Very nice place, nice well thought out room, bathroom with shower and perfect bathtub.
We were disappointed by the quality of the dinner (room service obliges) (ordinary Iberian meats and not quite Iberian, medium salmon…)
For the Pdj, for tea service in a small cup not at all suitable, it missed once hot water for tea, 1 morning we did not have the fruit salad. Allowing the choice between bread or/and pastries would be a plus… Warm yoghurt…

In this time of pandemic, finding a comfortable facility with room service is not easy. You can make a very nice step and even a nice stay in this hotel. The welcome is warm, the room very comfortable, large with a terrace. Dinner with half bottle of champagne and candles were tasty. The perfect service. The same breakfast served in a very varied and hearty room. Here is a hotel that has adapted perfectly to the sanitary conditions to welcome its guests safely while maintaining comfort and pleasure. We had a great evening and enjoyed being cocooned.

No complaints this was our second stay for a little weekend. Always so satisfied! Home and frame at the top, and really a special mention for breakfast! A treat and even room service! In short I recommend with eyes closed this place that is to our eyes is a real nugget to discover.

We had a very pleasant stay at Chateau Belmont. The room we had was very spacious and even equipped with basic kitchen utensils.

Service very disappointing and very long! 40mm waiting for the aperitif and 20mm between each dish, it's way too much! It is no longer a pleasure to eat so much we are annoyed to wait.

We stayed 5 nights in the old building. This is a great hotel. Located conveniently just outside the town of Tours, which is a great town to visit and a great base to see the Loire Valley. The room and bathroom were the largest we have had in anywhere in France. Well maintained and clean. The bathroom was bigger than our own, which is unusual for France. It's in a quiet neighborhood, set off the road. To get to Tours, you either take a pleasant 15 minute walk, downhill, or walk 5 minutes to a very convenient and easy to use tram (if only we had these services in the USA). Service was excellent and friendly. English was not an issue. Plenty of parking. There was a dining room which seemed popular for dinner and breakfast is offered, but we partook of neither (Tours and the local area is loaded with great restaurants and food). There seemed to be a lot of facilities, such as a swimming pool. Our room overlooked the pleasant park in front of the hotel. Negatives-there were incredibly loud toads in the pond in the park that made their noise in the middle of the night. And someone should write a book titled "Strange Plumbing Controls of Europe" for the bizarre ways Europeans control their showers and sinks. Took a few days to figure out AC controls. We would happily stay in this hotel again.

The hotel shares its small park with a retirement home.

Spacious rooms. Spa with swimming pool hammam and sauna. Possible pay care also. Quality gourmet Restaurant and breakfast at the top. Only a senior adjacent residence at the hotel breaks a bit the authentic side of the park.

The whole complex makes more think of residences than a hotel but very nice staff, large room very clean, large bathroom, large choice at breakfast, decent dinner, well spa, heated pool. Very nice little park.

I think this hotel deserves no problem my 5 stars, the rooms are spacious clean equipped comfortable, the welcome received is perfect, the hotel is perfectly maintained, the spa is also very clean and pleasant. In short I would recommend this hotel. For my part, I would go back to my next pass.

Best Clarion hotel I have ever stayed at. Very clean, well maintained, restaurant with excellent food. Wait staff in restaurant was one of the most efficient, well coordinated and friendly I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. Even a decent coffee maker in the room.

We spent four days with family in this charming hotel, 8 adults and 4 young children. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent cuisine adapting, on demand, to the constraints of a large and sometimes turbulent family. Quiet, spacious and perfectly equipped rooms. We will definitely get back to that.

We had a great weekend at Château Belmont! All the staff are at the small care, the setting and the decoration very nice, the meal and breakfast succulent!

I have to congratulate the owners of the hotel for what is one of the misleading websites I have seen. The domain shows views of a beautiful chateau, so one has the impression that the rooms are located there. In reality, they do not show the pictures of the real building located on the left side of the chateau where one stays. That is simply misleading and dishonest.

Great stay, elegant but modern. Good restaurant, really excellent breakfast. Not far from downtown. Even for a walk.

