➜ Great intramuros location, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms a bit dated and with little personality, as opposed to the common areas where you will find very beautiful works of art and furnishings…
A lovely little hotel in the intra-mura part of Saint-Malo. We booked months in advance as we wanted a family room. What we got was two adjoining rooms with a double and two single beds and an en-suite shower room. The old building is by it's nature quite compact but there was plenty of space for the four of us and our luggage. The location is perfect for both shopping and eating and, had we stayed longer, the beach is fairly close by too. Parking is on the street and inside the city walls can be prohibitively expensive. It is only charged from 9am-8pm though so if you do get a spot like we did you can return to your car to top up the ticket. Best bet for longer stays is to park outside the city walls as the rates are much better. Staff were attentive and helpful and once they realised my wife wanted to practise her French skill they were more than happy to answer her back in French. Nice, clean and somewhere I would happily revisit.
