Friendly and friendly staff.
Value for money correct for this type of establishment.
There is a level gap between each room that should be at the rate level.
Pleasant stay, facilitated by the location of the hotel.

Despite a friendly staff the property does not deserve four stars but at most 3. The premises are cramped room as a lunch room. Too bad because the situation is enticing. I'm a Mercury regular and I'm disappointed.

It's still a bit pricey for the service. It is just OK but the breakfast room is tiny and you will have to sit on high tables in the hallway of the hotel entrance if there are too many people… limit for a mercury.

Perfect! Room indeed a little small compared to the price that one pays. By cons hearty breakfast and good where the little jars of good mom jam have been replaced by local jams!
A little fresh orange juice rather than a bottle and it would be perfect!

Nothing to say just perfect even the staff… Really I recommend it. Obviously still the problem of parking… But otherwise perfect.

Nice staff and good breakfast. Room a bit dated and could be refreshed for a 4 star. Nothing to do with Lyon. I wouldn't classify it in four stars.

Hotel in the city center. Got a room with a view of the inner courtyard. Pb This courtyard is 4m per 4m on the ground on several floors…
No catering on site, but hey we're downtown. Pretty expensive price over €200. Little justified in relation to the services offered if not to be in the city center…

An excellent little hotel in the heart of the city. In the immediate vicinity of the train station, restaurants in the old town. The rooms are very clean, the beds nice (you want to leave with it). Breakfast is very good and classic (continental). Kudos to the staff who are dynamic and who quickly replaces/filled the gaps on the buffet and quickly cleans the tables. Be careful there is no parking at the hotel. It is possible to drop off the suitcases quickly and you have to use the city car parks (such as the one at the train station or the courthouse), a discount is then offered on the park square.

Hotel very well located in the city centre, close to the train station, the historic centre, the shops and the lake. Staff welcoming, attentive and very helpful. The hotel, and the rooms are clean on the other hand extremely disappointed by the size of the room, really tiny, a shower room worthy at most of an Ibis, for 140 euros a night I really expected better… I've been in bell and side with much nicer rooms and for half the price… too bad, I expected better from a 4 star.

Very well located for sightseeing. The staff is charming. You do not have a parking lot but there is one public and one very near and very cheap. The hotel gives you a card that covers you through the night. The breakfast is quite pobretón for a four star hotel. Rooms a bit fair.

Good location and good place to discover the city. The rooms are spacious with a good level of comfort. The breakfast is "tonic" and allows to commcer the day good foot!

Close to the train station and buses. Excellent service of the receptionist. Comfortable beds and amazing breakfast and varied.

Hotel in the center of Annecy allowing easy access on foot to all points of interest. Good location Very friendly and good advice on restaurants and activities in the vicinity. The breakfast room is not very large but the choice is wide and quality.

Excellent location, very close to the train station and the old town. The bathtub is a death trap however; very deep and narrow with sharp (! ) corners on the inside for some reason. I cut my toe on the first night and bled all over the place. The room was overcrowded with furniture; there were 3 chairs/stools along with a table that dramatically cut down the available walking space. One would have been fine.

You should see the elevator it only can carry one person so funny!

The best hotel I ever stayed in Annecy, the location is perfect, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The price compared to other hotels is perfect if you book earlier.

This is the smallest Mercure I have ever stayed in. Air con was great and room was very clean. Staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Thank you! It was very quiet room with a comfy bed. P. S. The elevator had life on its own… I was stuck in it for 5 min with a Chinese lady, now I know how to be pro-active in survival skills Chinese style… lol. I would come back.

The standing of the mercury in a small quiet hotel in the centre of Annecy, close to the old town. Small rooms very clean and comfortable, breakfast very well kept with the choice of major. A very good weekend.

My husband and I had decided to spend a weekend on Annecy after a busy year. We stayed at the last minute without really taking information about the hotel before; and we were pleasantly surprised.
the staff was friendly, comfortable rooms. The only downside is that the hotel has no private parking.
But we will return without hesitation.
