Nice hotel. Nice room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice and helpful staff, room and room small and comfortable.
Breakfast very well served with a majority of local products very tasty!
And our bike could be safely parked in the hotel's secure parking lot. (free of charge. )
And two steps to the center.

The room was not particularly clean. The cot was available, but with an impossible mattress. There was no elevator but a spiral staircase, which was pretty stupid for us. The room was quite far from the parking lot. Nevertheless, two stars because the employees were really very nice and helpful.

Shocked at the reception we received during the check-in! Deplorable! No smile, very haughty and unpleasant person. After booking for several nights 24h in advance, we spent a night of unsleepy travel, we were exhausted and politely asked for a room around 11 am. The manager and owner of the hotel has coldly replied (without deigning to give us a glance) that he does not accept us in the hotel before 2.30 pm when this is not stipulated in the confirmation email! The concern was not so much the interminable expectation justified by the so-called "unavailability" of the 30 rooms contained in the hotel, it is above all the haughty and degrading behavior that I had to face. I have never, never, been received this way in any hotel or other hotel! I am deeply shocked at the welcome I received and the lack of professionalism of this hotel manager. I was therefore obliged to pay the night booked as agreed upon my reservation but I still preferred to flee this hotel as soon as possible. I strongly advise against it! Go your way…

Attractive hotel. Comfortable bed. Town square near and convenient for an overnite stay when travelling.

Lovely family apartment — very clean and smart. Only issue is that the hotel Wi-fi does not reach the family apartment, which is very annoying if traveling with limited mobile data.

Well placed, parking quite convenient. Close to the city centre. Pet. Warm welcome. Only downside : outdated rooms.

The hotel itself is very nice, with a terrace inside very nice. But I stayed in the annex, which is less exciting. After everything is clean and the bedding correct.

I was housed in the annex, the access is complicated, there is no restaurant on site and the access to the room of the small dej is done by the external.

Rooms were cold as ice, the milk was sour at the breakfast and the man at the front desk was rude.

Great location great food in morning they also offer a good Service and the beds were great.

We spent the weekend here for a 2 day wine tasting. Our room is acceptable and clean but a bit pricey in my opinion. You can however have a picnic in the common room with the regional products we bought in the town.

Very friendly staff and great location. Across the street from bakery which has great pastry.

I do not judge the hotel following a serious problem because even family I have to cancel my reservation.
The reservation was for Friday night and I canceled Thursday morning!
The hotel still charged the room!

Needs update. rooms in the back don't get Wi-Fi. Never got any wine-tasting after I checked in.

We were very disappointed when we arrived and the receptionist (friendly) said us what was "Annex" of the hotel.
By booking us we are based on the photos of the charming rooms of the hotel that were presented to us.
As say you that we have been more than surprised the poor quality of the rooms of "Appendix", not to mention access to these rooms…
To access the room we had to cross a restaurant, borrow a service staircase finally arriving in a room of a quality more than mediocre, which is certainly not worth its price!
Disappointed we finally took a room in another hotel of the city. This little weekend which was to be a moment of relaxation finally turned into a big hassle that cost us dear! The receptionist made us pay the night even though we only stayed…
It is too bad because the peace itself hotel is a lovely hotel but the owners are very dishonest to not to specify more clearly what is "schedule"…

Just had our 3rd holiday at this hotel. Very clean rooms. Hotel staff are very friendly, especially to English-only speakers :-) The hotel is 10 mins from the centre of Beaune, so you don't need your car. They have a secure car park, which is very helpful. I would recommend this hotel everyone, singles or family.
