The view is beautiful, the landscape is appreciated and the restaurant's food is very good.

I stayed 4 nights and the hotel was as good as I expected. The restaurant was beautiful and the room service was amazing. Rooms were bigger and the personnel was very friendly.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is beautiful and overlooks the river on one side and a very large park on the other. The food is phenomenal.

The hotel. Has a very good location. Rooms are of a good size. Gym was med to small but equipped with the essentials. Staff were average And room service was quite limited. Breakfast option in the restaurant were average.

Beautiful, renovated hotel, spacious bright rooms, comfortable bed, quite good food. A bit further from the city center, but there is a bus stop right behind the hotel and takes around 10min with a bus or around 10eur with uber to reach the center. Giving 4*, because it was quite noisy due to cleaners who were cleaning rooms around and room service who by mistake mixed my room with someone else 3 times in one day.

We had an excellent stay that exceeded our expectation: spacious room, great bed, beautiful view, complimentary water bottle, iron in the room, great breakfast and very friendly helpful staff. Parking underground and costs 18€ per day. Quiet area, next to a beautiful park, many restaurants around. Few possible points keeping this hotel out of the 5 stars: 1 — Reception area missing a nice cafe if you want just to sit there in the evening to have a coffee of a refreshing drink 2 — unfriendly house keeper who got upset because we were in the room at 1 pm when she came to clean the room although we left the room from 9:30 until 12:30 and she didn’t clean during that time Beside the cleaning was “poor” and not efficient. 3 — the bathroom need some attention as the basin has a big crack and the shower grew molds on some corners.

Excellent service and exquisite property. We were treated like royalty in our short stay. I hope to stay another night, but our current plan involves travel to the French Alps. The room was large and comfortable. And, the service was perfect. We ordering room service and enjoyed a drink at the bar. I would rate the service as excellent for staff at the front desk, valet, room service, and bar.

Not only a great hotel, but an incredible location. I could have spent every day I'm the massive and beautiful park across the street. Bus stops out front give easy access to the rest of Lyon, and the adjacent mall area has several good places to eat on the weekend. They even have a decent gym, which is unheard of in my typical hotel travel! The hotel's own restaurant is definitely the best nearby, but also check out the restaurant in the casino for some variety.

Very close to the conference center. Very nice and helpful staff. Strange bad smell in the lobby and in the room you can hear all the opening and closing doors of the surrounding rooms.

Very tap to the eye, lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, everything is very beautiful but not clean enough!

Can't have heat in the. Room air conditioning reversible blocked to 11 ' proposed solution extra heating on the 2nd day plus extra heating but still a hot air conditioning that does not work, restaurant with dishes not at the height and a bar or you have to wait more than 30 minutes to be served.

Congress Palace Hotel… Nothing special. I would have thought the Deco would be more original and neat.

This is our first experience oour U. Marriott Hotel, and this was by far the best. The hotel's services are impeccable as well as the reception.
The restaurant at L. Hotel named the Zucco and just great. The prices of the meals are prices and it is very good. For the oetits lunch buffet, it is at the top and Kes 2 ladies Kelly and Karen, are really very very helpful, smiling and listening.
I would highly recommend this property.

Spacy and stylish standard rooms, fine breakfast, location not too much touristic (one may consider it as advantage) but the places of interest are nice walk or perfect public transport ride away.

The hotel is friendly and the rooms of good bill. The bathroom is on the other hand to review… Attention street side is very very noisy (and it is a Parisian who says it)

Excellent hotel. Staff are very professional and warm and inviting. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant associated with this hotel is pricey for lunch and dinner (we had a free breakfast) but you definitely get great quality food. The location of this hotel in by the river and next to a large public park but a short 15 minute bus ride to the downtown area. This is a top notch hotel for any visit to Lyon. I would definitely recommend.

After a lovely stay, The Hotel staff amazes me as usual, waiting for my ride to airport, they offer me an awesome complementary coffee and dessert, I love Marriott Cite international.

Brand new, very well located if you want to walk just few minutes from city centre. Easy to reach by car, no need to pass through city centre. Close are museum, cinema as well. Only one remark, the room service doesn't get your room number automatically, so recall to specify it, 1st hand experience.

My best stay in Lyon was at the Marriott. Great rooms and amazing breakfast. They need to improve on elevator functionality though as I experienced long waits on that area. The location is not the best if you don't drive. And taxis in Lyon will rip you apart if they notice you are a tourist.

Top class hotel in the business section of Lyon, offering budget style prices over the weekend. Nicely renovated with spectacular views on the river. We enjoyed Christmas dinner at the restaurant for a reasonable price of 59eur (5 courses). Was a bit disappointed that the hotel bar was closed.

Good hotel, but then a hell side elevators whose operation is very painful and incomprehensible (stop on all floors for no reason among other things). It's impossible to fall back on the stairs because… there is none! Just implausible in a hotel of this category. These 2 points really spoils the rest of the performance which is nevertheless quality.

Good location The room is modern comfortable clean and spacious overlooking the Rhone. The staff is perfect. Hotel to the height of its good reputation.

The worst service I have experienced, I have been standing here for more than 10 minutes even there were two staff standing at the counter not attending any customer, they seems like don't even care. Marriott a world famous chain, I don't know what the staff training went wrong. But I am sure, I will reconsider next time if I need to stay in this hotel chain.

