Doesn't even deserve a star. Deplorable. Messy. Sweltering heat no air conditioning (We knew but c frankly unbearable in the middle of summer). Brief White Night. One night out of two made. Forced to find another hotel so the customer experience being bad.

Over priced and run down hotel. Way less than ½ the standard of a cheap Motel 6. Staff was nice. But the accomodations left a lot to be desired.

The hotel looks like an old dorm. But cheap.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cold room, not warm and dated, stains on the walls, and the floor, smell of egout. The State of the bathroom is more than a review.
One electrical outlet.
Only positive point, hotel next to the train station and at the foot of the tram 5 minutes from the city center.

It was a very bad hotel. Carpet and wall stained, unpleasant odor in the room. Dirty toilet, hair in the shower drain, a dirty towel left behind the door.
A shower curtain that should be white all brown. And so on.
I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

This "hotel" looks and feels like a horror movie kind of murder hostel at night time and if you come from outside France you won't find bilingual aid or English speakers at the front desk but at least they try to sell the room, is cheap enough to sleep around the train station but do it under the fear of being in a very scary environment, is cheap hotel so you get very very cheap service and room amenities don't blame the hotel, blame your pocket!

Well placed, clean and no noise problems but very small room, viellotes with very strong smells of cold tobacco, curtain shower with faucet in washbasins.

The +: Close to the train station, tram at the foot of the hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff, very good breakfast les —: very noisy street side room, stained carpet, bedding in poor condition, bathroom to renovate, only 1h Wi-fi free, 1 single Taken by room.

For the price on Bordeaux, a 2 steps from the station difficult to find better, but would require remedial work of the deco, and sanitary facilities, merssonel nevertheless pleasant. I spent 2 weeks there for work, but didn't consider this hotel pleasant as a couple or with children.

Serious assistant director competent and trader. Regrets a lack of investment in wall electrical outlets. To their digital is a necessity.

The value for money is very bad, on the site where I booked there was possibility to cancel and once at the hotel impossible.
The reception is very bad nothing is explained (no Wi-Fi, breakfast time …). Arrives in my room I sit on the bed and break my mouth because the bed had no latte.
The insulation has to be redone, the plaster edits are crumbling, the carpet is torn off, the installation of the showers is very bad.
I really advise against it especially for a hotel said 2 stars.

One star is still too much. This is the worst hotel I ever used. Elevator and halls are in a ugly state, the rooms are tiny and just disgusting! Chewing gum at the bed, the former white walls are covered with dirt and scratches, nothing is really cleaned. The breakfast is minimalist. The staff does not speak English, only at the reception they speak some words. Also be careful with the payments, they try to trick you and make you pay twice for breakfast or parking! Yes, it’s very cheap, but trust me, this is not worth it at all!

The price is correct. The rooms are decent. On the other hand there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Noisy and aesthetically unfortunate.

Negatives: small room, stained carpet, traces on the walls, window that does not close well and that lets the cold pass.
Positive: Nice staff, 24-hour reception, varied breakfast, nickel tv.
In conclusion ideal for a very short stay without ruining.

The arrival does not put in confidence, we scan my identity card and I am filled a sheet of personal Information. When I ask the reason I am told that it is for the police if Necessary. It's engaging!
Dilapidated hotel, carpet would need to be leached. Bed tops holes, etc…
Hallway almost Unenlightened.
In the room, there is no possibility to lock up! Simple Handle Inside. We definitely feel safe!
Then I had a very loud banging sound every 30 sec about without being able to identify it (neon that cools, bed base of the top room? …)

OK It's Cheap But the financial gain is not worth the Effort. I strongly advise against it!

A budget hotel. Small but clean rooms. You get what you pay for. 5 minute walk from Gare Saint Jean. Tram station just opposite to the hotel.

5 stars for the staff, especially the reception of the receptionist that I enjoyed much, nevertheless the room and the bathroom is in a dirty state I do not say its for cleanliness it was correct, it is for work to do balatome take off in the room Bath, lack of plug, only one in the room, paint to redo door and wall, taking the phone no protection boxes The electric wires visible! Lack of a pillowcase.
For breakfast its still simple.
Close to the SNCF train station, tram stop, shopping restaurant.
I would recommend it just for a night of troubleshooting.

It's a 2 star hotel, not the Ritz Carlton. Cute, clean, small nautical themed rooms and Internet only available in the lobby. We are here to see the sights, not to sit in our room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a bottle of our own wine in the lounge / lobby.

The location of the hotel was Perfect. Staffing very friendly U Helpful. The rooms just u clean u amazingly quiet right in the city!

The room itself was adequate. The sheets and blankets had cigarette burns on it and the bathroom was small. There were exposed wires in multiple places and the hallway seemed like it came out of a horror movie. The lights can be turned on if you press a lit up button on the wall. The only saving grace from this hotel was the friendly staff and delicious breakfast spread. I was expecting more from the money I spent.

Just 2 stars, rooms are quite small even for one person. Bathroom is too small too. No hairdrier in bathroom. No internet connection in rooms, just in lobby. But, hotel is Clean, staff is good, communucative. Breakfast in hotel 8€.

OK if ya a traveller with not much expectation staff are nice rooms are small and not that clean needs a bit of a revamp parking is an extra 10 euros my bed is missing runs and it's expensive for what you get.

Pillow and bed were terrible, a/c didn't work. Water sprayed everywhere in the washroom. Wi-Fi only available in the lobby.

Bed and pillows were terrible. No a/c, and the shower was a pain to use. On the plus side they had free Wi-Fi… In the lounge.

A trip to Bordeaux, I went there with my boyfriend.
Hospitality, don't it look it's not necessary.
A bathroom little maintained.
Sheets had holes and I doubt their passing years washing machine.

Access to the hotel is by the garage door: dangerous.

Do not book this shit! a real shame! a bed and breakfast to homeless people would be more welcoming. Pseudo crappy rooms, a wallpaper that goes, the only impact and unique small window trying to illuminate a little this disastrous piece, a shower whose tap is used both for the sink and the shower in it even. A big joke. A bitch Super rude and stupid as a receptionist who prefers the young and the restless on his TV to its customers. Seriously, it's more interesting to sleep in his car that give money to this abandoned building by taking a "room" If you can call it like that. Anyway, as you can see, I've never been as disappointed and shocked on the part of a "hotel". Run, you poor fools.

7 stars for value — although I had to pay for two 9 stars for security — 24 hour lobby staffing 8 stars for location — short walking distance to railway station (longer to town center), tram at door 9 stars for staff — decent to good English language skills 7 stars for atmosphere — although common area attracted loud cell phone and Skype users 8 stars for cleanliness — although clean sheets only the first day 7 stars for facilities — no internet computer for use by guests very small bathroom and shower stall high off the bedroom floor no toilet spindle during the three days I was there, although reported first day end of hall light switch inoperative during my three days, although reported first day breakfast at 8 euros is rather expensive.

Regular hotel. Not great but good location for sight seeing.

Average home — bathroom mini nothing to do with the photo — hole duvet — TV with only channels 1 to 5 + 1 chain French English. A sleepless night because broken window let all the sounds of the street (tram, car, discussion) and the cold. Doors slamming overnight (1 H, 3 H, 5 H in the morning). The breakfast was very good. Hotel near the train station and the tram so practical. Cleanliness very average. Comfortable bedding.
