Good address, nice setting, friendly and professional staff. We eat well, the dishes awaken our taste buds. Prices are up to what you have on the plate.

An establishment that deserves to stop Very nice easy-to-access area, very bucolic environment, very nice welcome, beautiful interior decoration, excellent cuisine and very good service. Congratulations to the whole.

Charming hotel stop on our way to the Pyrennes. We stayed in the Jaipur room. Comfortable big bed, with air conditioning and electric blind meant we slept exceptionally well after a long drive from London. We had dinner as well as breakfast. Dinner was a delight. The chef is truly amazing. We had the set two course meal and enjoyed the added bonus of a taster "starter" as well as an amuse bouche. Good value and truly delicious. Breakfast was continental style, with plenty to choose from and again great. Stop looking at other hotels and just stay here!

Nice relay, quiet, with a beautiful park maintained, water points with ducks, swan and heron (! ), friendly and accommodating staff.
Silent, quiet in the second fortnight of July, understand few people.
Indoor pool, we were there alone post-breakfast.
We did not test the restaurant.
To see, Saintes ville, pretty, nice, and of course on the entire nearby Atlantic coast.

We were a little skeptical to come, compared to some internet photos that don't make it good… But we were curious and we took the plunge.
A super nice terraced space. A magical setting of course with this nature and the ducks who come to see us without being "boring".
A fresh and good tasting menu. We all liked just a small downside for us on the fish, nothing to say about cooking, but too full of carrots (though we are kind people :-) ) on different textures, it's not too much for us.
And the dessert super good for me but for my husband less because Mr is very chocolate, hence my question: Is it possible to warn at the beginning, that level dessert one of us is more chocolate, or there is already a dessert predefined on the tasting menu?

Personnel adorable et à l’écoute: nous sommes arrivés une heure après la fermeture officielle et quelqu’un nous a attendu pour nous accueillir! Rare de nos jours! Gros avantage également, nous avons pu recharger notre Tesla pendant la nuit. Nous recommandons également vivement le restaurant. bravo!

A great weekend. The staff is adorable, the perfect chef it was delicious and also very beautiful from the appetizer to the dessert. A single theme room and a quiet from start to finish.

We came in couple several times. Twice on the hotel side, the rooms are spacious, well equipped, clean.
On the restaurant side, I think the first star is in range, refinement, just flavors, in short.
A net and favorable balance is not free of course, but when it's good, we go back!

Perfect setting for a chic evening with friends. The cosy and subdued ambience allows you to relax as soon as you arrive. Discretion is on the go. The dishes, with seasonal products are a treat for the palate. The combination of certain flavors will amaze you and delight your taste buds.

We were very well received in this restaurant. The staff are very friendly and at our little care. The meal was excellent especially the appetizer as for the mango dessert It was a real delight. Restaurant to advise. We will return as soon as possible.

We liked the warm welcome, despite our late arrival. The establishment of quality, very nice setting, very nice and comfortable room, exellente kitchen. We are delighted with our step, we will return with pleasure.

Very good reception. Room quite large. Expensive breakfast. Private Parking right in front with handicapped place. At the exit of the city so quiet and very easy to access and find. Restaurant on site but often complete you have to book in advance.

Beautiful and large restaurant room allowing each table to have a minimum of intimacy, with seen on large park flowered and trees. Refined Cuisine, a very good value for money for this gourmet restaurant.

A slightly unusual property with some highly, even intensely, themed rooms that you may either love or hate. Best ask in advance if in doubt. Restaurant tried too hard. Gardens beautiful. Breakfast overpriced.

Cosy, quiet, good place to enjoy a taste of very well presented seasonal dishes. The wine list is the dream list of all french wine connaisseur.

Lovely quaint hotel just off A10, food was amazing and Setting was picturesque.

Framework & Park nice, especially for eating. The kitchen is correct and the value for money also matters in the light of the framework once again. Side rooms is correct also, great, but this hotel needs a facelift on the side of the toilet blocks (not modern), insulation and soils (tiles in a House of this price, blah, especially without slippers provided…). Heated indoor pool, free parking (it's a plus), but mixed reception. A waitress and a nice receptionist, but the rest of the staff lack of heat… Not even a "How was your stay? " before leaving. Bof!
