Good value for money whether for the room or for breakfast. Pleasant staff. Clean room and very comfortable bedding.

We was allowed access to some breakfast even though we didn't stay overnight and it's was beautiful. Staff was polite. Food was fresh. Very clean and well presented.

Home wonderful room very comfortable and very neat But above all a restaurant of extreme quality with quality service and a great chef cook that delighted my son and me. The reforeest breakfast is absolutely remarkable with frozen yoghurt with sweets. Short on the way back I stop!

Bad service, rude staff, races, tiny room. Staff tell us don't wet the floor, don't pick up food more then 1 pcs (except westerners people), don't make noice. Oh my goodness, this is not a hotel. Kind of Jail.

I am delighted to have spent the night at the hotel Kia with a very very very very good very clean welcome very friendly I will return thanks to the Manager and to the whole team.

Very good reception, nice room for 2 people but only one bottle of water, bathroom not practical and the door did not close completely, breakfast OK but they need time to recharge the buffet, people who rid the tables of which very noisy with the dishes, the card to return it is discharged and it was necessary to call the emergency number for a person to come and open us, this person was not even in the hotel and was not friendly.

Good location, rooms are simple but functional and clean.

Small bedrooms but clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Location on edge of town about 20 mind walk. Would be happy to stay again.

This served a purpose as a stop over arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning. The family room I had was not in best of conditions and certainly not one of those shown on the website! Breakfast is expensive for what it is so consider other options if you can ie go into Beaune itself.

Good food, economic price.

Good hotel for the price you pay. Receptionist also waiters tables around dinner time so if you check-in around 8pm you may have to wait a little. Rooms are good standing though nothing fancy. No lock on our bathroom door (triple room) … There are a number of restaurants nearby and even a bowling alley making this a good location for short stops.

Restaurant simple but authentic cuisine, nice ambiance to the bar, pleasant terrace, rooms renovated with taste, sober, modern and elegant. A small flat on the soundproofing between the rooms but good…

Great for a stopover if you are driving to the South of France.

Room not clean, the shelves dusty, the waste below the bed… Resto disastrous meat too much and poorly cooked … don't recommend.

RAS… Room and bathroom clean; Bedding very comfortable (new? ) … Friendly welcome… Breakfast… Large parking lot… Only downside : no elevator! We see that this property begins to date, but we feel also a desire to restore it : a good overnight stop on the way back (Cote d'azur/Paris).

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Nice rooms and big bathroom with storage. Small sweets in the room. Due to a tea kettle for coffee sugar or tea and cakes. Bravo.

Clean room (a bit small), good bed, good breakfast and fairly priced.

Visited twice, very clean, good nights sleep and the breakfast is better than any other low cost hotel.

Everything is great … but the noisy stairs.
