Very disappointed with the hotel. First of all room not really clean. Dust sheep behind the nightstand. TOILET with black marks inside the walls not very clean. The duvet top not clean with stains. And the staff at breakfast not nice and buffet breakfast not full it lacked a lot of deli meats. A group that cycled was making sandwiches for breakfast. Very high price for the proposed service!

An aging hotel that needs a serious redevelopment kick.
The paintings can no longer and it is even dirty limit.
The restaurant deserves more the name of small cafeteria, in the same State as the rest. Very simple raw dishes of stripping. Expensive for quality.
But it's a breakdown.

The room was nice the comfortable bed by cons The bathroom the bathtub is very slippery is too high I made myself a blue in l spanning and the joints of the glass was dirty two towels for a couple that is not enough to my liking a very small mat p As of brushed for nice personal toilet we had a little problem with a school group that was making night noise they quickly reacted to the situation.

My favorite in Pontarlier! Room and bathroom renovated in the green tones Apple! Good bedding, coffee and tea making available and the restaurant is nice also. The price of the rooms really attractive.

The hotel is modest and clean, service is okay, provides and a good stay.

OK price, breakfast and staff — hygiena especially in the bathroom (see the dirty towel on the floor)

The room was clean and functional but not the best value for money, since there's less expensive hotels in jura with 10 times less room and twice more spacious!
Everywhere in the room we see invitations to save electricity, SOAP, etc, but we suspect it is especially to reduce their fees because they talk about the environment but the SOAP is labeled green but not biological, but it protects the environment since it uses only natural products that cost more. They want to protect the environment on condition however that it make them also to save money.
The breakfast is a buffet but again there is nothing organic.
