The clim was in panne and we do not have the warnings. I had to have surgery the next day. Not the we can see it was in canicule periode. No delivery no excuses. I don't recommend this hotel. I am furi car this is not more!

Large and nice room. Nice view. Too bad for the noise of the trains at night.

Room 401 redone rectly clean malsandstone stains on the carpet but especially the atrocious noise of the station, we heard late at night the announcements to the travelers of the SNCF! the insulation of the Windows must be reviewed.

It is a good hotel. But don't expect too much. If you get the room railway side could noisy.

Staff at small care, bar very well stocked excellent whiskey out of age and rum of very good bill.
The rooms are sober and nice the bedding and very very good, meal well under any ratio varied and copious menus (attention to the gazpacho a little too spicy) very smiling servers The desserts lack originality very close to the station, a very good stopover …

Very nice and comfortable. Conveniently located, close to the Vinci center. But especially the breakfast is very good and varied, with fresh produce and pastries that are not plastic.

Good hotel. Clean and good location. Near to the railway station.

We went back to this place a thunderstorm outside pushed us the door we went upstairs to get us a little coffee a secluded glazed place very friendly and very few people.
Very friendly to be protected from the eyes of everyone.
You can see all kinds of drinks even alcoholic.

Hotel renovated and Novotel for less than a year, all rooms are new and well equipped, the restaurant is of good quality and the breakfast top. Located at the foot of the station and car park.

My opinion only applies to breakfast, I have not booked a room.
I arrived at the hotel at 5am on a Sunday (I was waiting for a train connection at 8am) and asked to have only breakfast. The person working at my front desk very kindly received me and invited me to wait while he was preparing breakfast. He had to be ready at 6:30 but he told me he would try to prepare it a little bit before so I didn't have to wait too long. At 6:00 p. M. He kept my suitcase at the front desk and invited me to miss out. Breakfast was excellent, very plentiful and above all, the choice was immense, even for an express formula (classic continental lunch against the buffet formula at 17 euros including it salty). The teas were all excellent qualities, mostly organic, the possibility to tighten up at will. There was baguette, four different breads, brioche, madeleines, two different fruit juices, cereals with different milks including vegetable milk, white cheese with muesli, dried fruit or chocolate balls for those who want it, 5 different jams, two honeys, sugar, sweet butter and half salt… It's clear, you don't come out hungry! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the welcome, the person at the front was really helpful, pleasant and courteous and it's rare enough to be rated. He was really listening and was keen to receive well. I promised myself to leave a great review on this hotel because it's rare to have such a good welcome.

Very good as hotel but there seen is not top at least the side of the station.

A very bad experience because a whole floor was being renovated which included the fitness centre and Sauna which was our main reason for booking it. I was very angered by the night staff who was very unhelpful. The next day we checked out with a full refund and apologies from a very sincere staff. Had it been ok we would have been quite happy as the room was smart and large with a huge smart TV which was good with Wi-Fi on my phone to see movies. I did not have breakfast because there are many bars and cafes in the area. I suspect it could have been a good stay but we were caught out. It is expensive and we moved into the Grand Hotel which is a shabby chic hotel at a third of the price and better ambiance even nearer to the station.

Nice renovated establishment. Special Mention to the management of the institution anticipated a dissatisfaction and dealt with the problem even before the latter became troublesome.

The hotel is situated next to the train station, with a slight noise at 6 in the morning and a comfortable mattress.

Downtown. Welcome Home. Nice room. Everything is thought for the tranquility of the Traveler. Think about it for a future stay.

A always with the Accor group the staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms in this hotel are ok but the bathroom feels rather dated, I believe that they are currently undergoing some renovation so this maybe changing! Where this review drops two stars is the food in the resturant was awful and needs some attention, the seats were uncomfortable and seems to be more style over substance! No wonder it was empty when you have excellent restaurants within walking distance!

The Novotel's chain is impeccable.

The parking was very difficult to find. You have to double park while you run into the reception and get the code. Good luck if the reception is busy as we arrived right behind a bus tour. Our room was very hot and stuffy. The room was advertised as having air conditioning but it was turned off for the season in spite of being 22 degrees that day. It would be fine if you could open the window but as our "superior" room was right above the city's main train station it was far too noisy to open the window. For the price we paid I would expect extras like thicker towels, 2 towels per person, 2 bottles of water for a double room. The size of the room was very good and the bed was comfortable.

Beautiful rooms, awesome staff. The room temperature is fixed and quite balmy to my taste — it's a big negative. The temperature was in the 30s C when we were here so couldn't open the windows. The hotel itself is fabulous otherwise. Free Wi-Fi.

Home pro. Room and Bathroom very spacious. A little old Deco. Very nice. Room just to take a shower in the bathtub. Wi-Fi very well. Good quality breakfast.
