Best holiday so far! The hotel is so beautiful and clean, the staff are really friendly and can’t do enough to help. The kids have been well catered for with there own buffet, restaurant and big kids club. Tkl photography have been superb, they are such a lovely company to have in the hotel, we had are family pictures done and couldn’t be happier, they weren’t pushy with the sale and where excellent at working with the kids to get the best out of them, definitely coming back next year!

Our big family (10+) have been coming to this hotel for many years now. The hotel itself is very nice and child friendly, but whats even more important to us is how staff makes our family feel welcome every time. Last but not least, I would like to say big thanks to waiter Zulkuf. He looked after our family from the day one 9 years ago till this day! also, highly recommend spa treatment packages. 2 hours of total relaxation 😌.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. 5***** From the facilities to the entertainment team that are so welcoming constantly trying to make your holiday fun with a wide range of games/shows to accommodate ALL ages! The waiters in ALL bars/restaurants simply cannot do enough for you…Daily room service/cleaners. Free mini bar/fridge in toom replenished daily. CONSTANT food! Every hour in the snack bar around the pool what is on offer changes! ALL freshly cooked in front of you from crepes if you miss breakfast to waffles, wraps, hotdogs, jacket potatoes the list goes on! Cleanliness just amazing! I NEVER go back to the same place but I shall definitely return to Mukarnas resort and spa… It has Everything you could possibly want from free saunas to Turkish bath, indoor heated pool and jacuzzis… Disco bar, 24 hour bar, water sports, bowling alley, pool tables, shops, squash court, aqua park, children’s fairground rides, trampolines, mini golf, Idyllic scenery the list goes on! A very nice, well-kept and clean hotel with extremely friendly staff that leaves nothing to be desired. The food is superb and sumptuous. The complex, with its secluded places, invites you to linger and relax. We are already here for the 2nd time and can recommend this hotel very well. We are very happy to come back.

We spent the most beautiful week here in 2019. It was our honeymoon. The hotel is modern, clean and beautiful. The stuff was proffesional and very kind. The selection of food was great and very delicious. I had absolutely no bad experience.

Absolutely loved every second I spent in this hotel, staff was amazing nothing was never too much always trying too help. Entertainment was great, food was very nice, the bar staff was great, funny, full of conversation especially Deniz in the lobby bar ❤. The beach is beautiful but recommend u take rock shoes because it's pebbles. The spa was amazing, neva felt more relaxed in my life. Lots for children too do. Room was big and clean. Will be returning here in the future again. Had the best time. Thank you, mukarnas ❤❤❤🌞🏝🍹

Recommended, upscale atmosphere, you feel comfortable, the rooms are very well equipped and clean, all places in the hotel within walking distance, thoughtful simple construction, you can find your way around very quickly!

Tunco is the best member of staff here, so helpful, lovely & goes out of his way to make sure you have the best holiday. Really enjoyed our holiday & this lovely lad has made it perfect. Cant fault hotel just the other guests, especially eastern Europeans are the rudest vile people I've ever come across, staff cope with their vile demands exceptionally well, if it was me I'd tell them to do one but the staff are brilliant. Would def return xxx.

The hotel is lovely, grounds, beach. But not all units work perfectly. I bow to the chefs and employees of the Department of nutrition. Try very hard workers live entertainment. But at the reception, sitting arrogant people, and to some extent laid back. In his room found bedbugs. Resting many times in the Crimea and Odessa, it was nothing like this, and then fucking 5 stars, Turkey, the bugs! But killed the reaction of the hotel. When I ran in horror from the fact that my baby in the dream, biting bugs and two dead bugs in the napkins, they said "now will come clean in the room". Then three minutes later they called and said "the cleaners are all gone, we will give you a new number". No apology and politely sympathetic entities. Given a room worse, killed bath, with cracks, with the disappearance of the light and views of the terrace of the lobby bar, when you go out on the balcony, all looking at you as if you're going to give a performance. I already didn't tell anyone because it makes no sense. For the client they are not fighting! PS. Do not advise anyone to move into a room 1114, there are bugs! And no bed bugs but dead room 1067! Not raschityvajte at kids club, where these babysitters need babysitters themselves. Zero attention to the child!