Good location, huge breakfast, wide and comfortable rooms, very spacious and furnished bathrooms. The area is full of restaurants and there's a nice bar inside the hotel. Would definitely go back.

Booking for one night, very well received, easy access parking, public transport at the foot of the hotel. Booking the romance pack, the bottle of champagne was waiting for us in the room cool at the time we wanted. And the breakfast offers a wide choice for all.

The staff is friendly, but not as much as they could be to foreign guests. The hotel location is also a bit North of Lyon which is less than desirable. Definitely an industrial hotel focused on a convention center style hosting experience.

Amazing staff that looked after us so well. Concierge was incredible and even rang around the city to find us bike boxes so we could fly our bikes home. They went above and beyond. Amazing room too with all the mod cons and large especially for Europe.

The hotel is not pleasant. Wai Tea constantly stopped working, the room was cleaned badly, but it is nothing, compared to the fact that one day when I returned to my room and did not find some of my things, namely brushes for makeup, lip gloss and a few creams. I called the reception, the Girl invited House keeper, she came to my room and brought me back my makeup brushes, and the brushes were broken. When I asked why you were digging in my purse and took my stuff from Tula, I was told that the cleaning lady just wanted to clean them! Full of nonsense! When I asked, and what with my creams, I was told that they did not take anything! Make conclusions Dear ladies and gentlemen! The hotel is considered very good, but the incident completely says otherwise! More than that before me did not apologize even!

A good hotel located between the Rhone and the beautiful park of the head Dor.

This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are modern and comfortable and everything is kept clean. The Wi-Fi is very slow, which is quite a let down. There is the option to upgrade your Wi-Fi from " high speed" to "extra high speed" but in reality it is upgrading the Wi-Fi from "my grandmother's 56k dialup" to "what classified as high speed internet in 2005". Still a very nice hotel in a nice area. I would recommend staying. Just not if you have a lot of work to do using the internet. Also the car park is very small and it seems to be first come first served there (although there is a public parking right next to it for slightly more money). Also on Saturday night we could hear the music in our room quite loudly, didn't bother us as we have earplugs, but could bother someone else.

Located next to a beautiful lake, rooms are big and clean, staff very helpful, breakfast included.

Very, very nice and new hotel next to Parc D'Or, just a bit past centre ville. Very modern, very clean, fairly priced. In town on business and not sure if there is the best public transit nearby, as my college with a car has been driving me about.

Warm, nice rooms with a view of the Rhone. A little out of town, it takes 40 minutes walk (crossing the Golden Head Park which is beautiful)

This is a quality hotel right on the Rhone river. The wine in the executive lounge is very good; surprisingly they were not serving cheese until 6:00 PM, even though the lounge opens at 4:00 PM. No big deal, but I figured cheese would be served anytime it was open; after all this is practically the cheese capital of the world!

Though my suite had no electoral outlet in the bathroom, the staff facilitated another room so that I could shave. Otherwise, the staff were accommodating and some friendly and warm that made up for the others that weren't.

Rooms are not too big but sufficient for a short stay. Very clean and warm atmosphere. Breakfast was expensive but with a lot of choice and great local products. The hotel is located near the biggest park of Lyon which is nice. On the other side, there is no subway station nearby so it's not very easy to use public transportation from there.

Large room good standing, cons the bathroom was aging not at the level. A lot of work going on in the hallways. Few elevators not very practical as a lot of waiting every time and no possibility to take the stairs. Everything's locked. Not very much in comparison with other hotels of this type where the stairs are accessible while being secured by magnetic card…

I stayed once during the renovation last year and now I'm back for work. What a difference it has made. Now, I am a Platinum member and it has its perks. Room is still just as spacious and is no longer dated; it is rather bright and welcoming. The view is fantastic as well. The Executive Lounge… oh my… can I just live here. Beer, wine, good snacks, sweets, etc. I tried the sweets day one… I like to maintain my girlish figure, so I think I'll skip on those for the remainder of my trip. I return later this year as well. Can't wait to come back so I can maintain my status. My only complaint with Marriott is how slow it is to get points. I'm approaching Gold lifetime status for days… but I am nowhere near the points requirement. Someone help me!

The suites on the 8th floor are great, plenty of room to relax. The parking garage is even normal sized, compared to the miniature fox holes in Paris.

Great Hilton, good service, comfort, parking onsite. Lacks a sauna, but has a small jacuzzi. No in the Belle Cour (or near it) so you need a car to go or public trasnportation (which passes next to the hotel). The hotel is in the complex of the Museum of Moder Arts and there is a Casino, shop and cinema inside this complex. Convenient.

The one real down side is there is no computer for guests to use.

I was in town on a business meeting with my wife. We stayed at this big Hilton. Being a modern hotel with a good location gives it a huge advantage. Rooms were really comforting and the staff was really impressive. We had a splendid meal at the Blue Elephant, couldn't be better.

I stayed here for a couple of days with my girlfriend. We dined in the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised as the food was really delicious. I don't usually dine in hotels but I'm glad I did this time. The rooms were vast and clean. Overall great service.

Very good hotel, great comfort, spacious rooms, excellent staff. Some negative, hamam notes does not work for several months, no bike in the gym, Wi — Fi not only paid but overpriced.
