Great prices. With the C5 bus you arrive in the center (make the tourist ticket from 5 euros which also includes the funicular). Paid parking at the property. A little dirty the floor of our room, that of our friends was very clean. From the 7 floor you can see Lyon at night spectacular. In front of the property there is a beautiful park.

Residence consisting of small apartments, well cared for and kept, with a tiny room for the toilet, a comfortable sink room and a large shower. Two beds and a sofa bed. A small kitchen, dishwasher and microwave, dishwashers, detergents and sponge. Air-conditioned. It is next to a magnificent park (the Tete d'or) which can be visited for free and contains a lake, a zoo and a botanical garden. In the park two trains for the sightseeing and some play spaces for children. For hire bikes, double bikes, pedalboats on the lake. The bus stop is less than a hundred meters from the entrance of the fence and in front of one of the entrances of the park. Breakfast is buffeted:. 12 for adults and. 6 for children. The elevator allows you to climb only to the reception, to climb to the floors of the rooms you have to have the key to the card that you get by registering. Welcoming.

Great stay. The room has all amenities (kitchenette, coffee maker, fridge… etc), the bed was one of the most comfortable bed, (firm but soft; one of those bed in which you find a comfortable spot immediately, without having to move a bunch), I have ever slept in (great cotton sheets and comforters). The breakfast is very good (eggs/bacon… etc), but a bit expensive (12 euros). The proximity to the amazing park of La tête d'or was a plus for us (we like to train outside). Very nice restaurants nearby but recommend taking the bus C1 to get to the center of town (la part dieu), and find your pick (vietnamese, japanese… etc). Super nice staff! Only criticism was the floor of the room, a stained fabric made sticky over the years.

It was a very nice place to stay, but with a missing shower door and spider webs everywhere.

Frankly if you want to make you have go there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness, lack of dishes, noise from household appliances, broken shower…

Attention to the arrangement of the beds in the upper apartments 1 bedroom: For 4 adults must be very intimate! (For small children it passes…)
Facilities correct but limited in cover, and large area (which would allow to put the beds otherwise. )

Stay of 5 nights.
Correct rooms level area. They have a fully equipped kitchenette (pots, cutlery, …). The neighborhood is pretty quiet. A bus line goes right next door.

Very slow Wi-Fi (can't even open Gmail), few amenities (no hair dryer, water, paper, pen in the room), phone is broken (noisy, hard to hear anything), location is bad (nothing in nteresting nearby even a super market), staff are not helpful, I recommend to not stay here.

Good place. Very expensive breakfast.

I come here once a year and I like their formula… Clean and efficient, and location and restful.

Nice rooms and great location! Near a large park with a zoo, near the Museum of Modern Art and a lot of cafes. Can easily, quickly and without problems to go to the center.

Facilities are limited. Internet is horrible. Only good thing is that it has kitchenette Reducing to 1-star after my second long-term stay (more than 4 weeks). Front-desk service is horrible. Today, both the elevators are broken. Imagine if you have a room in 6th or 7th floor and they just don't know when it will be fixed. When I asked about an ETA, the lady simply said "I don't know — we have intimated it but we can't tell you when it will be fixed". Very rude behavior.

Good value for money, standard breakfast and no excess, correct reception.
One less star for a light cleaning of the apartment and the furniture of the reception which is horrible in a restricted space.

It's a very beautifully located place between the river Rhone and the park… Good service.

Clean, close to local restaurants and bars. Great locality to centre de Congress. Literally 30 seconds walk. Great for price and location. Would stay again.

Good in general, Great view, only brecfast and the Wi-Fi signal are very poor.

To find the right parking spot is not easy — well it become if you just use the use parking garage and get the right entry. The room was nice but with a normal standard. If you got the possibility to choose on which side your room will be — choose the south side to the park. It's not so loud and you will have a view.

Not terrible but very convenient for a business trip… very special in the rooms and décor color a bit special.

One week stay in a spacious room for a family of four.
Hotel located close to the Golden head Park and buses serving the place Bellecour and the Part-Dieu train station.
Very pleasant stay in this apartment hotel.

Huge and well equipped, rooms immaculate reception! Attention however to the lack of soundproofing of the rooms if you have neighbors or nearby a noisy bit :).

RAS on the room. They just forgot to do it! Too bad because this worth if not for 4 people. We are going back this weekend, hope that they will make the room.

Particularly pleasant stay even if it is somewhat dated.
It was May 26, 2012 and it was not till the time of an afternoon but hospitality as much as peace were exquisite for our greatest pleasure.

The view is beautiful, just above the tops of the trees in the Park of the head of gold. More time was the game!
A walk around the Lake.
Also practice the cinema just beside.