It is problematic to feed a child up to three years. No basic (for breakfast and dinner), no warm milk, compots or juices, yoghurts, kefir, boiled meat and vegetables. Baking very little. No snacks to beer near the pool. Had dinner yesterday in the bar on the street in a clean ware with spoons ate found two clean spoons, it's just terrible, not in one hotel did not see. The children's animation is very weak, every day is the same. The child wanted a foamy evening, but until she was still there. The entrance to the sea is bad.
Now the pros. On the beach it is good that no one is molested with any travel or shopping. Masseurs also do not get. The administration's Attitude to customers is disgusting. In comparison with the hotel which rested last year, Mukarnas more than 3 points does not deserve.

Stayed with 22.05.2018. Very nice hotel. Delicious food, lots of sweets. The rooms are clean and Comfortable. Thanks to all the staff for a memorable stay. Special thanks to the waiter named Turgay, cheerful, positive, pleasant guy, always qualitatively serviced.

The Technique of his massage is simply amazing, it is not only relaxing, but also curative! And These are nice and useful beauty treatments with algae! More Pamper your body and it will look smooth, elastic and toned! Only 5 sessions and no cellulite, and minus 2 kg! The Sensations are marvelous, and the main thing after the procedures appeared an unbelieving lightness and a sea of energy! Thank you, Hakan, for such a magical relaxation! Great place for a holiday with family with children, staff is well trained, polite with children. The Garden is very well kept and beautiful. The Food is plentiful, desserts and fruits are great. We Had a great time… Thank you.

Very nice hotel, quiet and very clean. Staff listening, room very spacious and comfortable. Very varied food, several swimming pools and aquapark. Pretty large indoor pool. Nothing wrong except the poor quality Wi-Fi network, you have to pay to have a better connection.

Nice hotel. The food was very good. Good alcohol is absent. The staff is friendly. The rooms are fresh and clean. Internet is slow, Wi-Fi coverage is weak. There is a big bazaar nearby.

Lovely resort, not very many English people here, mainly Russian so found it hard to mix. Resort itself is beautiful & grounds, pool, play area, theatre etc all lovely. Food was gorgeous & tasty and varied each day, catering for children too with their own area of foods. Rooms were lovely & spacious and has Wi-Fi too.

Rooms were clean and stylish, bathroom was neat and big enough. Food was excellent and there were snacks available almost every moment. Staff was helpful but sometimes too fast, plates were gone before we even started eating! Evening show was every night, that was good and entertaining. Beach area was awesome too, just loved it. Pools were good and water slides too. Animation group had every day some action, water gym, stretching, games etc.

Nice spa hotel with very friendly staff! Clean rooms with air conditioner, TV and balcony. Delightful buffet with daily changing themes. Cool drinks round the clock, served by the most friendly bartenders. Large swimmingpool with some entertainment like watersports or other games during the day. There are also some slides and a separate kids pool. The beach is very close to the hotel with an additional bar. Other activities like mini-golf, tennis, bowling or a game center are also located in the hotel.

Very nice hotel, clean, pleasant room. Everything you need is there. Very nice staff. Good shopping facilities. Many activities. You're not bored. I'm very happy. Can I recommend anyone.

The family-friendly food and drinks are nice. The pools are large clean and adequate, sports and hiking possibilities are good, and the air quality is superb. I advise. Absolutely.

A fabulous hotel. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. I think cleaning is number 10. I found my family looking for a hotel in the center for environmental trips. We stayed here for 3 nights. The comments were very nice. After I stayed, I confirmed how accurate the comments were made. Especially with breakfast and variety, he still deserves 10 numbers. In the city I do not need to look for another place to stay.

I had a pleasant and relaxing stay from 9 August to 22 August 2017, with family (2 children 4 years old).
Very clean and well maintained room
A large swimming pool, a small for children with slide and other slides for the larger ones.
Beach with stones (provide bathing shoes for not having sore feet).
A Kids Club.
Show every night.
And daytime entertainment in the swimming pools.
Hotel not very large and enough places at the restaurant, at the pool and the beach.

