Late arrival possible and very good management for the recovery of keys: emails and text messages exchanged. Very nice clean apartment. Well located 500 meters from the castle. Excellent value for money. To recommend if we return to Blois we will stay here again.
It was very hot. A fan would be welcome. View our arrival time we could not ask for it.

Hotel very well placed. Close to the train station and 7 minutes from the city centre. The room on the ground floor was quiet, spacious and clean. The kitchenette is well equipped. The fridge is appreciable in the summer! Karine's reception is impeccable! Thank you.

I booked 2 nights at this hotel and once I arrived I was told that there is no room available. And the worst part is that they did not help me to find an alternative. It was late and of course the majority of the other hotels were displaying full. I thought I had to sleep on the street. Customer service and phone support is poor. I do not wish anyone the experience that has happened to me.

Apartment well located. At 5 min from the castle. Room simple but correct. Small problem : moisture in the bathroom.

Hello, we are happy with our stay at the Blois apartment. Well located in the city, near the castle, near the city center. Small apartment, short layout but with what it takes and clean. Breakfast very good and the staff friendly and helpful.

Apartment well located I stayed on 23 July 2013 in this appart'city located in Blois, (Appart 556), the staff is friendly, and I was able to park my bike in a safe place, the room was clean, the bedding is comfortable and the bathroom is Great with the possibility of cooking (fridge, hotplates, etc…), which saves the price of a restaurant. No noise at night, shops are five minutes and the castle is 10 minutes. Breakfast should be more consistent.

This place I liked very much but it's a pity there is no hairdryer.

They bought one of these kind of hotels "Crainios", a zero insulation, we hear the trains of the station, tasks on the carpet and I do not even mention the beds, and the kitchenette. Proper bathroom. To avoid, even if I had little money I will not go to sleep there. It is close to the city center and the underground parking, paying what.

Very good breakfast, room with kitchenette, reception very friendly and helpful.

It's pretty quaint. Well if you sleep one night, but otherwise forget. Outside it passes, but inside No. Old enough, with broken cupboard doors, stained carpet, stains on the wall, kitchen with rusty plates, proper bathroom, proper bedding, a degraded hotel. This hotel has huge needs for major renovations. Looks like they bought an old crappy hotel that wasn't profitable.

Bad, very average standard for this type of accommodation. Upon entering the apartment I found a small lake coming from the refrigerator, opened the fridge was full of water linked to the fact that the fridge I was thawing and by the amount of water prsente will have been years that no one cleaned/thawed. I spent a good half a holiday to clean and dry the refrigerator, the following morning I was able to see that the fridge was not working, although it was on it did not cool. Questionable cleanliness, as if the room had been cleaned time before and left them without anyone checking it out. Lastly the room is non-smoking, pity it was located above the smoking rooms so you have to choose whether to keep the windows open and let the smoke in or keep shut and suffer the heat.

I found this establishment very correct.
Well located, fairly well equipped, well organized (for example for late arrivals). Good bedding.
No negative points for me.

A little old, clean, great location to visit Blois. Nice staff. Parking in the basement with places to rent. But above all do not forget the earplugs if you want to sleep (street passing and near station). There's a pharmacy in 3mn on foot:)

Housing spacious and Nice, well equipped and quiet despite the road nearby and well located as near the city center and its restaurants.

Close to the city centre. Can cook by yourself. Some of the rooms have double bed was two single beds together. Nice hotel, pretty good.

Its one of the best option if you want to cook your food yourself. Room is not that spacious but its ok for short stay.

Wifi on the second floor is non existent, there's no English news channels on the TV and the reception closes at 8pm. I've stayed in the Appart' City in Nice and I must admit that was more up to date.

Simple and clean, but old enough. The area is quiet and beautiful Blois. A little disappointed because we had a formula sales private with the small breakfast buffet included for the night from Saturday to Sunday and we were tell arriving: "no buffet Sunday morning"… not very cool stuff.
So a "small" Pokey plateau had been prepared in the chamber. Well blah!
