Very good value for money quiet clover.

Booking made online on the same site as B&B on 22 July 2019 (non-cancelable, non-refundable) for 3 nights (from 25 July to 28 July) with breakfast and 1 dog. Confirmation email received instantly, as well as the reservation number, account debited of the total amount. On July 25, we present to reception and they told me that the booking has not been taken into account, surely a computer problem. Search my booking with my number, nothing… Call the manager, answer: you need to go back a room and pay it again by asking the customer service for a refund for the first one! I refuse, I've already paid for the first time a certain sum which has been charged by B&B Mulhouse (therefore that is logically on their behalf). We can not do anything else, it is not their fault is it! I understand, but I refuse to pay again. There's nothing we can do… Language of the deaf is, I'm pregnant, tired, I have 5 hours of drive in the legs, no loose case, and I decide to go somewhere else, demanding my refund. They told me to contact the customer service department (by email of course) to explain the situation and that a refund will be made. I've sent several mail on Thursday and Friday, the service being of course closed on the weekend, no answers from them! I strongly recommend, no effort on their part, no act! Unless you want to get rid of 180 euros for no reason, blowing in the wind…
