Home at the top, welcome listening and advice. Small but newly renovated room. About 200m from the station. Discreet calm. Booked on a reasonable price online site for the service.

Very clean room. Very good insulation as not a single noise despite the train going just below the windows. Close to the train station and shops. Professional staff.

A star because you can't put less. I wanted to share my experience. I booked this afternoon via a professional travel agency in this hotel. After receiving the confirmation, I went to Lyon. I learned at 10pm that the hotel had overbooked and that I had no place. So I had to find a solution at the last moment. I absolutely do not recommend the Richelieu Hotel. Thank you for this deplorable experience.

Room is small as usual but very convenient as near by train station and office.

Excellent reception by Isabelle, really adorable which helped us well for our short stay. Very clean hotel; Nothing to say on the room or bathroom side. The rooms are actually rather small but for a short stay it passes. Very good bedding. Breakfast Wide choice of coffee and tea. A nicer one with the orange juices that you prepare yourself. The only downside is the proximity of the rails and the train passages. Unless you are disturbed by the noise of the trains, ask for a room facing the rue Lalande; It's much nicer. Without the proximity of the station, we would have put 4 stars. Thanks again to Isabelle for her quality of service.

Small but perfect. It looks freshly restored and has been done with pleasure. Comfortable bed, you can hardly hear the trains. Friendliness, cleanliness and comfort.

Very 'compact' rooms but nicely furnished. Noise from main line trains, but nice and close to Lyon Part-Dieu station & Historic Brotteaux area with posh restaurants & bars.

Very disappointed romantic evening not so romantic fake flowers bottle of ridiculous champagne and two little cookies running after. Assessors Lilliputian claustrophobic attention flee.

Comfortable bed and breakfast copile but lots of flaws in the room. Air conditioning that does not work, latch that remains in our hands, magnifying mirror broken, toilet bowl broken, peg that holds only a thread, no fridge. When we call the reception no one answers then only 2 people are at the reception. For a 3-star, there are too many faults.

I had a very good stay and I was able to rest despite the hotel being next to a railroad and the opposite.

An establishment that is not at the height of its 4 stars but just 2. Room of about 20 m2 with miniature bathroom or it is not possible to cross it to two.
Cleanliness to be revisited. Quality bedding or it's good to sleep. Staff a little cold. A lot of gadgets that only serve to win stars.

Good for one night. Ask for a room on the street so as not to be bothered by the noise of the railroad tracks. Staff nice small but functional and very clean room.

High quality hotel. Good performances. Close to the train station, metro and bcp bus or tram. Small downside: the rooms are a little small but we really have all the comforts.

If seminar, breakfast in the lobby, cold and air currents. The leftovers to eat. For 15, — €2 per person. Nice staff fortunately…

The air conditioning would have to work mainly in winter and if we were to change rooms or be redirected to another Best Western Hotel on a nearby site, the building would not tremble at every train pass, and the hotel would be a little more Soundproof! Or at least stipulated on the description of the reservation site!
That the description of the dimensions of the TV on the reservation is real!

Could'nt sleep all night because of noise from heater / air condition which couldnt be switched off.

This property does not deserve 4 stars. They would have to realize the hotel prerequisites for the ranking. Already a heater that would work would have been a minimum, the second room was a degree hotter, but at 18 anyway… The receptionist tells us how to walk a clim in knowing that this is our field, and instead of him coming out of the running courses I preferred to drop… But it was so absurd his excuse for not working. At the cinema gesture was not done at the outset. But the lady was understandable and friendly, hence the stars. The room of a 4 stars according to the standards is 16m2, I think for ours it was really the minimum, I had not even the place to put my suitcase open to the ground. Disappointed, I'm not coming back. I do not list the standards because I was more demoralized over the pages… And anyway, I'm just a passing client. Auj Fidelity is no longer sought.

Hotel with small but very well equipped rooms. Good reception by the staff. Breakfast very decent. Located a few minutes away-god what is very convenient. Little noise inside the hotel but… a very big defect for the rooms located side rails: the incessant noise of the trains despite the installation of double windows is unbearable. Hearing protection indispensable so or specify when booking that you want a room on the street side.

Hotel well located in relation to the station on the Part Dieu (5 min walk) but soundproofing perfectible. Small but well equipped room.
Full breakfast. No restaurant but room service very busy.

Nice, convenient and very helpful staff. Kudos for breakfast quality. If you love your scrambled eggs creamy and your orange juice freshly squezed got to try the breakfast.

The rooms are a little small but they are very clean, well soundproofed and comfortable.

No heating… 16 degrees in the BEDROOM. The bed is the room so it is small… No heating in the BATHROOM. There is a good air conditioning but it makes more noise than it is Effective.

Goodnight really disappointed with this hotel I take a night at 99 Euro with a romantic pack (rose petals, bottle of champagne, cakes). I specify that I had booked a parking spot the receptionist asks me if I really want my place an air will pay you less if you leave the car in the street. We go up to the room of rose petals on the plastic bed with which cakes 2 Madeleine and 3 macaroon. 9:30 p. M. I call the reception to ask him if he can ride me the bottle of champagne he answers me I have some people come down and fetch her. I ask him if I can order to eat dessert style chips fudge Chocolate Yogurt He answers me sorry madam we have no sweet desserts we only have salt. And the height of all its a bottle of empty shower gel in the bathroom and a very noisy clim… brief really disappointed the only positive point there and well located and the orange juice and good.

Small hotel very correct with comfortable although not large. Ask a room on the street side because there is a side track of railroad which is apparently noisy.

The hotel is good, close to the station and the Part-Dieu and the Mall. The reception is nice and smiling.
For my part I had a single room, it's not very big and oddly arranged. Indeed, the bathroom is in a corner of the room and the shower in a corner of the bathroom. It's weird but not really disturbing.
There was the air con and TV so no complaints. The room and bed were nickel so good value for money.
