Very well. Lovely little hotel. Good overall cleanliness except for a few dust oversights in the corners (room, sdb and common areas. ) Very cute and relaxing environment and exteriors that invite you to relax. Very nice pool and fitness area. Restaurant the K very good. Very nice staff. Mehdi was in the care of us as soon as we arrived. I highly recommend the Chantaco Hotel.

Very nice staff. Bad Wi-Fi connection (too low speed) Car parking across the street, unguarded unguarded. But I recommend all the same.

Beautiful, calm, cozy, clean… I will recommend for sure. I just felt in love with this place. There is such a beautiful garden next to the restaurant, with 2 swings perfect for reading or rest. All the flowers and green is very relaxing. The swimming pool is also a great area, clean and surrounded by trees and flowers, open almost all day (not tempered but in summer it reached a pleasant temperature). It’s very close to the center and the beach (in car, less than 5min), the big super market (carrefour) is also just 10min away in car. The parking is just in front, open space but free. 2 cons I would remark: Not having elevator, we went with our baby and talking the stairs up and down with the stroller was a back killer! Would recommend to improve the Wi-Fi connection as the mobile signal is not very good in the area and the Wi-Fi was sooooo slow!

Brautiful hotel. Fairytale gardens and fabulous serene pool area.

A nice setting, very pleasant reception accompanied by a very satisfying kitchen, quantity and quality are at the rendezvous, excellent value for money. I highly recommend.

They charged us overnight, and when we realized when we arrived in Madrid, they did not want to return the corresponding amount.

Room very comfortable, very welcoming staff. Teas and water bottle offered in the room. Great TV, comfortable bedding. It's just a little hot even with the radiators off.

We came for a lunch as part of the spring of the restaurants.
Menu a fixed price, €20 entrance dish dessert.
For the price, we had copious plates, and a high-end service.
Egg and chicken aiguillettes with mustard for me in appetizer, good but could have been more fine.
On the flat, my wife took the beef Bourguignon snacky, very good, and I fillet of sea bream to the griddle. Well, with very good vegetables.
For dessert, a good gourmet coffee with a lost pastis…
The setting is nice, especially in beautiful weather!
Namely, the parking lot on the other side of the road. Damage!

Nice hotel in a very nice and large house totally renovated.

Very nice hacienda-style hotel, superb architecture in a green setting located in front of the golf course and close to Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Swimming pool and beautiful gardens.
Very nice spacious rooms, well decorated but poorly soundproofed with a room staff really not discreet and noisy, not to mention the doors that slam constantly.
Restaurant side the kitchen is excellent. The breakfast offered is very good with quality food. Nevertheless, the frame remains noisy with a staff that makes once again a lot of noise. We were forced several times during our stay to have breakfast outside on the terrace so as not to hear the staff that we felt was making noise to make noise.
A real effort of manpower is to be done and the service is to be revisited, not to mention the Welcome to the reception unwelcoming, which is really a pity for this 4 star hotel located in an idyllic setting.

A hotel with a lot of charm. Just one hit: Our room was next to the garden and there was a lot of humidity and when we wanted to open the window to ventilate a bit it was impossible to open it. But the hotel is beautiful and just 5 minutes drive from the centre of San Juan de Luz. The bed very comfortable and the IT part TB very well.

On the site is written "air-conditioned room". Alas not. That's too bad. No more window so no way to aerate. On the ground floor so the only solution would be to open the door on the restaurant… Soundproof Room: We could hear everything. The bathroom, Italian shower that splashes the whole bathroom. No way to dry things. Despite this, very nice hotel, it just reopened. It needs to be improved to be worthy of a 4 *. And I'm sure it will be improved. Very nice welcome and very nice exterior. This is a normal note:) But the improvement points are to be taken into account. Thank you.

No air conditioning I've barely slept. Between the noises of the kitchen and the impossible heat. All the information in English or French. The hotel people are the same. Pretty far from the center. It takes a car. The facilities I have not been able to test them. I have to leave the room to the 11h and the pool opens at 10am, so difficult for a single night arriving late. Very nice people that if.