The hotel was our stopover from Spain to Holland. We stayed two nights. We picked rooms with a view on the Loire. There were no showers. We had a bathtub and had to hold the shower head above our head to rinse.
The room is as you can expect of this type of hotel. Clean enough, big, without air conditioning and a little outdated.
The breakfast is peculiar. A million choices in food additives, but very little choice in fruit. The pride of the breakfast lies in the "home made" products. Lots of different honeys. Not our type of breakfast, but for certain people, this must be great.
The Hotel seems a bit understaffed. To get a beer in the bar, you have to go to reception.
It was a nice experience in a beatiful building with nice views.

We have stayed at the Chateau Belmont a number of times and have found it a convenient relaxing location on the route through to SW France. However, our stay on Monday 28th August was not satisfactory. The staff who are usually excellent seemed over stretched. Our Prestige Suite that we normally like is starting to look tired. There are bad stains on the carpet. The table on the terrace had not been cleaned from Breakfast or lunch. However, our greatest cause for complain…t is the restaurant food and service for the evening dinner. We were the first to arrive for dinner on the terrace. Initial service was very slow and the drinks were wrong. The first cause came quite quickly but was unexciting. The sommelier was very slow at pouring our wine. We waited 45 minutes after completing the first course and had not received our main dishes. All other tables that had arrived after us were being served. After attracting the attention of the maitre 'd, the food emerged. From the temperature of the underside of the plates, it was clear that the food had been sitting on the pass, though this was denied. When I suggested that service was very slow I was simply told 'yes'. From its treatment and delay the food was dreadful. The fish was substantially overcooked, the aioli had separated, the veal was overcooked (it was supposed to be rare), tough and inedible.

My partner and I had a wonderful weekend at this hotel! It's a peaceful, relaxing place and the service is perfect! We highly recommend it and will come back, it was perfect.

Great hotel, the surroundings are very comfortable, full of green ~ Elegant and casual, breakfast although the style is not much but the texture is very good, the coffee is good, enjoy a good breakfast! It's a hotel that will want to come back to stay.

Lovely mix of modern facilities and quality with charming main building and staff. Traditional building with restaurant (lovely staff) and some rooms, plus modern block to the side of that with very comfortable modern rooms (our family suite included two hobs, microwave and dishwasher). The restaurant is genuinely high quality, yet family friendly (we even talked our way into letting the dog in with us)

Nice hotel in Tours but it doesn't have the character of Chateau type of hotels in this region. Even the "Chateau" building does not have much of a character. Most of the new rooms are in new buildings and those are just like a Clarion in the U. S. Too far to old part of town to walk. It also seems to be the hotel for the river cruising people. Rooms were clean, service was excellent. Just missing the charm.

A superb frame around the Castle. Staff welcoming and attentive to the customers. No problem to bring her pet. I tested the pool, sauna and the hamman and it was great. I recommend!

Comfortable and propropre we spent a very nice weekend. English breakfast was very nice.

A great stopover en route back to London. With two young children we stayed in a suite which was perhaps less grand than it sounded but perfectly adequate. The hotel staff were very welcoming and we even had time to have a quick swim in the pool which the kids loved. Dinner was fabulous — totally surpassed our expectations and I'd highly recommend it — worth going to just for dinner if no need to stay over night. Breakfast was also great and got us off to a great start. I'd recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.

With family at St cyr spent a week of Halloween in this magnificent hotel building main room very comfortable breakfast very well we invited the family to eat at more than delicious last night from aperitif to dessert. We will be back that's for sure. A Belgian couple.

We came to 6 for Christmas dinner which was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the fineness of the kitchen, the originality of the dishes and presentation. The staff was very friendly. The food was perfect (wine glasses included in the menu). Thanks again for this nice Christmas meal.

Very nice Hotel in — provided you have a reasonable level of physical fitness — walking distance of the city centre of tours. I especially like the rooms, which are very well cleaned and of a modern standard. The breakfast is very good. Food at the restaurant tastes good but guests staying longer or returning frequently might quickly become bored by the menu. The bar is a bit expensive.

Quality gourmet restaurant. The Park is beautiful without forgetting to take the aperitif in the canopy or on the terrace — ideal restaurant with friends or a couple.
