Clean and simple room: bed, washbasin, shower, 2 small shelves with coats doors, small corner table below the TV and small dining in the evening.

Good hotel in a strategic place, clean staff Nice, cons breakfast is very expensive.

Own host. TV where the channels were not all working. Otherwise clean room, great.

Booking made by booking on December 30th with an offer including dinner for January 20.
Warned on the morning of January 20 by mail that the restaurant is closed for 3 months just stating: the price of the room without the meal and if you wish you can cancel. Arrival at the hotel justification by: this is a booking error. I did not ask for any commercial gesture but just in the mail we regret to announce… and on arrival we are sorry…
It seems that this is too much demanded dispatched in 30 seconds to the reception.

Spent 3 days in August 2017 and I return with pleasure in December: comfort of the beds, breakfast and especially welcome, friendliness and efficiency of the staff.

Clean hotels and comfortable bed, the rooms are well soundproof, for the pro who need to use the Wi-Fi it is not secure so VPN not possible.

Everything one expects of an Ibis hotel, plus a great location by the river and close to the castle.

Rooms are very small, but clean. Nice to be near all the centre activity.

Little pricey for the kind of rooms they provide, absolutely tiny with nothing but a bed, TV and table.

Well in the whole, faulty windows lack insulation. Very good breakfast.

I made a very pleasant stay in this hotel in April 2016, I found very nice and friendly and the hotel very well located in Angers. A single "downside: the restaurant offers enough dishes for vegetarians (which I am! ) " in particular it is served exclusively the rillette welcome input, it would be I think very possible and not too complicated for example, offer a few Pickles in replacement for vegetarians. Despite this small detail (which will be hopefully corrected…) I would recommend the hotel and would definitely as soon as llll' opportunity arises.

The reception area is nice. The friendly staff. However, only feels not as good as some other hotels of the brand. The rooms are certainly renovated, but make low-end. Is not new with the old: a coat of paint on a dated coating remains a repainted dated coating, it is not illusion. The windows (windows) are outdated and poor insulation. Had the noise of the standing nights overnight despite windows closed! The bed space is too small. A Chair would be nice, but lack of space. Common areas at correct levels. Smell of tobacco cold in both Chambers, unacceptable in a non smoking hotel. Smoke detectors could avoid this kind of problem.
Breakfast very clear, cold and uninviting. Limited service: one does not rid our plateau, the hostess prefers to discuss with the operator and tell him his restless night!

Yet it's obvious that bad: once, my booking on the internet had not been forwarded to the hotel. Unspecified computer problem that was very unpleasant. Despite this setback, the Ibis team (which was not directly responsible for) has reacted very professionally, and managed to find a room so they were full, thanks to them.
The bedding is good quality, the breakfasts also. The location is perfect in the city center but easily accessible by car. But there is no private parking but two large free public parking right next door, the night. No problem of noise to me.

Very good value for money and very well placed to visit the historic centre d Angers.

I highly recommend j, there have passeunenuitet I would not return thereafter sleep, acoustic mauvaiseisolation, noise of revellers at night courtyard home side street. Very noisy ventilation. Parking in front without place. The hotel management mocks this clients. In short I recommend and it is better to go to another hotel. We paid 45€ + €18 for Friday night after online booking 15 days before requesting a room quiet we had anything TT this. Svpvoiries reviews on tripadvisor before booking:' (:* (. ) )

They have manipulated us with the suitcase in the room, missing items.
