Well, for the time of a weekend.
For the positives, the proximity of the bottieres's tele-skis, the price of the room, accessible parking.
For negative points, bed linen, pillows and mattresses very dirty. The walls are as thick as a morning rusk, thanks to the kids and the screaming dogs.
No need to pay €4 for Wi-Fi, it doesn't work. To have a network, you have to go to the balcony. If you are not cautious, there is the pool… good luck!

We had a good week at this property located close to the slopes. The accommodation is nice although the cleanliness is not really the appointment. The cleaning is carried out by the tenants with the means of the edge (broom and MOP), so some places remain quite dirty. Warm and pleasant pool even though quite cold. The resort is family friendly but a shuttle system really misses.

Dirty flat on the ground and dirty blankets (dog hairs). Too bad that the TV is paying in view of the price of the rental.
Missing a vacuum cleaner in the rental is missing a raclette or fondue machine even if the squeegee is very good at the restaurant the attic.
The bedding is also to be reviewed.

We liked, the residence foot to ski and the space of the apartment.
We did not like: apartment poorly arranged, small kitchenette, lack of storage, lack of crockery and cutlery, cleanliness to review (crumbs on the table, dirt in the fridge, very dirty windows).
We hated the lack of seriousness of the team, apartment without microwave and coffeemaker…
We did not bear the noise of the occupants without respect of others (noises of footsteps, shocks, children who run…)

For a first stay, 100% satisfied but we were lucky the accommodation was better than our neighbors the view from the balcony was the best of the residence etc etc the beginner's luck.

Very nice, clean and affordable residence. Really well located for the winter with the ski lift at the foot of the building to reach the Domaine de la Toussuire.
The apartments are very well appointed and well equipped.
The pool and sauna are quite small but very clean.
We're just missing a laundromat.

We really enjoyed it. Everything is clean and very comfortable and practical especially for those who wake and for those who like us have fun on the bob with the girls… We will definitely return!

A pity that no shuttle is scheduled to return to the station of the Toussuire. Only experienced skiers can reach the resort by the slopes.
Apart from that everything was perfect! Great family stay!

Very good service! The ski area is easily accessible.

We were at the apartment 18 very well located seen on the slopes, personal very welcoming the girl who made the state of the exit places very friendly. A small addition in the apartment for 2 ppl and put more cover to avoid wasting water to wash each time put 1 wooden spatula also and a jug or vase. Otherwise lack of snow removal on the back parking and on the road because on December 29th it was very problematic to leave the station. I will come back without any worries in 18ans of ski you are for us the best thanks for making us be very good for our holiday week. Thanks to the restaurant the attic has 50m from the residence we ate very well even too much in the dishes prices really below what one thought especially for a Christmas. Very family resort too anxious to come back to see you. See you soon.

Perilous entrance, strewn no antiskid. Better if the ski bus also would drive to 10:30 am.

This hotel despite its name is the Bottieres to 1300 meters. It is the lowest point of the ski area of Sybelles. Make sure that accessing the Bottieres lifts are open otherwise you can go by car to the ski lifts (approx 15mins of road).
The free shuttle between the Bottieres and the Toussuire is not always active.

Unfortunately other opinions are to be confirmed with details that angry.
A beautiful cottage residential and Nice staff but a DANGEROUS in winter welcome, access are INACCESSIBLE due to lack of maintenance, once left the public domain is of anything and EVEN with with strings it is impossible to access the residence and covered parking, a shame!
To perfect everything, the station is far from the area of the city and even more Sybelle. Connected by two tire buttocks (or ski lift, but then it is) to go, when there is enough snow, it is IMPOSSIBLE to go home.
Either the back slope of the city are closed (they dare to close ALL full day without compensation or solution), linking flat or cropping on hundreds of meters without indication and full snow (no maintenance) requires to be pumped and to wear in deep. Nothing in the price of the package, that is unlikely.
The apotheosis is all even to let planted in full day without way BACK!
To sum up; After having parked the car outside and far away so for bringing luggage and skis on hundreds meters, took the car to go to the station because it is better to back, you will have had a good holiday "" Ski foot"".
One hesitates then really advising this together in winter.

Location totally outside the station toussuires to 6 km! The only access if there is snow! A pulled buttock! If there is no snow, only being at 1300 m altitude and if you have a child, a single means of transport, your car, no car, taxi ok! The trade name is a big scam! Don't think you're in the heart of the city! TOTALLY WRONG for having paid the broken pots, I relieve you of return to a new location as well as for your stay :-)
