Good… The welcome is nice and the setting is nice however the extra beds are really in pitiful states. I lay on it and a rembard is farting on the spot. For 36 euros a bed is a bit expensive.

Really nice place, pleasant and very close to the city with private parking. Great breakfast, comfortable room with all the amenities and very friendly managers. Recommended!

80 ' a room for 2 with 1 cot with water damage to the ceiling and a broken shower tray and (badly) patched up, this is unacceptable. No information was given when booking by phone. We're still settling in. We give a shower to our 1-and-a-half-year-old son who follows the crack of the patched bin. Important thing for the rest: this child was sitting in the shower, normal behavior for a child of this age. In front of the condition of the shower and the view we have on the ceiling, we went to see the hoteliers. The hotelier did not see the problem "because this room was booked every day of the week". We tell them that the information should have been given over the phone when booking. The hotelier tells us that the shower is safe and that we have to watch our child (ah well? ). The hoteliers do not understand our astonishment and list the points that bring at the cost of 80 euros per room. The price is for them that of a whole they take the time to list (parking, reception, cot involving an extra 6 euros, cleanliness of the rooms). He comes into the room and tells us that the water damage should be repaired soon and that he does not see the problem with the shower tray. From thread to needle, follows a "there is only with the French that I have problems" came out of nowhere. With that in his right, we decide to leave immediately. The hotelier leaves, then comes back and offer us the room at half price (so. In the face of so much bad faith, we still decide to leave.

Hotel always as welcoming: patron of a rare kindness, nickel room, quiet, breakfast at the top: in short, do not change anything, we will return again with pleasure!

Ideally located close to the center, everyone here (boss and waitress) is caring for the customer. The rooms are nice and clean, I will return with great pleasure.

In a city that we did not know, we were greeted very warmly at the Castel Fleuri. The location was very good and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast is a pure moment of relaxation, there is a great choice for all tastes. The staff are most friendly, present to bring tourist information.

A very clean hotel, very well located, a rich and varied breakfast, a friendly staff and a little care.
We booked 3 nights in May 2017 in the refurbished family room. The room was really good and there was room. Towels provided and changed regularly, impeccable housekeeping.
We had good information from the managers on the sites to visit.
The hotel is a 10/15-minute walk from the historic centre. It is appreciable in the end to be a little eccentric because there is a lot of noise in the evening when approaching the centre and with children we prefer the calm.
We did not regret the choice of this hotel.

Very friendly, clean and an easy walk to the centre of Tours. A reasonable continental breakfast kept us going until lunch.

Over all it's really nice family own hotel, love the owner and his wife! First night We stay in the ground floor it's lovely room but just got bugs! Other than that it's all good!

Occasionally one stays somewhere that is exceptional in every aspect. The level of service is personal – friendly which made our stay so great. They are the kindest, most gracious hoteliers you could ever hope to meet. We will for sure return.

Very nice place to stay in Tours. Near the old town (10mn by feet). The room was clean and the bathroom was beautiful, freshly restored. People are really great, very careful. The only bad point is the noise from other rooms.

We had 3 lovely nights at the Hotel Castel Fleuri in the newly refurbished room. It was very comfortable and the hosts were warm, friendly and very helpful in helping us and making sure we made the most of our visit to the beautiful city of Tours.
