Warm welcome to Patio Morand. Hotel extremely well located to visit the city on foot. 6th beautiful and pleasant neighborhood. Good restaurants nearby, shops… Nicely decorated room, quiet. Very good bedding. Breakfast with fresh and regional pastries. To recommend highly!

Clean but small rooms friendly staff simple but adequate breakfast.

Everything is clean, but keep in mind it's a 2 star hotel, so rooms are small and very basic. Make sure when booking of whether room has aircon or not when booking as rooms without a/c are very hot in summer. There is no lift, so it's not a good idea to book here if you have heavy bags. For a day traveller travelling light, it's fine.

Bathroom quite small but manager very friendly and good breakfast.

It is a small hotel located not far from the city centre and the Part Dieu Station with a metro station nearby. The professional home, clean rooms, option breakfast. I would recommend it.

Being from lyon, I always uses this hotel to accommodate my family and my friends who are passing on Lyon. The rooms have all be refurbished recently, it is very clean and this hotel has lots of charm. It is important to know that the owner has changed there is little more than a year and the service is top notch. In addition, it comes to pass in 3 star! It is ideally located for visiting lyon as it's very close to the metro and the old one is accessible on foot in less than 20 minutes.

I stayed for two weeks not consecutive in this hotel and I am delighted!
The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast Buffet is diversified and good, the location is ideal to visit Lyon and the area is nice. I would also like to note the incredible kindness of all the staff. They are pleasant and always smiling and pay great attention to customers to always make a service to the top! Indeed, the hotel manager does not hesitate to recommend some restaurants and is very good advice on places to visit.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

2 star just like the hotel, the price is reasonable. I have no doubt been unlucky, but my stay n was not very nice. Very noisy at night from the side road and doors slaps. The room was also very wet.

The rooms are sometimes very small, but very clean. The 12 is one of the most friendly. Near Foch metro, which is convenient to move. The neighborhood is quiet. Good restaurants nearby.

Side parking, I was not too hard to park in my streets around the hotel and apparently, there is a public car park not far.
It is true that the hotel to his charm, I found very nice building.
Breakfast was OK and the reasonable price.
What I did like however is the room. A really small room, very very dark, with two small beds while I'm pretty tall. Not especially comfortable beds and more.
The tiny bathroom, forced to sneak between the toilet and the sink! Besides the PQ was wet, I know not what.
I would have found it acceptable for a two star €60 but at € 98 in Lyon is much better!

It's not the plant and it has its charm… the building is beautiful, clean and quiet.
