The hotel is not bad if for a couple of days, cramped, the beds in the two-seater room narrow correspond to a narrow room, about the TV also knocked passing by the window. The window on the airing to open is not possible, the perfume is terrible, opening completely cold, the TV closes partially and better from the bed do not get up hit you can.

Don't even think about it. The room in the picture looks okay, you think. That's not the room you're getting, though: it's the handicapped room. There are allegedly three okay-size rooms in the hotel and 76 horrifying mini-rooms of 11 square meters each. Sharing a picture of a room so drastically different from the rest seems more than misleading and heading toward fraud. This is the first hotel I've seen that literally had complaint forms on the front counter. I guess the clerks get tired of customers asking for them. Check-in is allegedly 3 but our room wasn't ready until 7. Our TV had no remote. The walls are like paper. Not a joke: duct tape holds part of the elevator together. There are no hand towels. Most of the hallways, and the lobby, are badly in need of paint. Yes, the location is good for visiting Colmar. Stay somewhere else and drive here.

Worst Hotel I've ever saw. Everything was dirty in the room. The toilet wasn't cleaned! It smells horrible in the room! The duvet cover was dirty… It was so noisy! It's so sad when you work in gastronomy and see things like that. No matter how much stars a Hotel has. It has to be clean! Waisted money for booking the breakfast. Totaly horrible! They cleaned between my feet. It took 10 miinutes till I could get just hot water. So I could breakfast in town.

The room is not very clean. Smells of pipes in the bathroom. Quite noisy the open window and non-soundproofed room.

The room was clean and the breakfast was 406. The room booked for two, but in fact this room is for one. Move around but the measure is possible if one is in place. When I was bypassing the bed on one side, I was constantly beating my head about the TV. The bathroom is even smaller. In short, very cramped. No fridge, no hairdryer. The window is not put on the airing mode. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day. No breakfast. The hotel itself is kind of uncomfortable. For the ears of the "four".

It was very similar to my former student accommodation in Toulouse. The room was perfectly fine except for the very bad smell coming from the bathroom drains. It was pretty noisy as isolation is not great, and the cleaners start pretty early and are not quiet at all, and also because the road is pretty busy (we could hear people talking downstairs like if they were in the room). So don't count on sleeping in. Finally, the location is excellent as it's very close to the town center and right in front of public parking. The price was pretty good too.

A convenient hotel for its location in the city center. In front of it has a large parking fee. The rooms are very small and simple with no particular details. The bathroom is very small but clean enough. In the room The only thing besides the beds and a small desk was the TV. Breakfast is for a fee (6 euro per day). In General a hotel enough, with nothing special.

They only took a one night, as we were passing through (London — Brescia in the car) friendly staff, located in the middle of the village, which I have to say very pretty and small in fact you can visit it in 20 minutes. Very small room, 25 euros per person including breakfast, which is not very helpful. Good anyway for one night.

Right in the heart of the Old town. Ideal Placement to enjoy sightseeing, municipal theatre, cinemas and shops. A flat, no air conditioning…

Room with really basic décor, the cushions was really uncomfortable and the sheets very fine for the winter.
The location is perfect for the Christmas market this is really one of its only perks.

Located in the heart of the city, I was not thinking of my big surprise, discovering other guests of the hotel also disrespectful. Of course it is a hotel for any public, but hear all night a band of 8 people this mocking the physique of the person in charge of the reception, throwing looks and putting music to the bottom in the hallway. The room had an ugly smell of humidity coming out from the shower in the bathroom. We asked to change rooms and they said they could not because we were already registered in that one.

A bit old but cheap and cozy near the center.

The best location and the Sr of PA reception. The worst. It smells bad bad. The elevator's not working. But it's cheap compared to the others. If you can't afford a hotel this ea a hostel. 2 stars.

Big disappointment room not in accordance with the photos. Very small and antiquated. Sink in the room and toilet in front of the shower. Large parking across the street we slept very bright side. Staff not very nice. Only advantage no need to take the car to go to the Christmas market.

It is a very crappy and dirty hostel the most crappy and dirty of all that and state. It's a modern one. Don't come for our safety.

Very well situated and on the cheap side. The reception and stairs need a renovation badly. The rooms have been renovated a few years ago anf are fine. Breakfast is a good deal and delicious in this hotel category.

Room small, vetus, aging hotel, foul smells, noise. Only good point the staff nice but not enough to spend a good stay. It's not that bad.

For 60 euro we had double bed room 3 minutes walk from the city center. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and cozy, totally ok for 2-star hotel. Maybe we were just lucky but we didn't experience any problems mentioned in the other reviews.

Central! The rooms are very small and very clean. Diffronte to a paid parking that costs only €5 per day and free for the disabled. The staff Doing free the Brit card accumulate €2. Five a night for the next few times. Absolutely positive experience! Pay attention to the final bill: I booked on booking they charged me everything on arrival but when I checked the final bill they had done hook with the room prices which should have been lower. The tourist tax is much lower by 10%!

Great reception, lovely staff, I will have expected more meat (charcuterie) maybe on the continental breakfast, the room did have nothing special but still consider a great value for money especially you can't get closer than Colmar centre. No car park is provided… one car park is relatively cheap compared to some other touristic city.

Defective window in the first room. Sink clogged in the 2nd. Dubious cleanliness in the bathroom. Uncomfortable mattresses. Staff just polite and reluctant to make efforts.

Room with two single bunk beds. The room is in very poor condition, no lighting from the main room. A moisture odor that surely caused the waving of the floating parquet.

Simple but correct, not a lot of amenities (there is no fridge in the room and the wc is tiny) but it's clean and beds are comfortable, it's worth it for the price.

For the price/quality/location ratio you can't beat it. Very basic (I would say almost little more than a hostel), but clean, and very cheap. Recommended for very short stays or anyway where in the room you really just wash and sleep.

We used our Bongo bon to reserve a room in this hotel. After reading the reviews, it wouldn't be our top choice. However we had a good stay! The rooms are indeed pretty small but we didn't really mind since it was only for 2 days and during the day, we're never in our hotel room. The whole hotel is a bit outdated but hygienic. We didn't really have struggles with noise or something. The location of the hotel is just perfect! It is close to the city center. Furthermore, the breakfast was ok. You get jam, choco paste, bread, cheese, salami, milk, coffee, juice, cornflakes, yogurt, cake etc. But no eggs and bacon were served. By the way, the staff is super friendly!

It is ok for one night. 10 min walk to center. The staff was friendly. Room too small and no air-conditioning. The shower however was very nice!

Chocolate breakfast warm in a bowl of chips was that ca, and very few places for the large number of rooms. I have a lunch in 10 minutes gives me not want to go back.

Located north of the tourist city of old, this is walking but within a few minutes exactly how many exhibition etc.
