Our first room was excellent. Far from the lifts, as requested when I booked. At the back. It was a good size, with two comfortable chairs, a fridge, a safe and a balcony.

We stayed at the Contact Hôtel Bristol in Mulhouse, France for a single night on our way from the Netherlands to Italy.

This hotel is a bit of a hidden gem on the French countryside. The restaurant was especially good. So good, that we ate there both evenings during our stay in the hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Mercure Mulhouse. The location is extremely central, which made it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained.

Very clean hotel. Modern updated, walk-in shower. Very good service. Right across the street from the train station, which is a great location. Good walk to downtown. Easy walk to car rental return.

The hotel was immaculate, beautifully decorated and our room was large and bathroom good plenty of hot water. Lovely French windows looking onto the front, crisp white bedding.

1920s look and feel. Great bar and friendly staff. Directions to the underground parking needs to be added to the website as it is not so easy to find.

We always enjoy staying at a Novotel and thieves no exception.

A good hotel for an overnight stop when traveling with children. It has a nice pool, decent restaurant, badminton or table tennis available.
