Very nice hotel! Clean room, modern deco, comfortable bedding, top bathroom! Very welcoming staff! In short we would not hesitate to return to this hotel for a stay on Rennes.

The good news upfront — they are refurbishing the place as I write this. The lobby and breakfast place are new, the rooms are not all new but in reasonably good conditions. The bad news: We arrived in middle of refurbishment and the night staffs were not able for 30min to program the keys to our room. Worse, they left us waiting in the dark as they did not know how to turn on the light in the common parts (stair case). My partner is pregnant and the night staff just had excuses after excuses… He tried every available room and told us at the end that we must look for another place. Thank god my partner told the staff why don't you try with old keys and the old machine to program. Bingo this worked. 30min wait and then no help to re-climb the stairs to our room in the pitch darkness with a pregnant lady and bags. Finally — when I booked the place I called them directly and told them that I found via the bestwestern app a room at EUR 40 less for the night. They said impossible and went down by EUR 20. So I accepted the rate. Next time (after refurbishment) I'll book via the website and leave it to them to upgrade me if they have no other rooms in my cat available. On the next morning I insisted NOT to pay for the breakfast which they not very happy accepted. I hope they get their staff training and the place in order otherwise I do NOT recommend this place. All in all ok place if you need to catch a early flight the next morning in Rennes.

Ker Lann's Best Western was already a beautiful, friendly, staff-friendly hotel that listened to the needs of its guests.
But with this expansion, this spacious new welcome, these redone rooms, all this new work can only encourage me to keep coming.

The patio gives an intimacy that makes forgetting the outside and the airport at 5 minutes. And there's the indoor pool. The kitchen is good the friendly staff. Bedding, cleanliness and very spacious rooms with WC separated from the bathroom.

Negative: It seems to be in an old hotel campanile. Very small and poorly appointed room. Only window of the room that overlooks the passing of the guests. In the middle of the industrial area and in the midst of construction work of other buildings.

Very friendly staff lovely room. Room service breakfast delious. I also used pool which I had to myself for an hour it was great.

Amazing! Stay from 19 to 20/02/2018 if you want to sleep pass your way: In the night at 3:00 the night watchman is arranging the meeting rooms with the guests who "sleep" on top! Noise of tables of chairs that we unfold and that we trainnent, all during a good hour and this despite my oral exchange with the mover?
If that is not mocking the customer.
I spend 2 to 3 nights a week in hotels but that I had never seen this situation.
When I left the hotel around 8.30 am The meeting room was still empty!

Perfect room! Large bathroom! A little noisy Wi-Fi deconne to watch Netflix … the router to the air to block the streaming that it is legal or not and it is a bit of a shame hence the 4 stars!

Hotel 5-10 minutes from the airport (ring road) ; the plan is deceptive, because these are the tracks that are on the side and not the building of the airport; to reach it it is necessary to make a fairly large tower and go through the centre of the village of Saint Jacques de La Lande. Perfect home, even late, and room service early in the morning (06: 30). The restaurant in front (Pizza del Arte) is more than adequate; we have eaten very well. The comfort of the hotel is rather two-star than the three advertised. The experience is nevertheless good, due to the service.

Hotel very nice and located 5 minutes from Rennes by car. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is good.

It was for a casting for a ts show so didn't sleep at the hotel.

Stayed here one night. Not too far from the airport, about a $18 cab ride. Very quiet hotel. Not much around it, but the McDonald's is open late. Room was comfortable; very typical to most Best Western's I've stayed in back in the States.

Staff was friendly, spoke good English, rooms were nice and it's close to the airport. Would definitely recommend people to stay at this hotel.

Good reception, very clean, and quiet despite being close to a busy road, you wake up with the birds. In addition it is located close to the Expo Park, so very convenient when we expose at a show of the Expo Park.
