Although I was not staying at the hotel, I was very disappointed in the reception I received at the front desk when I asked for some help. The middle aged gentleman who was at the desk let me use his phone when I had an issue. I requested a pay phone and he dialled for me and handed what looked like a private phone. After a 30 second call, I thanked him very much and began to leave. At this point he started yelling at me in the lobby because he felt I should have offered to pay him for this local call. I asked him if he would like remuneration whereby he started yelling at me to "go back to my own country". Even if I had an inclination to stay at this hotel, this incident would preclude me from doing so.

No noise in the city center, good breakfast. We had a little too soft mattress:/

Well placed near the historic Blois. Good value for money. Clean, little noisy, no parking, you have to park in the surrounding streets. I would recommend it anyway.

Nice hotel conveniently located near the train station. Nothing fancy, but comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast was good too.

Excellent location to go to several castles of the Loire Valley. Excellent attention on the part of their staff. Overall a very good stay.

Location was next to a train station, there was paid over night parking there. The woman at the counter was upstairs when I arrived. The key card didn't work when we tried to get into the room… She gave us the wrong room number. The shower door wouldn't stay closed and there was hardly any hot water for two. We didn't stay long in the morning. The decor was nice though.

Easy to locate and comfortable rooms. Steps away from L'Orangerie (Michelin Star restaurant) and cheap (€7.60) overnight parking in the train station lot across the street. Breakfast at the adjacent cafe is €5.

Good location: close to the Center but quiet and good service but the details to be reviewed: mattress having lived well and shower door that does not close family room correct.

Great, clean, modern design hotel. At least for the room we got (booked via kayak) — definitely worth at least to be a 4 star hotel and not 3. I actually booked suspecting (and hoping) that this is will be the case because of the great reviews. Happy I was right with this one. Have to note the night shift manager here of the 22.8.2017, the nicest most professional hotel pro I met. Hope this will be seen by his managers. He's under valued and needs a raise and a promotion!

The Best Western Hotel in Blois France, located centrally in the city, was a wonderful visit well worth the expense. The staff were very helpful and service oriented to make our stay pleasant. Recommendations for touring the area and enjoying a night meal were both well received and great recommendations. Breakfast in the AM was adequate and typical of European cuisine to assist the traveler with a wonderful AM start. Parking around the hotel is limited but free overnight until 9:00 AM. Blois was a wonderful stop as we explored the highlights of the Loire Valley and enjoyed visiting various Chateaus.

A walking distance from Château. Beautiful room in the attic. Elevator to use only with luggage.

The hotel and rooms are good quality as well as bedding.
However pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom that remains to be reviewed.
The breakfast was good and hearty with multiple choices, however this one is of a fairly expensive price.
The hotel is fairly well placed, right in front of the train station and 500 meters from the castle and all shops.
The friendly staff and present 24/24 H and 7/7 J which is very nice.
I would recommend this establishment.

The kind staff is willing to do anything to please the customers. 24/7 there is someone at the reception, which gives us a safe feeling. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean with good beds (we like them not too soft). Parking, bike rental, restaurants, city center and train station nearby.

Room own miniscule as newly redone without any postmark all made impersonal.
