Customer of this restaurant for at least fifteen years, I find that the cuisine remains good, the setting attractive (view of the lake) and friendly staff. However, the portions are not very generous and the prices are increasingly difficult to afford for the average High Savoyards (those not working in Switzerland). Above all, occasional staffing problems (understaffed) spoiled our visits on several occasions: several dishes were then not available (forcing us to refer to more expensive menus) and the management did not see fit to notify us beforehand, at the time of booking by phone, which is neither professional nor correct for loyal customers. Shame…

Just came for a drink. A waiter not pleasant. He didn't want to bring us a jug of water in addition to our drinks. I strongly advise against it. Really not a trader! To close immediately. Bombing with authorized mortar fire.

Even under renovation, the hotel was full of charm, located 500M from EVERYTHING. The perfect place for a romantic weekend…

20 minutes on a empty terrasse to get drinks… Self explanatory Burgers alright. Nothing that will make me come back. You don't go there for the food, you go there for the view.

Went in for a meal, a sandwich would have done, but there was nothing available on a Saturday afternoon.

The restaurant part is very nice (deco, view).
On the other side of the hotel the value for money is not at all.
Stilted staff, leaky flushing, wall plugs that fall, dirty shower curtain, no insulation (noise), stale odors…
The overlooking "Lake view" is not justified (view on the trees would be more accurate since one does not see the lake).
The breakfast at €10 leaves downright to be desired:
Orange juice rehydrated, coffee "machine", eggs Category 3, croissants thawed…
View of the service, we did not want to try the restaurant. That's too bad…
There is really a lot of work to be done to justify the asking price.

Excellent hotel not far from Lake Annecy, spacious and clean rooms, LCD TV and Wi-Fi is a good breakfast complete the whole. The hotel is in the process of being renovated and despite being a 2stelle it is much better than many star.

Friendly! It's like home. With a lovely boss and everything you need to make you happy. The kind of address to remember.

Very very disappointed more than average rooms avoid tt emergency.

The Crumb is dry… even one that tt is not only his head, pr ds a two star I find very correct hotel. Meals are top staff (zagastyl')

If you want to have a nice time with the man you love and well see you in this restaurant and the staff is helpful and discreet. The kitchen is good, researched, and original. Nice location because the view of the Lake is magical. Only negative touch the decoration and the restaurant from the outside… the boss should perhaps review this to make c's place a warm as a cottage! otherwise everything very well… we want to go back.
