Wi-Fi slow. Clean, food good. Staff resturant very good. Reception — could be friendlier!

Not bad… Nothing else… Just… Road hotel. That's a lot of people to eat or think of asking for a table because the cook gets overwhelmed and can't tend more than two or three tables at a time. I had to go to dinner somewhere else because the cook was stressed.

Expensive and old place. It was clean. The bad part was the sounds from the other room.

Hotel not deserving of its 3 stars! When we arrived, in the early afternoon, in the room, we did not notice anything special except the toilets that were not clean (2 pubic hairs and brown marks on the knocking) I told Christophe the right away receptionist who apologized and did what was necessary. That evening we discovered a hole in the ceiling from which spiders came out, the catches were surrounded by spider web, as well as the underside of the table. The ground had not been sucked in and there were dust fillings in various places. I asked the director the next morning to come and see the condition of the room. After noticing, he did not even apologize and told me that the cleaning was going to be thoroughly redone. I asked if he could make a commercial gesture and he told me that it was not possible since we had had prices on the internet (which was still expensive for the quality of the room! ). We spent 4 nights hearing from guests from the adjoining rooms and upstairs, given the lack of insulation. And the icing on cake, the last night I found a beast in my bed! Without the internet prices the room was 115 euros, frankly I would have paid this sum I would have made a scandal! How can such a slittle-maintained hotel claim to have 3 stars and have such prices? While at the 1st Class Hotel in La Roche on Yon, (who advised us at this hotel) the room was modern and clean! We are really very disappointed and I hope that management will take action!

Very pleasant staff clean room good food.

Comfortable, clean, friendly, bar and restaurant, air conditioned room, what more can you ask for. If all in the chain are like this we'll use them again.

This Campanile is easily accessed from the motorway. Adequate parking. In urgent need of refurbishment. The bedroom block is shabby but the room and bathroom were clean and linen immaculate as usual. Our shower hose had been replaced with one which did not fit well and would not stay in the support so it had to be held and it leaked. The bath tap was wobbly and difficult to alter from bath to shower. No plug in handbasin so awkward to use for wet shaving. Insufficient sockets meant juggling kettle/hairdryer/charging mobiles etc. One pillow was very lumpy! Didn't use restaurant for dinner and at breakfast at 8am had to ask for croissant etc to be replenished which was met with a decidedly grumpy response but was swiftly attended to. This was sufficient for an overnight stop but is tired and dated and we wouldn't have wanted to stay longer.

Very friendly staff. Excellent air conditioning Evening meal was not as good as expected. Overall 8 out of 10

There must be some mistake I think!
It's not even a prefecture hotel… it looks more like a rundown motel!
I know the price of the room is less than €60 but still!
You'll soon have to think about shaving this hotel!
Does the price justify having all the lampshades? Or just have a towel? Or does this price explain to have a more than average welcome to our arrival?
Ah and I was going to forget the breakfast billed 9, €90 with poor quality bread and more than one pastries in 8:20 du Mat!

Motel Pluto Qu Hotel. Despite impeccable cleanliness, the whole would seriously need fresh paint.

Welcome to the top Restaurant tested nothing to say about what I chose delicious filet mignon, desserts that makes you want.
Room a bit old but correct, the only garbage catch that was not empty and a little dust on the ground.
On the other hand outside noise of people shouting or slamming the doors of the room just to rate to relax by the moment.

Garbage can not empty in the bathroom. Room with dirt on the floor.
High price for what it is.
Bathroom do not talk about it not to clean, hairs in the bathtub and on the sink, toilet dirty.
Hotel to avoid unless it renovates.

Old hotel, high rate compared to the services offered, very average level of cleanliness (dust, as well as the tablet next to the bed that sticks…), poorly insulated. Only one plug in the room, aircon that does not work. To avoid, especially as there is another hotel far better right next door.

A hotel rather to avoid: few staff and waiting for everything as well as a dilapidated room with roller beds (it feels like a hospital! ) and not even a power outlet in the head of a bed!
The meat in the dinner meal had no taste (saying of the duck needle? And yet dish of the day?! ) … As for breakfast you have to know to be patient while waiting for coffee (no vending machine) and opt for bread rather than for life Nnoiseries that do not give envy!
The total of the bill leaves you rather a bitter taste for benefits that are not up to par… go see somewhere else!

Hotel very old, very loud, unsanitary, not friendly staff, hotel to avoid, the hotel looks like a Formula 1. And if you want to sleep because you are on vacation and well do not expect to sleep with the women of households who make noise from the 8hours.

Very disappointed with the hotel. No as clean as it should be and the meu was limited to sandwiches for the evening meal.

The room is correct but really not modern: blue tiled floor of the bathroom, bed on wheels (not blockable), a single night bar, no plug at the head of the bed, noisy clime due to lack of maintenance, window curtain doubtful cleanliness. Not to mention that the rooms are very poorly soundproof. Very little sleepy as neighbor noisy breakfast correct but price too high for what is offered.
In short, hotel dated with a price too high for the services offered…

You get what you pay for clean, nice staff and nice food would stay again.

It has beds & a shower… Not especially clean, beds incredibly uncomfortable. Room small and cold.

Really outrageous, the sheets full of hair and fur, moldy everywhere, filthy store, rotten bathroom, bedside lamp hyper dirty, brief z avoid a shot on C is one of the oldest campanile in the world. A museum of Filth.

Not ready to put your feet up. Very dirty pillows. Quick cleaning. Room Badge not working. Etc… Price 65 Euro It's not worth half.

Small flat on the rooms that start to get old but still not less comfortable.

Very dated and a bit grubby. Was extremely noisy, especially the cleaning staff dragging furniture about overhead from early morning checkout guests. Room was big enough for triple room, could not open the door properly and and blanket was dirty, also sink was cracked in bathroom not to mention ceiling was mouldy. Good location and internet though, but that is about all we liked. Would not stay again unless updated.

Customer Service was appalling. *Big posters of COCKROACHES as soon as you enter the room. Not the welcome I was expecting. This shouldn't be an issue (FULL STOP) *When asked to book a taxi, the lady behind the desk just slammed down a taxi card and told us to do it ourselves. *The hotel looks like Butlins in 1975! I would tell anyone not to stay here. Spend a little more and go to the Ibis. Me and my partner which we did.

We like the Campanile in general, but that needs some work!
