Flee hotel and shabby staff
No sense of courtesy and hospitality. The worst of all: pure and simple theft.
We always stay at ibis on our travels and holidays and this hotel is a calamity and a disgrace to the brand.
We have to fire the whole team.

Clean hotel with possibility for family rooms. Friendly and efficient. Three starts worthy.

TV shouting in the restaurant room, poor service from a young and inexperienced team, no visible manager, small dishes, took ages to be served and no excuse at all. Even the bill was long to be done! Very bad experience. It was the second and the last time I had dinner at this place. I do not recommend at all!

Good rooms breakfast easy to get reasonable price.

İ had group stay in hotel ibis Colmar. Just 3 km far from Colmar, 30 minute from Europa Park. 30 minute from Strazburg and Basel. Nice room and very good servise. Never forget for 4th Flor follow downstars.

Value for money in half-board. Ordinary establishment, clean but dull in colour. Service too long for an ibis. Even when there are few people. It's a pity that from 9:30 there is no more fruit, fruit salad or bread crumbs. One in two coffee machines works but: no more hot milk in it. Ditto for the orange juice machine: down!
On the other hand good bedding.

Staff very friendly and attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the bathroom with the Italian shower. The room clean. The restaurant is good for Alsatian specialities. If we return from the parts of Colmar, we will definitely stay here.

They charged me 2 extra breakfast in my last visit. And they told me they were going to give me my money back. It’s been 4 months and nothing… They don’t answer my emails anymore. Watch out to see that your invoice is right. Not recommended. It’s really far from the center of the city. The rooms are also not the best. Do not ask for room service, the food comes in a little box which I found disgusting.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Sound insulation OK. The most: onsite restaurant free parking. Breakfast buffet with choice.

A small cozy room for an affordable price… nothing great about the room but nothing to complaint either… good for a night stay before you hit the highway again…

A Ibis hotel that has been refreshed lately, it shows and it is appreciable. The staff were available and friendly. Good bedding, spacious double bed. A good location with excellent value for money.

Nothing to say it is an ibis, the reception is nice, the room is comfortable (nice bathroom) restaurant and breakfast more than adequate for a hotel. The parking lot is big enough.
As usual I recommend, the value for money of Ibis hotel is at the top!

A shame! 1h to receive 5 "outburst pies" (including a poorly cooked), a mojito with mint syrup and lemon syrup, salads served without plates and no soap in the toilet. If I could put 0 star I would have done it without hesitation! Let's end with the ill-amiable server, another server of slow maddening and awful welcome. A reservation for 18 people and only one person in the kitchen!

Hungry! It's unacceptable. The service was slow. A cook for a full room? Incredible but it doesn't explain that it takes an hour for four tarts outburst. What's more, there wasn't even soap in the toilet. That's disgusting.

I think it looks more like a Motel than a hotel, restaurant seems a communal. I went away…

Value for money-great price. The But is that it is not in Colmar, if you go without car, it is far.

Discovery of the restaurant au top (foie gras extraordinary), taste, presentation, fresh produce. Service in agreement, good value for money, to recommend.

Hotel rooms clean and functional. Staff good and very helpful. A major dislike though is that dogs are allowed INSIDE the hotel restaurant with all the dangers to health that can present!

The staff was very helpful The cleanliness is great and the bathroom very nice. Maybe the rooms are too close and you can hear the noises that other guests make.

Nice establishment, very clean with a nice bathroom, a welcome to the top despite a late arrival, and the breakfast is full on one likes the salty or the sweet.

Far but not as much as other. Xmas is a must take a bus (200m from hotel). Only recommend car on Sundays Rest as ibis. Nice receptionist. Basic rooms and pay for extra "needs". Fair enough for a fit relaxing night.

The room was very small. Barely room for the suitcases, the bed was large.

Very reasonably priced half board. My main meal was cold and congealed and no one enquired why it went back untouched but standard of rest of food was good. Watch accuracy of bills!

Stayed here for two nights. First night the air conditioning was out in the whole of the hotel and it was 33c! What can you do? Staff were cheerful enough although no offer of a free round of drinks or anything was suggested. A key use used to access the room instead of a keycard so everything is a bit dated. Housekeeping was awesome though! Good value for money when the air con works and free parking. Not far from Le Clerc and also the german border.

Everything could have been good if… the truck that started to unload the food from 6am would not have been there at that time. I guess all rooms next, above and under me on that side might feel the same. Guys don't care when rolling their trolleys and unloading each metal basket. Will see what they will find for excuse! Really to bad, I lost 2 hours sleep!

Bedroom and en suite were clean and tidy. The receptionist was very good, spoke English well and was helpful in all matters that we asked about. Wifi was quick and easy to load. Bed was comfortable. Had supper in the very pleasant dining room, cannot recommend this, eat out.

Absolutely amazing! Food at restaurant was worth the money. There was a great working flat screen TV with many ports. Free Wi-Fi was enough to surf the Web etc but the paid Wi-Fi worked much much better — worth €1.99 for the night. Rooms were really clean. Shower worked well with 3 in 1 body wash. Sink had working hot and cold water. Extra pillows if needed. Adjustable air conditioning. In walking distance of some shops but 5 min walk to a bus stop is needed to get to town — about 40 min walk. Receptionists are very friendly and speak English so it's easy to check in.

Here is very nice hotel to accommodate in Colmar. It is very clean. Staffs are very friendly.
