Booked two rooms online at a great price. A beautiful little hotel in central Tours within walking distance of the SNCF Station and the Cathedral, in a very nice neighbourhood. Rooms excellent & very clean with very nice bathrooms with very good water pressure, and everything you could want including safe boxes. Helpful staff, underground parking (

The hotel very well, the problem was the receptionist, who had no idea of English, and in French was hard to understand him. It seemed like a dialogue of the sea bream…

We stayed only one night on our roadtrip to the south of France (quite convenient hotel near the motorway). Very comfy bed! Didn't pick the breakfast (around 12€). Night was around 73 euros. Private parking available for 10€/night (a little tricky to park though)

No flexibility, no contingency consideration. Really not a penny trader. Director's limit speech. In short, never again. Damage.

A highly disadvised, the manager is neither amiable nor trader, it takes you high… Avoid it if you want to be welcomed!

Perfect. Very nice reception by all the staff throughout the stay. Only downside, not being able to benefit from parking car too large (3008) so risk of snagging it in parking at right angles to the entrance.

We arrived late in the day. Went out for food and returned to he hotel, hoping to have a good night's sleep, ready for our onward drive to Benidorm, Spain. Unfortunately we felt the bed was very uncomfortable and hard. This made sleeping very difficult for both my husband and myself. One pillow each, which were very soft and gave no support. The parking fee was €10 for the night. So not a lot of change from €100 after paying for the room too. Wouldn't have minded paying the bill, if we were fully rested.

Nice and cosy place, clean with very good breakfast and friendly stuff. When we were there they were renovating the entrance that made the hotel difficult to find. For the rest we enjoyed our stay.

Very good hotel in the center of Tours. Easy access, good services, comfortable and well isolated rooms. Ideal for a family stopover. We will be back.

Nice Hotel, nice small room, but seriously poor TV, signal always drops out and the TVs in the room cannot be adjusted to English audio, only the foyer TV can. Seriously get your act together Best Western! Best fun was the "Amusement Ride" Elevator, every time you took the lift, always gave you several jolts! Staff were excellent!

The quietest hotel I have ever stayed at for both internal and external noise. Breakfast was very good, but no toaster. Room 210 was on end and had a bay window for extra room. Room and bathroom were furnished to a high standard, as were corridors, reception, breakfast room and exterior. Location was in quite resedential area, but was only a five minute walk to both train station and tourist information center where we were meeting to go on tours. Overall a great hotel at a very reasonable price with included breakfast via hotel website.

A pleasant quiet night.

Lovely hotel, huge comfortable bed. Ideal stop off point for our drive from UK to Spain. We'll be back.

The hotel is proper and comfortable. The location is a bit disappointing as it is quite far away from the old city center.

Breakfast at full occupancy poor, bathroom closes poorly.
