A pleasant moment on the beautiful terrace under Le Soleil where we tasted the Mother's Day menu. What a good idea to put hats on the chairs of customers who may be in the sun. Nice attention for your customers. The garden is great, we would do well a nap after eating. Congratulations to the chef and his hard-working kitchen team, the service was very good.

The LOHITZUN restaurant at Hotel Donibane is a very good restaurant to recommend. We are welcomed in a warm way. The service is very professional. The dishes on the menu are varied and excellent, with reasonable prices. The chef goes around the tables and checks that all diners are satisfied. And how not l be? everyone in the establishment gave his maximum. The customer is king!

Very nice hotel with well appointed and very clean rooms, a restaurant offering refined dishes with exquisite flavors. A staff of great kindness and friendly for our greatest pleasure.
The establishment also has a swimming pool heated to 28 °, a bathroom made available free of charge for guests.
The terrace and garden which is illuminated with a thousand colorful lights makes this place unique and wonderful.
At breakfast… wow surprise a buffet with a huge choice at will.
We did a lot of establishments during our holidays, but like this one with a similar value for money. Never.

Parking on the property. Buffet very varied in the nice restaurant. Large terrace to the garden. Hotel with good beds, clean and attended by friendly staff.

Good positioning of the hotel in the city, good pool (well heated! ) and very good full breakfast. The room is clean and nice, too bad there is no air conditioning! Secure parking, lacks a bit of shade to house the vehicle.

Really good food, super friendly staff and wonderful pool. It doesn't get 5 stars only because the rooms don't have air conditioning.

Notice only concerns the hotel double room very small for the 3 star standing and the distance to the city center (50 cm of traffic around the mattress and that's it), pretty poorly lit. Cleanliness just correct (crumbs of bread on our arrival, traces on the walls…). Medium sound insulation. Mildew stain in a corner of the room. First price toilet paper.
Garden, Swimming Pool (about 15 * 4) and petanque field can be a plus… on sunny days.
The proximity to the highway is not awkward.

Hotel to recommend absolutely. Staff with small care with clients, everything is done to make the customer feel at home. Thanks to Stéphane the hotel manager for his kindness his availability as well as to Jerome and Alexandre excellent professionals who know how to get in four to please. The kitchen is excellent and the dishes offered are varied. The facilities offer are largely at the height of a hotel which yet is only a 3 ☆ all for a very reasonable rate. Thanks also to the little fairies that each morning discreetly put the rooms in impeccable clean condition. We highly recommend this destination to anyone who wants to hear it.

Discovered on the occasion of a Sunday brunch. A nice surprise.
The setting is very nice and the taste buds of my 7 guests were unanimous, a true regal.
Varied Buffet and small homemade dishes. The staff is very present.
No need to pay for water bottles that are available to everyone at the buffet.
All for a very reasonable budget.

As soon as we arrive, we are surprised by the almost family reception of the manager, it seems to go home. He asked us if we needed anything, it became quite rare in the profession.
No smell of tobacco in the lobby or elevator. When you arrive in the room, the lights come on automatically and the TV is on standby. It is true that the room is not great, but after all, we are not there to dance but to sleep. The good surprise comes from the bathroom which is quite large, with an Italian shower, which is perfect for people like me (I take room in the shower:D) There are treats on the bed, know that some do not give any import But it is in the details that the good hotel recognises. The bed by itself, is quite wide, the mattress is perfect, neither too soft, nor too hard and thick enough, which slices with some hotels whose mattress is only 5 cm thick. There are two sets of towels per room, large, medium and small with another towel in the shower that serves as carpet when you get out of the bath.
The parking is closed at night, accessible with a code, and well lit. The Wi-Fi is free, but not fast. The breakfast finished at 10am, which is a little early on Sundays, but hey…
The breakfast is plentiful and well furnished, the room is beautiful and really pushes to relax, with the outdoor pool.
I did not put the 5th star because of the size of the room, although it is not breaker, as well as for the lack of air conditioning. Naked.

Very good reception! Cold ground in the room as above the unheated fitness room or door wide open while it is cold.

I recommend if you travel there with car. Parking lot is big enought. The staff is very helpful and nice, they are ready to help you in every matter. Food was excellent. Do not miss the Gourmet Caffe dessert. Room was ok. Check-in & check-out was smooth. The Wifi was slow on the other hand stable. There is hairdyer in the room, but the cable is fixed and short, it is hard to use it properly. A mini safe could be placed in the room. The room was a bit noisy, not disturbing. I would really highlight the hospitality of staff.

Nice lively place for a short stop in St Jean de Luz.

The hotel itself is well appointed, clean and exactly as described. It is not luxurious, but at the same time, very good value for the price and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were excellent, our evening waitress coped easily with our 40+ party in the evening and the food was good. I was also super impressed by the cleaning staff who found the tech I'd left in my room and put it safely in the store room in reception, and which I collected on my return trip.

The wonderful terrace and garden at night very well lit with a small orchard lots of aromatic plants, good pool all the hotel perfect friendly.

It is very nice and comfortable though its rooms are quite small.

Very good location and quiet. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very decent, good bedding and bathroom quite large. The only small complaint, if you can make one, is to hear slightly television from the next room. The restaurant is very nice and you eat well. I highly recommend.

We stayed last summer staying and we found that they did not caian well the Spaniards. We won't be back.

Nice hotel with hot swimming pool. Never answered in advance of late check-out will be allowed. Discovered check out is at 11am at the latest. Ended up with room for people with wheel chair without asking for. Nice breakfast for 9€ from 7 to 10 AM. Taxi 12€ to downtown. Great place with cozy garden.

Road Hotel, on the outskirts of Saint Jean de Luz, with small but clean rooms, decent and functional. It has a lovely garden and a small pool. Free Parking. The breakfast was good.

It was a pleasure to eat in this restaurant with an excellent quality / price. But is it something recently? Less friendly service, awesome wine prices, less good hors d'oeuvres trays. Come on, after this soft, they will probably recover.

At St. Jean de Luz at the hotel Donibane where we spent 3 nights from 27 to 29 April, we hold a very warm, all the staff is friendly, nice room + shower very clean. Quiet and a very flowery garden and pool views. Friendly and very good restaurant

A nice hotel with a nice decoration on the floors (old pictures of golf and basque pelota). The attached restaurant is excellent, we ate a risotto of gambas (the map changes every week). The hotel is located in the "entry of the city so no worries to park.

Accepts the price dog room with decent breakfast I advice this hotel.

Room ice on our arrival with a baby, the sound of the c TV is all or nothing, the shower n not adopted any switch in bath, the security guard to discussed the night under our window, and the coffee was of the soluble. To flee.

The room is nice, the soundproofing is good, breakfast is perfect. A very good stay! damage, however the hotel is a little too far from the city center.
