, clean room.

Shame! Awful experience. Never never again. The receptionist did not even great us, did not say sorry for waiting as he too more than 10 minute to log in a couple. He was very unfriendly. When I asked him why, he said " I take it as I want", I asked him is name, I am not even sure that arlos he gave me was the right name. He gave us the key with not room number card, when request it, he said OH my God! I can't believe how staff treat clients like that. I ws so upset. Disgusting!

Beautiful place with really friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff are friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Free parking. We enjoyed our stay.

I found myself well, rooms large and clean, bathroom large and comfortable, all rooms are soundproof, so no problem, courteous staff, parking and great.
The neighborhood very quiet.
Only problem they couldn't turn off the air conditioning…
It is located twenty minutes from the center
And twenty-five from the Fair (Villepinte)

Not bad hotel, gym, nice cool terrace in summer, but I 1xoublié my leopard printed kit with high end products, which I have never been able to recovered. We often go there.

Accustomed to this hotel, we went back lately, as usual I look at the cleanliness of the bed, sheets not changed (I pass you the details really disgusting), we room clean room but gradient room, carpet burnt, closet that does Opens. Disappointed and for the final the person of the reception who says to you: "It's okay, you're only here for a weekend"! Shameful! Disappointed. Loyal customers who will no longer come.

Excellent Hotel nice comfortable very cozy, close to a mall and Carrefour. The only thing is that the restaurant closes very early. Recommended.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant of the hotel is very nice, varied dishes à la carte or on the menu. The staff in the room is excellent and very dynamic.
The fitness room is accessible at any time, clean and rather complete (bike walking mat bench weight)
The parking lot is at the back of the hotel free and great.

I only put 3 stars because I feel like this hotel is getting worse… A little over a year ago I stayed there twice it was great, beautiful rooms, welcome to the top…
I just returned, first I arrive in the room and the, two single beds while I had well booked double bed, I call the front desk that tells me they are sorry they more double room, I hang up and not even 5 seconds later it me Remember to tell me that she just saw a mail of disclaimer and that suddenly I can change rooms. Well, I was happy but it was weird. Then I come from the blow in the new room this time with double bed, but big smell of smoke… Super. In short for a night too bad and it was 10pm I did not seek. Beautiful modern room like the others by carpet disgusting, stains everywhere and I do not know what, and not want to know.
The morning to the small, already I find that for the standing of the hotel The breakfast is very limited, and then the room is very noisy, at least this time.
Good if not apart from this room worries, the reception is nice, I can say otherwise, the hotel is nice etc but to see in time.

Lovely food. Nice clean rooms. Little bit remote so strictly a business visit place.

Friendly staff, very clean hotel. Downside — nothing in the bar except cans, breakfast was disappointing as there wasn't much of it! Oh and the coffee machine was broken!

The Executive is a clean, well run and welcoming retreat in one of the less nicer of the Paris suburbs. Ideally placed with good access to public transport and motorway networks. Reasonably priced and much better than other similar hotels in the area, would definitely recommend.

Nice clean rooms, restaurant not open, but breakfast good continental fare.

Nice and large room. Competent service. However restaurant closed at the weekend. Good place for professionals.
