Camille, the boss of the animators has a hell of an energy and is super catchy.

The price-quality ratio is not there at all, I had another image of Belambra. Suggestions: Create a real animation team (almost non-existent government activities "Belambra", the schedule is filled with the activities of the station). Clean the filters of the dishwasher, and take the opportunity to renew dishes and trays to the doubtful cleanliness…
Install a TV in EVERY room (housing 2 rooms = 2 TV, it seems logic but this is not the case) and give a good shot of charge to the institution in its entirety (everything is old-fashioned, especially the rooms). Good food but industrial and repetitive (we get the feeling of stuff on a daily basis, the leftovers of the previous days and absolutely NOTHING "home made" on the week). On the positive side: staff is very friendly, smiling and concerned for the well-being of holidaymakers. I pity them, because the staff is obvious. With the location and the context in which you are, it really is a shame…

On holiday at the end of August. The level of services is a little below the Belambra standard. Rooms correct but old-fashioned. Banquettes in the hollowed-out dining room. No entertainment from the animators. Queue for the restaurant. Can do better.

Club Belambra des Menuires. Well located in the heart of the resort, direct access to the slopes! The property is a complex club. We find the Belambra concept of animations in the restaurant industry. The spaces dedicated to all guests, bar, reception and restaurant are pleasant with a superb view of the fixture. The rooms are to be refreshed. Prefer the rooms with a view of the valley. The other point of view is less magical. The teams are very nice. The restoration is ok no more. Note the possibility to book your evening for free with a Savoyard theme to share a good fondue and/or raclette. I recommend a review of the household part, which as a whole is below expectations. A large car park is available at the bottom of the building: it's a real plus.

Family club, good value for money (in summer). The rooms are ok but nothing more. There is no swimming pool but a sports complex (with pool) 5min walk away.

State of the rooms ok and very friendly staff. Meal correct but meal time range a fair bit. Better not to arrive at the end of service where there is almost nothing left.

Ski holidays very nice. Club for the top kids. Varied and good food. Housekeeping rooms could be improved…

Room very small, extra charge for internet and not be taken in less than a week, and all in all deserves a serious kick of refreshment! Positive points-staff very pleasant.

Very basic hotel, standard buffet food but nothing exceptional. Rooms are small and pokey and the shower cubical is even smaller! Although people state the rooms are clean, I found quite a few hairs in my bed when we checked in which isn't what I would call clean… It's an expensive hotel but you're staying in the three valleys so price was in accordance to where we were. Ski in ski out was a bonus and the boot room was good as everyone each has a locker. This hotel is probably lovely if you're french and you have a big group of children. If you don't fit that criteria, then don't stay here. The resort has no night life for young people and its impossible to get around on buses or taxis past 6pm. Also, the lifts are really strange. You stop half way between a floor and then you have to take stairs up or down. The hotel needs ALOT of updating, but it is in a good location for skiing!

5 star hotel So not much to complain about.
But we get to see the stars of passage.

Hotel Club practice with children at low ages. Good location, possibility to park your vehicle nearby (outside). A practical daycare system for children allowing skiers a certain freedom. Restaurant offering varied food. Entertainment for young and old. Repainted room and linoleum on the ground: very convenient! I'll be back.

Good Hotel nice rooms, a can old medium Animation and pay attention to the fly because children's clothes are stolen when they are in clubs, no monitoring meals are repetitive.

Rooms of 9m2 for 3 persons. You gotta love promiscuity.

We spent 1 week early January 2018 in the club full board 2 Adults 1 child — home Our arrival it was a warm welcome with a smile on the hostesses except that the reservation of the room was not the one we had asked Die we had asked 2 room with 2 double bed and we have u 2 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 room with 2 small bed Why we had 2 double bed because we have a 5 year old girl with leukemia a blood cancer she doesn't sleep alone since That she has these chemotherapy treatment but with dad or mom outside the house we have a very large bed and we sleep all 3 together for the moment until her healing we have explain to the host responsible for all this… but she Didn't want to wait any cool!

