Good hotel located closely to a supermarket and public transportation. Staff is friendly and helpful, are happy to give to advice for your stay. Reception is opened 24/7. Rooms are spacious and clean, only the carpet was visually dated. Ideal for a budget visit to Paris and for tourists traveling by car.

Very nice hotel Enough space for the bathroom. The bed was comfortable too AC Mini fridge. Nice quartier and view of the city.

Low budget rooms old and dated, aircon not working noisy place at night.

The room is very nice, the bathroom is very clean. The room is soundproof. However the noise from the air conditioning is unbearable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I left, 2 members of the team were behind the desk, not a Word, not a look…
The breakfast is classic, it's not worth 10 euros.

One less star for the condition of the carpet, even if people can be pigs, arrived at this stage must do something! Another one less for the window which closes badly and which no longer has all its joints and thus leaves a draft of air, with the snow of Monday it was cold in the room (a small adjustment of the hinges would already solve part of the problem)! However staff at the reception friendly and helpful (providing an extra radiator, first HS that made Sparks…) Room WC and bathroom clean and cleaning every day nickel, really a pity for the 2 blackheads indicated above!

Room seems OK, airconditioning fan is loud, heating is so so, I've seen better for this price.

No sooner did I push the door, I find Gravas in the hallway. A surely foreign man beckons to me that it is not possible input. Logical it FAIIT works. I'm going down to the front desk. No excuses. I have the same right to another room. Result:, benefit really limited. Task on the ground. Leaky shower Installation. TV with remote control HS… Too bad the room stays big enough. The breakfast was pretty basic. White Ham Egg jam bread bun chocolate bread and automatic machine for coffee and orange juice here we go. DSL for this hotel but I would definitely not recommend it.

Cold reception. Room correct but limit to the cleanliness level (stain on the wall above the bed).
Average breakfast for the price.

No spontaneous explanation by the reception on arrival on the use of the card/pass, we are given the card without checking if we know or not to use it, I had to go down 2 times: a first time to know which way to use it because the door did not open Not, and a second time to know how to get electricity. No information written on the papers given by the hotel Balladins that would explain how to go about it.
Moreover housekeeping does but the person who was responsible forget the important details: replenish toilet paper, tea bag…
Reception quite cold except the person present in the evening which is very helpful and warm.
Think of us pointing out that the card should not be put in a wallets near coins as it unloads what happened to me so door blocked. I once again had to use the services of the reception which solved the problem quickly (person present in the evening already quoted)

This Hotel is not comfortabel. The carpet is very dirty, the towels are old and ripped, the room was not clean. Cockroach in the room. At breakfast no more glasses, cups and knifes. That all for Euro 96, 00 the night.

The hotel is very good the prices are affordable the parking is free and easy to access the staff is fast and friendly the room is clean is spacious just the carpet one can try somewhere except that the bed is very comfortable I recommend This establishment.

Horrible hotel, disgusting carpet, fingernails from the predecessor in the bathroom (despite the daily cleaning they stayed unnoticed) … also the tufts of hair behind the bathroom door. Curtain at the window also completely filthy. Very soft beds and the breakfast for 9. €50 can also be saved because the selection is very limited. Prefer to pay more and book somewhere else.

It's not catastrophic but the bedding is very average (we feel the springs) the bathroom is in very poor condition around the sink and some suspicious white spots on pillows (not those of the bed fortunately)
Correct home That's why I don't put 2. If I have to go back it won't be a drama but if I can avoid it, I will.
Ideal location if you have to take the RER.

The hotel itself was quite pricey, with 200€ a night. For a hotel in paris (pretty much the outskirts) is expected, there was fair maintainance and good service, however the toilet shower situation was inconvinient as the toilet was in a seperate room from the sink.

The hotel is clean and quiet. There's not much around, so if you want to see the sights be prepared to travel.

I like it a lot. The welcome is warm. The staff is very nice. Except that the cleanliness is not at the top, I admit. The location is 100 % top. I recommend.

Bad hotel. Lift wasn't working, room weren't clean. It should be a no start hotel.

Hotel very shabby, a poor person at the reception throughout the hotel large enough … Burns from cigarettes on the carpet.

Simple Hotel, Breakfast rather simple — 9, 50 €. The climate is very noisy, beds too soft, the rooms are very shabby, proximity to the train station, the price-performance 3 out of 5 points.

Dirty expensive hotel without bar and unfriendy employees.

It is one of the best hotels of the geographical area. The rooms are clean and they have a lot of equipment such as Wi-Fi, a fridge, a breakfast tray with a kettle, the room service is available 24h/24.

Room on the street, impossible to sleep even on the 6th floor, I preferred to hear the purr of the air-con! The bedding to change, the mattress is curved.! Health : correct. You can't call the reception rooms, it is necessary to descend… I had to ask for the remote control of the TV, it was not in the room. Report quality/price the breakfast not good. For the same price, I would recommend the Campanile next door.

Staff were not friendly at all upon checking in, Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible (and this is at 3pm when there is no one on it) room was dirty, couldn't walk on the floor without shoes/socks on as it was disgusting. Bathroom has mold. Would not recommend this to anyone especially not at 90€ a night.