We stayed in this hotel in August 2017. The stated 5 stars match. If briefly, then: the number-5 points (clean, tidy, in time cleaned and change towels), the food-4, 8 points (I will note that most of the dishes are quite perchjonnye. It's worth saying that the first two days were normal, but on the third day I realized that it was for me A small minus. Therefore not 5). There is a separate children's menu. Every day was dedicated to some kitchen. Turkish, Chinese, Italian. Beach-4, 8 (on the Beach pebbles. And in the water too. It gave some discomfort. I had to buy special shoes. I also note that the entrance to the water is quite deep. Children need to be as careful as possible.

Well maintained area, but poor animation for children. The animation team works with children almost without emotion, in the nearby hotels children constantly crowd running around with different games on the beach. The animators are some tired though still only the middle of the season. Evening performances are very short 40-45 minutes. The sea is clean, but large pebbles, without special shoes uncomfortable or can be from the pier. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Nothing refuge, except a reusable blanket, which no one changes. We ended up asking for more sheets. The views are different, asked to change the room, not to look at the road, although paid sea view.

This is our first trip abroad. The experience is very good stayed away from the hotel. Us as newlyweds, given the best room with a sea view, although the tour had a land view room, and 2 times brought fruit and wine to the room, which made us very happy) was very clean in the room, towels changed every day, bed once in 3 days, with towels twisted swans, Heart and elephants. Replenishment of the mini bar was every day-2 juice, 2 bottles of water, 1 bottle of mineral and 1 bottles of cola. Fed on slaughter, lots of fruit and sweets (as in the confectionery factory), loved the themed dinners, had a fish dinner (there were a lot of fish, mussels, oysters, sushi all sorts of crayfish) and dinner for lovers (all women were given carnations, the hall was decorated Hearts, Balls, all the staff were in T-shirts with hearts and all clapped, all the food was decorated with flowers, and even the rice was laid out in the form of a heart, still giving chocolates) in general we were delighted. A lot of booze, cocktails, wine, drink! The snack bar had very tasty pizza, hamburgers and pasta. A pity just that the food can not be worn out of the restaurant, sometimes wanted to go to the beach in the evening and sit. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, all in greens, lots of flowers, shops, but not very big. The truth was boring, tours were expensive and it was far to go even and on such heat. But if there is a company then think everything will be OK)

Good day to all! Tonight is back from vacation. Do not write comments, but I can not write " a child in this hotel you can NOT drive! "First the good. For adults and young people — the hotel is good. Fun! Delicious! Not a bad drink! Animation is good! We traveled 4 adults and 2 children (4 years and 1.5 years) children have nothing to eat! Rice — morning, lunch, evening. All acute. When they started to complain mom added mashed potatoes — Thank you for it though. When came on the 4th day of rest to dinner in the dining room that would take place closer to the children's corner, we noticed the absence of children in the dining room. The next day it was clear why. My child has a high fever. Many of the children were vomiting, fever, loose motions. The floor 2 of children with mothers was taken to the hospital. The hospital said that it was an infection or in the pool, or in the diet. The next day when I talked with these moms who were in the hospital I learned that in the hospital there were many children from our hotel. Well, I had a half bag of medicines and I stuffed a son immediately all need. I couldn't wait until we go home. One day my child before dinner, fell asleep. By the time you see that perfect time to close the dining room. Went down to the dining room, picked up a baby blue bowl, poured the soup and took a piece of bread. I think I Wake up – feed my son (he is 1.5 years).

Great hotel. The view from the room on the sea and the inner Territortju is beautiful. Good service. Cleaning every day. The territory is saturated. There are children's slides and for adults. Pebble Beach. It is desirable to take footwear for swimming that it was not painful to walk on stones.
There is one but… The cleaning staff in our absence looked into the bags. Because things were stacked differently. We did not swear… Apparently check on that not carried from numbers dishes or other that.

