We have found all of your hotels friendly and functional, with the beds excellent. The price is also very good value. This was the second time that we stopped at this one. The downside was that the rooms are a bit dark, and it would be nice to have toilet rolls instead of the current system.

Hotel clean but bad soundproofing… from where 4 stars! Plus: Private closed parking and storage shelves in the room, good bedding. Nice welcome. I come here once a month and always satisfied. Ideally located for me, between Anglet, Biarritz and Ustaritz.

Warm hospitality, comfortable beds, perfect soundproofing. Breakfast OK Good value for money.

Of the hairs by the walls and the floor of the shower. Duvet envelope burned by a cigarette or a cigar. The hostess took note of it and had the shower cleaned and changed the duvet cover for the next night! This is 2 times on 2 different days that we have cleanliness problems in your bathrooms.

If I come to you, I find myself there, on the quality and the price, after of course, there is the human aspect, but in General, your staff are hospitable and caring, so, there is no problem.

Good reception, close to the airport but no night flight, a little noisy in the morning of the traffic nearby. As always Bemol on the narrow parking spaces.

How to start… Arrived on the 31st in mid afternoon, room uncleaned with smell of cold tobacco. Slope of the shower poorly laid, flood in the entire bathroom. B&B boasts of the quality of its bedding which ultimately is not so much at the rendezvous (pillows).
PS: do not blame the maid because all alone to care for almost all the rooms…

Pleasant stays, good publicity of local activities, very good relational with the Manager do not change anything

I stayed there one night, the hotel is accessible 24/24 by the use of a code assigned after the payment of the room. Having arrived at 9.30 pm, I had to use the terminal to pay for the room, the reception service closed at 9pm. With regard to the room, it is not very large rather small, the bathroom has a minimum surface but with a shower. I will put a big negative point for the housekeeping service in the morning which allows to open the door by not even tapping while I was still in bed. The doors of the rooms are glued, the hotel is on the side of the road. I advice for one night no more. For a 2 star hotel The price is in 46 and 54 euros per night. This is still not given, I expected better.

Very bad night pay €70 at night to have two single beds it's a shame. Had to ask for a room in the ICU being 9 months pregnant I found myself to have to climb stairs because no elevator, the hygiene of the room leaves to be desired, hair in the bath tub that smelled very bad.
The sound of room 0 have heard the neighbor's TV as well as his laptop vibrate at 5am for his alarm clock have heard her shower at 6:00. The staff at the reception badly amiable, I would not recommend at all this hotel even less with a toddler who had to sleep in the same bed as us… Sleeping in an F1 limit would be better…

The rooms are very good but the bathroom a little too small. Very good breakfasts.

The lady who takes care of the reception and the breakfast is really very nice and pleasant

The bedding is correct, the mattress is comfortable and thick duvet allows you to sleep well

The walls of the walls between the rooms are super late, we hear a lot the noise of the cars at night,
The bathroom is really tiny, hip bath
The level of cleanliness, it is seen that the cleaning is correctly done
The bed is niquel, the linens clean and white, a WC and a room water
But c is the house that gives the feeling of being dirty
Carpet old, attached bathroom damaged, musty, … The breakfast is basic, with little choice,
First-come first-served basis

This hotel serves it's primary function, namely sleep and wash.

One star is too many! Hotel aging. Deserves a good refresh. 130 euros per room for 4… it is theft! Person at the reception very unpleasant. In short… AVOID!

Nice hotel but a bit close to airport.

Disastrous night, cabin room overlooking the road or huge car pass whatever the time … No insulation! The sound of the cars resonates in the room.
Starting from this criterion totally neglected by the hotel it is not even talk about the rest because your night can only be bad as the noise is present.
To avoid, really.

Strict minimum for breakfast and lack of catches in the room, remains nevertheless comfortable for the night.

Noisy and air-conditioned hotel that works in slow motion … Otherwise, the rooms are in the image of other hotels B, clean and functional.

Small price, small service. Defraichie room, very average breakfast. The computer reception quite strange, fortunately the receptionist more enjoyable.

Mediocre at all points of view: small room with tiny bathroom with WC which takes the little space available in front of the unique washbasin! — Bed in 140 — no shutters and curtains with light from the avenue illuminating the room all night — breakfast at a 1 to 2 star Hotel: No service — milk and fruit juice dispenser.
In two words: to avoid!
