The delicacy and freshness of the dishes make this restaurant one of the best in the city! It has excellent advice on food and wine pairings…
And contrary to what his name might imply, we don't eat that Morteau sausage with potatoes!

Super meal Nothing to complain personal at the top I recommend.

Nice room Very good location, right in the centre of Pontarlier. Parking for the cars a bit tricky but plenty of places nearby. We could not enjoy the breakfast, because getting up too late.

Well too expensive for what it is low end room F1, server not friendly, light breakfast… they enjoy it because there is not much in the corner.

Excellent address very well received and of course very well eaten enter your eyes closed and let you guide.

Having booked 2 months in advance, for Valentine's Day, I receive to this day the call from the chief to tell me that they are closed today!
I phoned several restaurants but they are all full! Thank you for ruining this day for me. You have nothing to do with it but we do not wait 3:30 before the appointment made (a few months before) to warn people. You will understand that I cannot be objective with you.

There's nothing to say just it's awesome! The service is nice. The boss who is also in the kitchen only serves fresh produce… the top.

A really nice hotel, we stayed four nights with my boyfriend, the beds are comfy, Super warm duvets, showers at the top, spacious rooms, a hotel really very welcoming, I recommend!

The plates are good but if you reserve for your birthday don't have 30 minutes late!
Upon arrival we coldly welcomes you to tell you that the furnaces are turned off. I don't win € 250 in 2 hours otherwise I think I'd be kind!
