Great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good meals. Big defect the baby club! PB reservation with their central and only 6 places available. No rooms suitable because in a room. Just a dorm and no activities with the kids. In addition 1 Anim to keep 6 children (strictly forbidden! )

Nice hotel, a lot of good food and easy ski in ski out but small old rooms.

Worst hotel I've ever been. Very very small and unequiped rooms. Disgusting food. Hotel staff that just dont care about anything. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotrl by all cost.

The rooms are nice looking, they have a minimalistic feel to them. The size of the room is tiny, 3 beds crammed in to a space big enough for 2. No space to move around. The bathrooms are a bit rubbish. The reception was awful. Long delays to get our room. Food is below average. I recommend another hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Transfer for the ski insured with seriousness.
Other than that the staff are professional and courteous.
A downside to the rooms that are too small.
At the end a nice ski stay. We'll come back.

I booked this hotel, Because of the spa and sauna. Im not allowed to use it, even if I pay extra. — the hotel is very noisy, and the rooms extremly small. — Its gonna be a long week.

Good and varied restoration! Fun Animation! Free shuttle with the children animators to drop them off at ski lessons… effective Team!

The restaurant is very decent for a club hotel. Departure from the ski-to-toe hotel. The rooms are a little small and they don't all have a great view. The service of childcare and very appreciable.

Very good reception very nice the sense of service variable gastronomy is a delight thank you I had a good stay that of happiness.

Standard room. No heater in showeroom limited hangers for clothes. Good food.

Hard to find fault but I did my research before booking so expected compact rooms, no balcony, shower but no bath, buffet food, etc. My best bits: happiest and friendliest hotel staff I've come across, very family orientated, delicious freshly made pizza available at lunch and dinner, location — ski locker exits (there are internal steps down and up) onto track to main pistes (with road crossing) or cross the road immediately to piste accessing key lifts or use bus stop at main entrance for lesson meeting point; on return cross road from piste or exit Cairn gondola by escalator and you are back at ski locker door. Tip: take a jacket or jumper and leave it on your chair during mealtimes otherwise efficient staff might think you're finished and clear the table. Disappointed my holiday here has to end ☺

A good value for money, the club is all inclusive with nice breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Economy class stay, small rooms, not recommended.

Not the best hotel, small rooms, very small spa, cold water in the jacuzzi.

Terrible hotel and service. Reception is the worse that I have seen.

Rooms are too small for humans.
