Every time we wanted to have food at the Beef and Lobster, the restaurant is closed. The reception said that the restaurant works till 14.30. At 14.00 it was closed. The next day it closed at 13.00. Our kid broke his arm and could not ski to another place. The hotel staff has to be more responsible with information provided to the guests. Very disappointed!

I definitly recommend this nice hotel guys! -all rooms are clean and big enough. Also the beds sleep very well. -Friendly and helpfull staff. -You can start skiïng from the terras. -multiple sauna's and massage's available at the spa. — a good Price/Quality restaurant in the hotel. See you soon Kashmir!

Personal very éllégent, very serbiable and listening to you.
Between swimming pool, Sona, Hale, massage or other we have a choice on the indoor activities.
The hotel is directly on the GE slopes which is very good for coming in and out.
However the hallways are real laymbirinthe but it's fun for the kids.
Hygiene is fine, nothing to complain about.
Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartments, directly on the slopes, with underground garage, small pool and sauna area. Good restaurant. Cleanliness OK, but could be better.

Good location (on the slope), good facilities (Sauna, Pool, Ski-room) the apartments are highly equipped and designed nicely, the only issue is the cleanliness level of the apartments and hallways which is very moderate with tendency to low.

I was staying at the hotels' apartments. While I was skiing, staff of the hotel entered to my apartment to fix a broken window. When I came back I noticed that 100 euro and 50 dollars were missing from my wallet. The answer I received from the staff manger to my complaint was that she didn't believe me and she need a proof. She also asked my to leave her my details so that she could contact me after she will speak with the manger of the staff who fixed the windows. The bottom line is if you decide to spend your vacation at this place — take care of yours' stuff because there are thiefs among hotels crew.

Apartment hotel with a bit of an old style. Apartments are great, not very large but that's how it is in ski hotels. Amazing shower, rooms are very warm and nice. Kitchen is ok, could have been nicer to have a bigger refrigerator. Spa center is good enough, why not build a hot tub? Definitely missing. Staff is friendly and ski in / ski out is superb! (ski room too small though) dinner at the restaurant was pretty average, go to eat outside for proper food. All rooms equipped with balconies, which is great!

I stayed at Christmas 2017. The Apart is very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Excellent breakfast. Spa, sauna, heated swimming pool with views of the slopes. Direct access to the slopes from the ski locker with ski. Excellent property in general. We'll come back to.

Disappointed in the portions, scrapers and especially the fondue and it is even a little hungry!

Terrace at the top in full sun on the slopes a pure happiness and nice waiters like everything and meat at the top!

Great location, spacious rooms and comfortable stay! Could do with a jacuzzi in the spa, but otherwise all good.

Excellent residence on the slopes. Indoor pool and hamam, restaurant and breakfast service. We had a nice 2 floor (! ) appartment with 2 bedrooms, each with bathroom and separate toilet. In 2018 we’ll be back!

Great ski-in, ski-out location. Had a good double room with a view. The staff are very helpful. I forgot a jacket and they offered to post to me. Didn't try the restaurant. Too busy skiing :). Three saunas but no steam room and jacuzzi was bit odd…

It was amazing, great views, stuff were amazing. Can't think of a single thing wrong. Plus you can just ski from the hotel.

Great spot. Nice terrace for dining. Food was nice too and reasonable compared to restaurants higher up on slopes.

Great location ski out onto the plein sud piste. Nice apartments, good sized rooms. However only one boot locker for an apartment with 8 beds, the same size as for the smaller apartments means not very practical.

Had a great long weekend here — the hotel was very comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. The breakfast was very comprehensive and set us up for the day. Would definitely stay again.

I’ve just returned from a week’s stay at Le Hameau du Kashmir which we booked through Ski Collection who arranged everything for us including ski hire, lift passes etc. We were very impressed with our apartment and the residence as a whole. The finish of the place seemed really high quality. Our apartment was really well equipped and we loved waking up to that view each morning! I was particularly impressed with the bread delivery service straight to our apartment, saved us some time each morning. The ski-in/ski-out was fabulous too. Unfortunately we didn’t get an opportunity to try the restaurant as we left it a bit late in the week to book and it was fully booked so I would recommend making a reservation at the beginning of the week as it looked lovely. We will definitely be returning!
