Very sad to leave the Cros d'Auzon campsite after 2 very pleasant weeks. Beautiful campsite very well located. Mobile home Tohapi very well equipped. And the icing on the cake, a great animation team. High-quality day and evening entertainment 👍👍👍. Thanks to Audrey, Maeva, Laure, Joschua and Romain. Thanks also to all the staff of the snack bar!

We just spent an extra family week super welcome mini club for children top full of activities and the village of Vogué is worth the detour we spent an extra week. I recommend.

First stay for one day was in room 1 bottom floor and was incredibly good, wonderfull room, quiet, new, great beds and stay, great value for money.
second stay was in room 25 upper dek and this was not so nice. Small room, stairs, above main entry and although low season lots of loud people havin a party, waking us in the night and early morning. Bad view out of window on roof and a room air blower that is blowing at storm force. Also new room but some problems though, not worth the money.

The Domain is just beautiful, beautiful rooms, clean, restaurant is classy and good hearty meals… 3 beautiful pools, so 1 covered

After cancelling our stay by HOMAIR holiday, we booked through the campsite. Super home despite the health context. Superb camping, mobile home at the top (larger than usual and TV in addition) spacious space between each mobile home and very quiet. We had a very good week there.

Very good camping. Huge location well equipped for a very low rate. Clean shower and sanitary. River access with a beautiful view. I recommend it.

Teams with care for their guests, outdoor pools to choose from for the whole family. And a paradise site with the Ardèche in private beach on the site! Hotel camping restaurant snack really for all tastes and purses.

Staying in groups with elderly and in hotel chairs and hotel pavilions not suitable for people with reduced mobility climbed quite significantly, bus access impossible the catering is very bad compared to the cook meals not suitable impossible to change even the yoghurts are refused to meals a quick advice change it against all the housekeeping restaurant welcome is particularly nice and careable nice setting, nice heated pools.

Week in a quiet very nice. Campsite well situated for walks. The staff is very pleasant and the sites, spacious Mobile home comfortable. Only catch is that the outdoor pools are closed almost all week. Note : the snack bar could offer some dishes other than pizzas, the card is really limited.

Friendly campsite, on 2 "levels", ie you have to do a little sports walking if you are at the level "pool-mobilhome premium" to fetch your bread at the snack or an ice in the afternoon, do a laundry or take a tour by the river, conversely you have to climb if you are at the "camping" level to go to the pool.
We came out of season, the campsite was very very quiet or practically deserted. Despite the fact that there are a lot of staff (the snack is open all day and offers a fast food at every meal…) this seemed to be problematic when we asked for the option household end of stay when it was not asked during the Reservation…
It doesn't take too much of a contingency.
In the end we had what we asked but only because our mobile home was not rented after us otherwise we were obliged to do the housekeeping ourselves. I also did not understand why…
We are generally satisfied with our stay. Just for a 4 star, you can expect everything to be nickel (Hedges carved, outside of mobilhomes cleaned…) despite a stay in the early summer season…

Game for children in out-of-service and health common closed. Little be a little early stay in mid-April.

A very well equipped bungalow.
A clean campsite.
A deplorable welcome. The person at the reception could not make a correct sentence in French although French. She gave us erroneous information on the phone about the contents of the bungalows. Then the same person advised us to go buy what is missing at "Leclerc" a attic for a week at €1300. Fortunately the person who takes care of the breakfast was able to solve the problem thanks to the equipment of the hotel. Thanks to him (only competent person with the bartender).
A catastrophic snack! I think I can say that I ate one of the five worst pizzas of my life. All the ingredients were raw (the cheese not even melted) and cold but the dough was burned. I left more than half of what never happens to me. My wife's salad was sloppy and unworthy to cost €7. Even my children's frits were insipid and uncooked.
Short! When eating outside we had a good week anyway.

Very well shaded campsite. Person who manages TOHAPI very nice and actually nice bar team.
Very clean Bungalow and close to the Ardeche.

Very nice campsite, ideal location, the pitches are spacious, the bungalows very clean and functional. Ideal for lovers of trail and climbing. This the third time we come and this will not be the last…

A superb week in a pleasant and suitable setting, with a friendly and available staff. Just a small negative point, the refurbishment of certain elements (wall cupboard door, and drain used bathroom sink) of the mobile home HM unfinished but that did not adversely affect the comfort of our stay.

Very good for wheelchair access and welcoming for people with physical and mental disabilities. But food not veggie friendly!

Camping very nice, there are mobile home without screws, it's great
For people looking for peace and quiet.
It's true the evening entertainment is quiet.
There are mini clubs for young people
The bar crew is nice.
And accessibility for wheelchairs.

Pleasantly located place. I went for several years but won't go back because the rise in the price of 2016 is not justified in view of the quality of the services.

We found the campsite for our big family! A nice place in a beautiful nature, great service and above all, an animation to the top team. The only regret was that leaving ;-)

If you want well ROTTEN vacation, I highly recommend this site!
I want to list all the reasons that make this wonderful establishment can boast about being number 1 in my rankings of campsites to avoid:
-cold pool
-reserved animation to-18 and over 70 years (1 dance in 15 days, I want more)
-your mail is opened with love by the staff
-a location the Sun that makes your pet gate in the Sun at least 10 hours per day
-one key for 7 people (including 6 adults and teenager)
-No latch to the bathrooms and toilets (in your House, it's more fun to 7)
-a Director ghost awaits you return home to contact you and who, for any compensation, offers you a have on the next stay
— and finally, last but not least, a facility that requires you to post a review on your fabulous vacation, because 6 months after, they already forgot you!
I say that combine all of these benefits for a stay of more than 2000 euros is really fabulous and especially UNFORGETTABLE!
For the skeptics, I hold email exchanges that took place after the stay.
Really, come, come, we must experience this at least once in his life. Thanks the cros of Auzon, I was never so happy to return home.

Super nice. A warm welcome. Nice place, very clean and maintained. Stayed here for a great vacation.

I regularly stay at the domain of the Cros of Auzon since 1983 Caravan and mobile home. The area is beautiful, the campsites are spacious, the nautical complex composed of 3 pools. A paddling pool and 3 water slides is very significant.
I tried, without success, the questionnaire on the site. Otherwise, here are my impressions
(1) of the improvements:
-a friendly Shuttle, commissioning this year to drive the campers to the nautical complex. It avoids a difficult climb and is very appreciated by all
-a possibility of descent by canoe directly from the camping beach
(2) to the negatives (damage recorded this year, a shame for a 4 stars…)
-j' long waited my arrival (with a baby). The receptionist being only to greet campers, meet the various expectations, create folders and drive to mobile homes. Previous years, a different home agent was driving holidaymakers which should go without saying
-j' found some anomalies in the mobil-home (shelf in the bathroom that was more, shelf of the fridge that was more, very dirty MOP, etc…) These points have been outlined the day of arrival at the reception (on the inventory).
