The staff were very friendly. Clean and functional room. The evening meal step is OK without more but the Cook offers a different menu every night and does the utmost to accommodate the requests.

The hotel is very comfortable. Just cross the bridge to be downtown. The management is attentive to its customers with a smile and generosity. The rooms are clean, the beds are equipped with good mattresses, all overlooking a breathtaking view of the Loire. As for breakfast, it is simple but taste the croissants…
Don't hesitate, book!

Small room and small bathroom cramped. And quiet sleeps well. Breakfast correct for 6. Five Euros. Beautiful view of the city of Blois. View from the room.

Good reception, nice staff Nevertheless the hotel is really vestuste, window that does not close, temperature in the rooms really limit… Common areas not maintained…

Not expensive and boss as employees are super friendly.

Tiny room, housekeeping neglected (hair on the mattress and on the sheets, dust…), tiny bathroom but clean. Curtains mitteux and components are rusty. Castle a 10-minute walk (shows nice! ). Breakfast with many choices (buffet), good price / quality ratio.

I wanted to book in this hotel which seemed very friendly and which on the Internet seems to accept the dogs, but when I had the reception by phone they hesitated to accept my reservation and finally they rejected us. That said, if our reservation would have already been closed, they would have accepted us anyway. Finally, it is at the head of the customer…

Beautiful bathrooms just renovated.

We had booked room for four and got one for three, they added a bed and ready. To annoy us we were charged one night to seniors. We're trying to get our money back. Everything went backwards.

The truth is a place like any other, the staff is very friendly but the rooms are not so good, for the price you pay there are much better places, breakfast is very bad, pay 7 euros for a buffet of bread, butter and cereal is not the big deal, the best… The service of the staff definitely!

The hotel does not have a lift, but picturesque views from the attic. Very good beds/mattresses, but only a small simple shower room. Breakfast buffet modern-French & Cerialien.

We stopped for dinner. It didn't look nice outside but we were on a hurry. I regret not having told them to throw that disgusting cesar salad away. Worst value for money ever.

Stayed here for one week in 1992 lovely hotel friendly staff.

I stayed here for two nights in late September 2015 and had a very pleasant experience. I had a double bed room that was plenty spacious for what I needed. The room as well as the showers and toilets were all clean. I was in room 4 which only has a sink in it. The single toilet and two showers were shared but on the same floor. The hotel was quiet since the bar/restaurant downstairs closes fairly early. I didn't have much street noise either. It was a bit chilly outside but the radiator which I had temp control over was plenty warm and there was extra blankets in the room as well. The hotel may be old but I felt like room 4 had been recently updated. It's across the bridge from the pedestrian center of town but the walk is an easy 5 minutes. I actually preferred this to be slightly away and quieter. The reception isn't open late so be sure to arrive at a decent time. If the restaurant is open, you'll check in there. Don't ring the hotel doorbell as no one will answer when the restaurant is open. They will give you a door code to come and go at all hours if you like. There isn't a common room or lobby. It's just a building with rooms to stay in. I don't much fancy hanging out in my room anyway on vacation so that didn't bother me. The walls are rather thin and I heard the couple next to me having quite the fun time. Walls aren't so thin you can hear a conversation clearly but your neighbors will notice if you roll around under the sheets.