Food isn't the best. Not much entertainment at the hotel. English is poor, rooms are okay. Drinks and food are expensive.

Small rooms are acceptable but saying you are a family hotel and then not offering dinner before 18u30 is ridiculous. Small children up to 8 years old are too tired and hungry after skiing to wait so long. The bar and restaurant are also on the border of being not warm enough that you need a (thick) sweater. Buffet is mostly focused on children but it opens too late.

It's a Ski hotel! Rooms are basic but all is clean. Lots of food, good choice, would just liked it to have been a bit warmer. Easy to get skiing from the hotel.

BE WARNED! This place is filthy with used nappies and rotting food in the room, hair in the plug hole and used towels not removed. The website states that the children’s club has English speaking staff which is a blatant LIE. The children’s entertainment was exclusively in French and the staff didn’t have basic English. Staff unable to help with any queries about the resort, ski passes or travel. Terrible and hugely overpriced hotel, avoid at all costs!

Friendly place and very suitable with children… The rooms are not all new and the bathrooms would require a real refreshment but the value for money is good… Very friendly and attentive staff.

Stay 30.12.2017 at 6.01.2018. Club very nice, the meals very good, all staff very pleasant, either leaders or staff of the restaurant. Only weak point is the carpet in the rooms this is not the top, and the big weak point in this are the 2 persons who are for the rental of the ski equipment they are unpleasant not nice and people very high! We rent the 1st day for our son and the rest of the week we went to chez skiset, who, they were nice and less expensive!

We came two years ago and this year what a disappointment.
Big drop in quality.
It's cold in public spaces.
3 days to have extra blankets on the beds because quilt shortage.
Poor food.
Staff very friendly and attentive.
In the end there should be insulation in the rooms.
In summary we will not return.

Really nice hotel. Rooms on the small side, but standard for a ski resort. If there is plenty of snow, it's a ski in/out hotel. It's only a short walk to the town centre where there a plenty of bars and restaurants, although the hotel bar is great too.

We spent a family holiday at the club snow and sky from 04 to 11 march and it was topissime. The hotel is well located and the rooms are functional despite their age regarding the meals are varied and good. For the difficult people there are really choices, and for the children there are small pots of milk growth milk powder gallia…
The service is great the people are polite and eager to help. Concerning the activities in the mini club is excellent a big thank you to Paulin Adrien Geraldine David and Simon sorry if I forgot some but you are so they are small care for the children and everything is noted and clear. We are very pleased with our stay and are looking forward to renew the experience belambra.

Very happy with this restaurant for full Board holiday club and children's club. First great location, actually at the foot of the ski slopes, at 3 minutes from the hub of the les Menuires station. The building is very well organized to drop the kids off in the morning, and hit the slopes. The kids club is very professional with very wide schedules. The bar has a stunning view terrace restaurant Bay Windows making it very bright. The meals are buffet and the quality is pretty good, except the orange juice and coffee in the morning. One star less for soundproofing of very average rooms, free Wi — Fi and of course the price quality ratio that is not at the rendezvous.

Great hotel, great staff. But I take off a star for the Wi — Fi fee and very slow. And because about a week we have not seen once the passage of the maid.

I was very disappointed of this residence.
Is located at the bottom of the village at 2 km from the city centre, and very accessible because the shuttle does that every 20 minutes.
Ski foot access is impossible: to go: obligation to cross the car park skis on shoulder, snow covered stairs and access an impassable track for beginners.
Return: ski foot access is possible that by borrowing the gondola which closes at 16 h 15 so classes end at 4:30.
The pool and 2 saunas and 2 hammams are accessible from the outside, forcing out head wet outside. They are crowded and noisy there are no changing rooms separated men and women, only 2 changing rooms.
The apartment is comfortable and lovely decoration, but the covers are rooms and full of hair… The heating shuts down every hour 10 minutes, and it's cold.
Finally, the Wi-Fi is very random, and only in the living room of the home, crowded him also.
Residence really very disappointing, exorbitant price, does not at all meet windy benefits.
