Very nice hotel, very welcoming and well located! :-) quiet with good neighborhood, to do ^^

Nice little Weekend hotel very well located, close to the castle of Beynac.
For information, three films were shot: The visitors, the daughter of D'Artagnan and Joan of Arc.
The reception is very warm and family friendly.
The rooms are clean, spacious, well-equipped and have excellent bedding.
Panoramic view of the Dordogne.
Breakfast in self-service and, for 9 euros, we are spoiled.
The staff are particularly nice and friendly.
Two small downsides: — Soundproofing — The hotel is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Good value for money.

Stayed for a few nights In May 2017, there is free Wi-Fi in the rooms, but frankly it was dreadful. Nice breakfast, clean and tidy and quiet. Parking is an issue. The hotel offers none, you have to park in the public car park (payable).

Very Nice hotel in the middle of middle-age. You will find a village as it was. Good accommodation but little rooms. Many castels and gardens to visit and a beautiful landscape everywhere. Good restaurants in beynac et cazenac.

Good location. Rooms a bit small. The shower was very uncomfortable.

Home super friendly for two pirates who had taken a little too much sea.

A small hotel in the center of Beynac, perfect to visit on foot but does not have parking.

Excellent Clean breakfast room. The downside that 2 parking spaces for the hotel free Otherwise all the car parks are paying …

Great little place right in the heart of town. The only comment I have is that our AC was off and sleeping with the open window was tad noisy since the window was facing the Main Street.

The town was very quaint and it was a good location for visiting area chateaus!

A good restaurant Périgourdin with a warm and family welcome. Beautiful panoramic view of the Dordogne. The staff are friendly and in addition to your listening we went there a few years ago, and now it is the son who took over the reins, and the kitchen is still as good (my daughter at that time had discovered the duck breast with her potatoes S) arladaises) It's really family since the house exists since 1871 with its hotel. Sis a little higher address to recommend

Well overall. Friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable bedding. Dogs accepted.

Very good reception in half board. The room was very good and the breakfast was great. Counselor.

Good comfortable accommodation, well located, pleasant staff who spoke good English, would recommend.

Very comfortabe. Quiet. Nice vathroom and shower. Beynac is wonderful to explore. Gourmet restaurants close by. Short drive to Sarlat and other castle towns. Close to prehistoric caves.

Beware finally breakfast is not free.

The hotel is located in the Centre of Beynac and is a pleasant though unpretentious.
The service is good.

Beynac is a perfectly charming town and the Hotel Pontet was a perfectly charming hotel. It is clean, the fixtures are modern and the location is perfect. It is a petite place, however. That is true for the rooms and for the breakfast area. That said, it should have more than one star, in my opinion. Oh — and folks who reserve a room at the Hostellerie Mallville — this is the same place — don't ask me why they market under two names. Fortunately, everyone in town knows this and will send you up the hill to Pontet.
