Lovely comfy stay. Nice surrounds, pretty place. Good restaurants nearby.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. No hot water for the morning shower (explanation of the pattern: insufficient hot water supply! ) no restaurant in the evening. Difficult access for a car. No parking possible. Does not deserve more than two stars.

Despite a good location, I had a terrible experience in this hotel. The person working there was extremely desagreable. It sounded like entering his hotel and wanting to check in was an annoyance for him… He told my friend and I that there would be hot water, but there was not. When I told him about this, he did not even apologized, but explained in a very casual way that it was not usually like this but that it was instead exceptionnal and due to japanese customers taking bath all the time. Paying 80€/ night for a hotel without hot water seems extreme… Even mere camping sites have this! The receptionnist eventually told me he would make me a discount for the "inconvenience", kind of making fun of me. The next day, in the morning, I indeed received 2€ discount. I did not even argue…

The breakfast was very good. As for the treatment of the user, I have noticed that they are tired of always receiving clients. As my first day of the road, there has been no interest in reporting. No empathy.

Clean way to start camino. It has a nice dog!

The room was fine, but I find it too expensive for a 2 stars especially that breakfast is not included m.

Room and bed very small, in the bathroom very little lighting because three missing bulbs, wires to view a little dangerous.

Single room, comfortable bed and no nuisance, breakfast a little expensive 9 € 50 per person.

Quaint little hotel just inside the old city wall. Room had a nice little balcony overlooking the town. Great location.

Good hotel in the centre of this historic town.

Room was very clean and the location was great. But more important, Patrick and Alice (owners) were exceptionally helpful and attentive. I did the Camino in April 2014 (an amazing time of the year) in bicycle. They offered space to build the bike and store it while I traveled to Lourdes. At the end, they went totally out of their way to assist me in shipping my bike luggage to Santiago by finding the appropriate box for shipping and coordinating the pickup for shipping. Life saver! The breakfast was there for me at 5:00am which they accommodated for my travel to Lourdes. It was a delicious continental breakfast that got you out there door — nothing fancy. Fancy.

As a group of American and Latin American pilgrims we found this town and hotel cozy. Unfortunately the owners are dishonest. In May of 2013 we were charged 12.5 euros for a seriously disappointing breakfast. Do not be tricked by this place.