We stayed as a family of four (2 toddlers) from the 7th to the 14th July 2016 for a family break. It was my daughters (2 year old) first holiday and our 4th visit to Turkey — I'm just so glad it wasn't our first as it would have put me off Turkey for good. Summary: The holiday was a big let down for us, overcrowding was the main reason for our disappointment — if your planning to visit, avoid during busy periods (July/August) the facilities are inadequate for high guest volumes. You will likely spend a large amount of time queueing. Very popular hotel with Turkish, Russians and Germans — the hotel/Okurcalas area appears well suited to such guests. Location — not a great deal to see or do locally — a long way to Antalya and 30 miles from Alanya. Hotel grounds: The hotel is beautiful and the grounds team do an excellent job of maintaining the gardens, the landscaping is excellent — a well planted and manicured grounds. Spa: If there is one thing you should spend your money and time on it is a trip to the spa — we make a habit of visiting every hotel spa we stay in and the Mukarnas spa experience was delightful. The Indonesian masseuse we had was excellent as were the spa staff themselves. We had an excellent package deal consisting of a Turkish bath, face mask and oil massage and it was just what was needed to relieve the stress of our stay.

All is well only the half-empty hotel. And we as the third pelvis rest in the hotel. Could settle us in the morning. The answer is one of big questions for him. It was a wonderful and beautiful hotel and view. The food was great and the personal from the restaurant was awesome! I will like to give 5 stars but the front disk personal was not so nice and they didn't help like the should. Some activities wasn't opened when we were there last week because it's wasn't a lot of people yet but I think that it shouldn't matter because we all paid for what it was on they program and its was disappointed that we didn't see everything. After a few night it became boring on the evening they have the same show every night and only for 30-40 minutes! Not everyone can Speak English. They talks most Germany and Russian language. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all and its should if we also have paid for it! Every day they clean the room but no the floor or toilet! And they should change the check out time for those who fly later on night and it should be for free … But we do give 5 stars to the restaurant personal and specially Berk who help us a lot! (:! They should even fix the play room for the kids, most of it was broken and most of the balls was all flat. The towel guy by the pool was very nice and helpful! And about the pools the water are very cold and they don't have anyone looking so no one draws or something. They should even have play thing to borrow on the pool and have more and different activities. I will go back and hopefully it will be better! And hopefully we could get more help and information!.

The hotel is okay and the cleaner staff but the reception ppl so awful and rude luck of customer service. Not speak English. Not recommend for English speakers.

Very disappointing. Food is only mediocre. Drinks are just mediocre. 100% fruit stands on the juice dispenser. Refilled is but syrup just to a sample to name a few.
Also there's nowhere beverage bars.
Wi-Fi, which we had booked with does not work. According to the staff since weeks!
The pool landscape is beautiful. Too small for the size of the hotel, however. The beach is terrible. The bath island is not built. The theatre has broken up more than this place shows can find.
Rooms are fine. As with three stars in Germany. Even quite large.
Conclusion: never again and absolutely not recommended.

Great hotel, great food, the truth really nowhere to go around, but if you come on a week at quite fun. Cons — housekeeping middling. Otherwise, everything is fine. Recommend.

The third day. It's better to book places with courtyard view. If not, then on the left side of the construction from 09.0000 up to 17.0000, and on the right works cooling generator, from 09.0000-16.12:00 Pools are excellent. Both adult and child. The hotel is not good enough to get 5*. The hotel looks very nice and all, but what ruins the experience is the staff, the food and the location. The staff doesnt know english very well, some of them cant say a word. Also they arent friendly, almost never smile and is not very helpful. The food they offer is a buffet. There is many things to pick from, but all the things you can pick is medium good at best. Also many people are getting sick from the food, me and my girlfriend included. Also, it is smart to have all inclusive or at least half pension as there is very difficult to find good restaurants nearby. The prices for drinks are: water (1, 5l) — 2€, cola (0, 33l) — 2€, local beer (maybe 0, 4? ) — 3€. Pro: — nice looking hotel — good swimmingpool and pool area — close to the beach and good beach area — plenty of things to do at the hotel: minigolf, pool tables, tennis, volleyball, swimming, spa, dancing and so on. Cons: — Poor or no service at all — The food isnt good — Staff is not friendly and doesnt speak english (most of them) — The location is somewhat remote, there is nowhere to go by foot around the hotell except from the alara grand pazaar. For me this is a 3, maybe 4 star hotel.
