Very welcoming and friendly, the price of the restaurant is very attractive in value for money.

Nice friendly atmosphere server despite an entry that discards. Brewery type food.

Mouai. The banquet is good otherwise the rest is dated.

Clean room, Internet and TV in each room. Only downside the bathroom you can use everything at the same time everything is very close.

The quality of the menus offered is very random, it can be very good as infects!

Satisfactory access, arrival at 12h10, served at 12:48 pm for a resumption of post at 13:00… to the menus, pork loin with tagliatelle, pork loin came rare (ditto for 4 colleague) ridiculous portion… only strong point, starter and dessert at will. All its for 13 € 50

I just went to the restaurant because I had to go to that one because I had a training next.

It is old, the toilet pipes of other rooms pass through my room with a lot of noise. The clothes of the bed are worst than old-fashioned. Bed noisy and hard. The heat system smells. Wonderful for Halloween night.

The site is vieillo and the reception too distant rooms. The chb at first glance seemed very correctr but box spring broken, bed creaking horribly at chq movement spiders many, sdb way formula 1 dating back to the 70's and covered in mold. Short notice very negative. N we will stay there again not.

Excellent value for money. Friendly welcome. Great view. Parking on Ghent parking. I recommend.

Very good welcome, service nickel but the buildings are in a state of lamentable, and some of the rooms are from another age!

Price-quality relationship very appropriate. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable (bedding, large tv, free Wi-Fi and performance). Unfortunately, the space of water is antiquated and contrast with the room. Breakfast buffet close to the rooms and very correct. Restaurant at 200m of the rooms, accessible from the outside. Dish of the day or a la carte, same as the rooms, good price / quality ratio. I am very satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel for people on the go, or for couples as a step.

I just in all honesty change my previous opinion. If you are in a room redone, no worries, it is clean, quiet, functional, so for the price it is quite… well. The restaurant is good without being excessive, the breakfast left for her to my taste a bit expensive. The staff is very very kind, congratulations. And so here is my old comment, is hot, having stayed this time in room non renovated: Oh my god, do vs. Not rely on the picture on the website, if u have the chance your room will be redone to nine, otherwise it is the cata. It is antiquated, the room was horrible, the furniture of another time, the shower a vulgar cabin plastoc with the toilet in a few cm of the shower. 47 euro the night it is of the flight, a hotel like this should not apply tariffs to more than 35 euros. So angry, the website photos are deceptive and the exorbitant price for a hotel that seedy so;

Change of owner for a little while already, and, therefore, a good recovery in hand. Room redone for 95 % of the hotel, there are still some old rooms. Restoration has improved significantly on all meals made no surprises and no small buffet entry interesting followed by a buffet of desserts with the presence of cheese
