No no and no. Why 4 stars? booking. Com and false advertisements ok. Far too much to say. The view from the rooms is a disaster. The staff do their best anyway. Manager too greedy. A coffee to share with two in the morning and to toss with a piece of wood. 50 cl of water with 34 degrees outside. That's not what a 4-star is. Red carpets like grandpa and granny stained on all floors and in the room. I prefer not to talk about the room. If you remove the pool area this hotel is worth two tiny stars.

Very nice place, very warm, nice room for a couple or even a family. Great relaxing area with a swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

Good location. Beautiful swimming pool with sauna. Rooms small but so far modern. Breakfast was also good, the choice not too big, but of good quality. The breakfast eggs can be cooked by yourself in the water bath.

The hotel is well placed and the rooms are very clean! The staff are very smiling and pleasant. The parking is not stuck to the hotel but is not very far and is very convenient.

Bad breakfast, old unmaintained rooms. Don’t expect much, for this price just take ibis styles nextdoor.

L'hôtel est bien placé et les chambres sont très propres! Le personnel est très souriant et agréable. Le parking n'est pas collé à l'hôtel mais n'est pas très loin et est très pratique.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, modern and clean wellness area, super central and quiet area, underground parking 2 min walk, cheaper parking at 6 min walk, a bit too expensive for my taste, as breakfast was not very extraordinary and we paid 250€ per night for one room. But the more than kind waitress at the restaurant made it all good, she took care about the 4 children and made all their and our wishes come true, although the food was just ok.

Top for sightseeing, everything is within walking.
The hostess welcomes you with a great smile and it is very nice.
On the other hand, access to the relaxation area closes in 11hr… in the morning, so to enjoy the pool area Sauna Hammam it's limited.
For the rooms, Ben is a hotel room, the mattress is comfort and you sleep well.

Very friendly staff, great Spa. Too bad the bedding is a little soft and there is no shower curtain on the bathtub. Very good and clean room.

Bad experience with the restaurant. Sauerkraut is good but fish dish outrageously expensive compared to the quality and the quantity. Has avoid.

Very spacious room. A sauna and a swimming pool inside the hotel, great in winter. We can just regret a high price during Christmas time and a little old fashioned decor.

Very good reception, charming staff and very nice. A packet of cakes of alsace and St Nicholas in chocolate as a welcome gift, it is very nice. The room and comfortable, the bedding excellent. Relaxation area in the basement, sauna, steam room and swimming pool. The water is too cold for me. At the level of the meal, there are dishes very good and others much less good. The desserts are very average. The location is very royal, 5 minutes from the city centre.

The most delicious food and for great prices. Great friendly service, we didn't want to leave! Really recommend coming and getting plat de jour.

For me, this restaurant (still) is an insider tip. Those who are fed up of the Touristengerammel in the centre of Colmar, from the same menus and the boring food in these mass finishes of the crowded restaurants of this tourist city, will find here the extraordinary.
Special dishes made of fresh ingredients, all lovingly prepared and cooked in a quiet and cosy atmosphere. High-class cuisine in the middle price segment.
The hotel — with an indoor pool — is clean and well run, not quite up to date, but pretty and handsome and frankly, with this kitchen you can do almost nothing more wrong, we were thrilled.
Rooms with functional WLAN and capsule coffee maker, friendly and courteous service, therefore the 5.

The hotel is pretty old and could use an update. Room doors still work with actual keys, the locks on the bathroom door was hard to open once inside, etc. That being said: I still feel like we got very good value-for-money. The location is excellent (do not miss out on L'un des Sens just around the corner for wine and meat/cheeses in the evening! ). Although it was old, everything was clean. The staff spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Although we didnt eat in the hotel's restaurant, it looked very nice and we heard good thing about it. Easy parking in a (for french standards) excellent public parking garage one street further. If I come back to Colmar i'll be staying here again. Ps: dont expect too much of the pool/hammam/etc. We left after 5 minutes.

We have just spent a night at appr. Ç is a good clean hotel with a very nice decoration for Christmas. The staff is friendly and at your service. Contrary to some comments the swimming pool is at the right temperature. 2 steps from the city centre. I recommend it.

This restsurant really slow in food service… we went there to eat not to sit all day waiting for the food… a 1.5 hours for the main dish to appear on our table is too much of a time we did not wait for the coffee and desert I think to finish the meal will cost 2.5 hours of waiting.

Beautiful hotel with history. The sauna and hamam are nice the fitness room was disappointing.

This summer I was on a wonderful hike through the Vosges with a friend.
After long and strenuous days and often simple – but beautiful – accommodations we landed on the last day in Colmar and came across the small snazzy hotel at the crossroads of two alleys.
The interior of the rooms smiled invitingly through the open glass windows.
They greeted us politely, led us to the reception around the corner.
After looking at the price ranges, we decided on two small single rooms.
The décor was very modern, very new. All super clean and well maintained. A modern and clean bathroom joined the small room.
At night it was quiet and the bed comfortable.
Checkout and payment by debit card were carried out quickly.
We had breakfast in a very narrow alley in the slowly invading sun … Still slightly cool and vinegar … outdoors. With "Grand Creme" and pastries.

Great place to stay over between barge trip and our Alsace walking trip though the hills. Ideal location to enjoy the sights in Collar.

Perfectly located, very nice, very friendly and available staff. Nice room, clean and recently remodeled. The breakfast was plentiful and affordable. The top of the pool and more. We'll be back.

While from the outside it might look old-fashioned, this is a lovely traditional restaurant (attached to a hotel), and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food and paired wine were both excellent. We had the fixed price menu — butternut squash soup, tuna steaks and lemon and basil pie — all paired with Alsatian white wine. Excellent. Worth a visit.
