Place is super clean, excellent staff.

Clean, cozy rooms. The room has everything you need. The hotel is located in a quiet area.

Is is conveniently located to the city? No but there is a station 4mins away. It’s quiet far from the airport too. I don’t recommend if it’s your first time but I got it for a good deal so it was worth the extra complicated commute time. Is it safe? Yes, as a female walking around this vicinity was absolutely safe What are the amenities? Wifi, Hot water, AC and a nice small double bed. There’s more but this was basic needs for me and worked out. No coffee, which was a bit disappointing. Friendly staff if you are friendly (: There are quiet a few eating spots here. Also there’s a mini mall Quartz. To get toothpaste, conditioner and brush. Everything was great. Although, I prefer staying within the quarters didn’t know this was far out.

So so apartment hotel. It is new, and the rooms are roomy considering the price, and it is clean which is already more than many other hotels can say. Yet the breakfast service is so terribly bad. I have been at the hotel in various occasions for work and there is always something broken, or missing, or they run out of something to put on top of your bread. Not to mention the bread is plain awful. And you will be searching for spoons and other elements needed to eat your breakfast. I would recommend they charge 5€ more and improve the breakfast.

The establishment is generally well maintained despite some antiquated furnishings. The reception is OK.

Clean apartment. The reception was OK. The breakfast was very nice.

Residence very well but no air conditioning so it's hot in the apartments. The reception is very nice.

The rooms are good. The elevator is long to wait. There are bathtubs but it is impossible to sink a bath. JES joints of the bathroom would need to be redone.

The places are well equipped and functional (kitchen equipped), the bedding is very comfortable and especially the room is clean.

I do not recommend! Hotel mediocre! availability of the room at 3pm they made us wait on armchairs in the crush for more than an hour! paid parking at 10 €/day a scam! Once they have casted you they explain that to go out and enter the parking they will have to ask systematically the one and only beep for the entire residence and bring it back to the reception! We rented a 3 room apartment for 6 people we are only 3 after only 2 showers more hot water system once again archaic you have to put the water heater on force and wait again 45 minutes before find hot water a shame! plus my wife is 7 months pregnant have attributed us the apartment to the 6th floor after spending 1 day wasting time waiting for the elevator systematically occupied by the employees more than the customers final surprise elevator broke down! for 4 nights €788 with "parking" it's a shame! a scam! the cleanliness is poor and the equipment would need a stroke of young fissûres traces on the walls and ceilings! at this price the c is a shame we are still looking for the 3 stars of this establishment that despite our complaints only provides sinuous excuses it is a real scam!

Clean ans comfortable apartments. Good facilities all over with all the equipment. Staff is good English speakers and helpful. The location is good for airports CDG. Paris is within RER 3 stops + metro (underground). However with train companies repeated strikes, it is becoming increasingly difficult. Albeit the stikes should end in June.

Top rooms! Excellent bedding! Good reception… I could not test the breakfast… I slept too long;-)

The hotel is normal three stars. The rooms are comfortable, tidy, there is everything including fast Wi-Fi, there is a kitchen with utensils, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and electric stove. In the toilet electric Polotencesushilka. The bed is comfortable. In winter there probably cold, heating was not found. In the morning breakfast buffet-sausage, cheese, porridge, croissants, juices, tea, coffee, etc. Alligator can be.
The fifth star was not placed because of the lining-when came populated, the number has not been removed after abroad. Had to wait 20 minutes. And then, the trash did not bear and did not put soap.

It was a very nice place to stay.
Clogged washbasin, KO light bulb, stained sheets, difficult to operate shower mixer, dirty carpet… too bad!

Very professional establishment… A staff to listen and very responsive. A real pleasure.

Staff were busy on the phone during check in. Appartement was sold to us online but on arrival was given two separate rooms. Will not be coming back based on there customer service skills.

Very small rooms, old equipment and one and a breakfastroom that doesn't fit the number of guests. Absolutely not the best hotel, but looking at the price… you get what you pay for. So if you're looking for a cheap place to stay, this is the place to be.

Small but efficient use of space. Clean rooms with hot water and a huge bathtub. Only two generic English TV channels but I read most of the time anyway. Lobby and hallways were not very clean but the room is what matters. Staff friendly.

No cleaning kits in the rooms. Breakfasts a disaster, I confirm the many other negative opinions. The staff yard everywhere and there was nothing to manager. No bread, still myoins pastries…
Not enough tables, there was a queue while the hotel hosts a large number of residents it does not provide their stock for breakfasts at 10.50 all the same! Otherwise staff good, large room, clean hotel.

The hotel is lovely. Very clean. In the next house there is a grocery store, and in the room everything to prepare a hot dinner-dinner). And a frying pan, and a saucepan, and a colander, a complete set of necessary utensils. There is a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator) in the room a large plasma TV, a bed big, soft, clean bed linen. I liked everything!

Too hot inside the building, mid November with 5 degrees on the outside and the heating off I had to sleep with the window open and still did some heat! (often massive wastage of energy! )
Otherwise it is simple, functional and comfortable.
In my opinion the breakfast very "lazy" for what it costs.

Never judge a book by its cover. This hotel is nice, modern (especially the TVs), and rather clean. The night receptionist was very available and professional. It should be noted that the sheets of the beds (two single beds glued for a couple…) were very poorly put because they were removed. Also, in the morning, a very ill-gracious man came to ring twice at the door and then entered the room (20 MINUTES before the departure schedule). It is not acceptable to enter the room, 20 minutes before the departure time (at midday in this establishment) especially when there is a telephone in the room. When we went to return the key and ask for explanations to the day receptionist, she did not even try to understand and explained that this was the way to do it in this establishment (they should therefore notify the client when giving them The key rather than surprise them like that). No sense of the customer on the part of this lady who was very badly amiable and who did not ask us how had the stay. We will not go back in spite of the quality of the room.

Nice, large and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast not worth €10 but supermarket is nearby. Self service laundry is great. No air-con so in summer time it can be very hot in the rooms.

The hotel is quite basic. The rooms are okay and clean, but there are some broken light bulb. The breakfast is disappointing. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in Paris for a few nights for a fair price.

Front desk staff is helpful, but place is poorly maintained. Air conditioning is a glorified fan. Stairways have no lights or switches that don't work. Beds are hard, and rooms are very small.

This place is in the outskirts of Paris. Regional train is nearby but you will have to walk at least 2-3 km to get it. There is one station nearby but it was closed. The staff of the place is not very cooperative and pretty rude leaving aside the lady at the reception who was very very helpful.

I had a very good time staying in this hotel, the staff were friendly, the location is good but the breakfast was not satisfying.

Friendly staff to welcome you. Rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but plenty big enough for an over night stop.

Room is to small, bathroom is not ergonomically. Two single beds for pairs. For plus hotel is clean with good equipment. Hotel service very kindly and helpfully.

Very nice apartment hotel, a few small marks are unfortunately yet to see but that is normal in France.
The breakfast buffet is pretty small but it was OK.
All in all it is a good Wochenendbleibe.

Vivi for almost 3 months in the Hotel, I recommend it if you need a place to stay for multiple days and with very good access to transport public, the line of the RER C is very close and also buses run to less than 100 meters, with regard to the services because there is nothing to complain. 100% recommended.

Clean, tidy, spacious suites. Polite staff. Nice views, pleasant neighbourhood with a few nice local shops and restaurants.
