Our first room was excellent. Far from the lifts, as requested when I booked. At the back. It was a good size, with two comfortable chairs, a fridge, a safe and a balcony.

We stayed at the Contact Hôtel Bristol in Mulhouse, France for a single night on our way from the Netherlands to Italy.

I do not have enough nice words to say about this hotel. They accommodated us with my family and pets, and an arrival at 3 AM. The hotel is adorable, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I stayed at the Berti Hotel for a week and used it as a base to explore the region.
The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the railway station in a quiet neighbourhood.

Difficult to find. Make sure you ask the hotel for directions first if driving. Basically sat nav takes you down the wrong streets in the centre of Mulhouse and some are pedestrianised.

What a wonderful little place! The staff were super nice, even when the lobby was full of people trying to check in, and clearly very stressful.

Stayed here with my partner for three nights around New Year. We flew into Basel Airport and then got the train up to Mulhouse, which takes around 25 minutes.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Mercure Mulhouse. The location is extremely central, which made it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained.

Great stay in one of their two-room apartments. It was very well equipped and clean. We appreciated the large, modern and spotless bathroom.

This hotel was in an excellent position to explore Mullhouse. Decent room, comfy bed and strong shower in the morning.
Lift to all floors. Hotel reception was professional and quick.

We stayed at the accommodation at the end of December for New Year’s. Since it was extremely cold, I must point out that the hotel was warm and exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel was immaculate, beautifully decorated and our room was large and bathroom good plenty of hot water. Lovely French windows looking onto the front, crisp white bedding.

1920s look and feel. Great bar and friendly staff. Directions to the underground parking needs to be added to the website as it is not so easy to find.

The location is very good. You have access to city, Station, stores etc. Pleasant and cozy rooms. Highest level of cleanliness, enjoyed the view of rail tracks from the room.

The service was excellent. An older man at the reception explained everything to me, for example, how to enter the hotel at midnight. We had an interesting conversation.

We took the hotel because of the price. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable, although it was seen, there should be some renovation done. The staff during the day was friendly.

I’ve previously stayed at Ibis Budget hotels elsewhere in France, and all are fine hotels. Nice sized rooms with comfortable beds.

Staff were very friendly and helpful no matter what hour. Rooms are clean and the bed and linens are better than what I was expecting for the price range.

Hotel was comfortable & conveniently located. Walking distance to most of the attractions I chose to visit.

When we booked the hotel, it was not obvious from the pictures that the rooms would be so small, at least with a double and single bed. There was barely any room for manoeuvre.
